I have exactly problem with GWcasino, they accused me with non sense that i breached T&C by played on the restricted game when i still have bonus active and used that excuse to declared void my whole winning of $4010 withdrawal which its non sence when i deposited without bonus (deposited of $100 and selected no bonus) and unfortunately for them that i also have screenshot show i have no bonus and its 0% wagering requirements when i make that deposit , its obviously they are trying to cheat their customer and in my case i really need someone to guide me how to are for my rightful to receive my winning

They did this to me, kept making excuses as to why I couldn't withdraw $15000 winnings as I had to verify documents I got sick of waiting and played through all of my winnings and funnily enough as soon as the winnings were gone my documents were suddenly verified.

Its exactly same thing with what they are doing to me i had withdraw- reversed for more than 10times as can not wait for too long then once my winning gone down then suddenly documents verified but its too bad my lucky still and i won up to 4000 and i made the last withdrawal of$4010, 2 days later i received email from GWpayment said i have breached GWcasino T&C, i play the restricted game when i got bonus active, which its impossible as i deposited without bonus ( even they excuse that bonus still active from previous deposited) but lucky i have screenshot of website at the time i made deposted without bonus, which it obviously show no bonus on the history transaction and show on 0%wagering requirements page, btw, the registered game there is also unclear and no such a t&c said can not play on the website, it only say. It counts 100% towards meeting the wagring requirements to all slot games excepting.... Following with too many games including the game that i had played for 4mins and nothing to do with my winning as i have won and got nig fund before played on that game.
However GWcasino useing that t&c to decleared void all my withdrawal which its not fair at all so i tried to find some organizations or anywhere to help me out about this, just wonder if anyone put there could give me an advise how to do to ask for me rightful to receive my winning back please.

Just tried to withdraw $2400, and was advised that i breached certain clauses, and as a result they will be kind enough to just give me $500.

I have waited for a month trying to withdraw 15000 dollars.
A month later now having cleared my identification check, after sending the same documents some 3 times. I tried to withdraw my remaining 6000 dollars they tell me I broke the rules put 20 dollars in my account and voided the 6000 dollars.

Why are you able to make bets that can void your winnings like how much you are allowed to bet while playing a play through on a deposit bonus. Why is it you can win $5000 after being told you did the play through and then withdraw said 5000 only to be told no sorry the maximum you could bet a spin was $2.10 and you had made some $2.40 and $4.00 spins oh and you used your husband's card to deposit

This has got me worried now just won 35000.00 something that would never happened taking days and days to get I.D validated and now for some reason my account is closed due to audit checking my bonus terms and conditions havent been breached I NOT GUNNA GET ANY WINS AM I ??? THANKS
