Jackpot Capital Casino is definitely a casino I love for multiple reasons. The site is beautiful. I’m able to navigate efficiently throughout.
It’s straightforward and to the point. I haven’t found any area that I can’t understand. The deposit and withdrawal methods and requirements are easy to find, read & understand. I will surely recommend it to all my family and friends.

My experience at this casino is one if serious concern. Registered an account and took a welcome bonus which I managed to wager. Was requested to send KYC documents which I did and today I received an email stating account has been verified.

Straight after receiving the email my account was locked with no email explaining why. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this casino to anyone.

I would like to report an issue regarding my withdrawal request with Jackpot Capital Casino.

I received a $15 no-deposit bonus from the casino and completed the required wagering requirements according to the promotional terms. After completing the playthrough, my balance reached the maximum allowed cashout of $180 (5x the bonus), which is clearly stated in their promotional rules.

When I attempted to withdraw the $180 via Bitcoin, the casino rejected the withdrawal and sent me an email stating that my winnings were voided because I allegedly broke the maximum bet rule of $10 during bonus play. They claim that I placed wagers while playing the game Ripcord Rush with an average bet of $86.71.

However, there are several issues with this decision:

The casino system allowed these wagers to be placed without any warning or restriction.

Games that are not eligible during bonus play are already blocked by their platform, which means the casino clearly has the ability to technically enforce restrictions.

If the maximum bet rule is strictly enforced, the platform should automatically prevent bets above $10 while a bonus is active.

The system did not block the bets, did not warn me, and allowed the entire wagering requirement to be completed before raising this issue.

I played only the games that were available and allowed by the casino interface during bonus play.

According to their own terms, the casino monitors all gameplay activity. If a rule violation was occurring, the system could have stopped the gameplay immediately instead of allowing the wagering process to continue until completion and then voiding the winnings afterward.

I believe this is an unfair retroactive enforcement of rules, especially since the casino platform allowed the bets to go through without restriction.

I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this case and helping resolve the dispute so that my legitimate winnings of $180 can be paid.

They gave a sign up bonus I made the playthrough requirements. They verified me in 15-20 mins. I’ve put in for my withdrawal but today’s only second workday so everything seems right on schedule.
