Since I like their poker platform I will give a start, but I cannot express enough how disappointing their rewards are. Unless you deposit $100 at once you aren’t eligible for anything and they are major sticklers about giving anything in terms of bonuses. The crypto exclusive membership is kinda a gimmick.

Since when does a “freeroll” into a poker tournament with 3K+ other players reward me for all the deposits I made? I used to play here a lot. If you can’t get ahold of anyone via live chat then try going onto Ignition’s Community Forum and create a new post/thread saying you need some help updating a phone number. The moderators there normally reply fairly quick (within an hour at the most) and they can update it for….I have found going onto the forum to resolve any issues I have to be quicker and all around less frustrating then trying to get ahold of a customer service rep via live chat!

I didn’t like ignition casino tbh. I made a deposit which I didn’t realize I couldn’t use my bonus funds. Now there’s like $40 locked on my bonus funds and the deposit I made went real fast. Like I didn’t win anything at all on there. So needless to say I won’t be playing at this casino again.
ignition is ok, I haven’t had much luck here except one time .. but I claimed a bonus there recently and within 15 min of gameplay i noticed the slot wasn’t paying correctly so i reached out to their customer service with all relevant info. I’m going to attach the conversation but they admitted yes I was paid in correctly and they need to investigate it. I was never refunded any of the losses from my incorrect payouts and essentially I was just at a loss luckily I did notice quick so i only lost about $30 in incorrect payouts .. The first time I played here I had a nice cashout playing slots. They have a generous sign up bonus & a playthrough that’s more reasonable than it’s sister sites.
