If you’re from Canada and have cable tv you’re aware of this casino, they advertise non-stop. So in June of 2019 I deposited $50 and lost it pretty quick. A few days later I went back and deposited $10, took the bonus they offered, I’m guessing it was 75%? Anyway I went to the never played by me Playboy game with the bonus wheel and on a .50 cent bet got the bonus wheel right away, it landed on something and gave me $50! Sweet! I upped my bet to $1 and got that wheel again! It landed on free spins which paid just over $100. I upped my bet slightly to $1.25 and Boom! Awful place to lose all you money. Their “bonus” is a disgrace. You have to meet a play through amount before you can withdraw any money, and it keeps changing the more you deposit if you choose to do the match option. My required play through amount is currently sitting at $110,000 which I will never reach because I’m staying the hell away. Their customer support is also trash, just like the casino. I’ve sent multiple emails and got no response. I consider this casino to be the worst. Should be illegal to do what they do, constantly changing their terms and conditions. Disgusting place, don’t bother. If I could give it a negative score I would.

Their loyalty program is laughable, and the spin wheel is rigged if you haven’t made a deposit within a few hours it will miss every time. They also seem to only have games with RTP no higher then 96% and many are less, you have to manually look up the RTP or find it buried somewhere in a help file, not always in the same location. They pay out, but I have far greater luck at other casinos. Maybe coincidence but I feel like they are not 100% on the up and up and are not transparent. And their bonuses suck.

Im very surprised with the rating of jackpotcity. It definately doesnt offer as many free bonuses as others and withdrawal is pretty average, takes a few days to recieve. It does have lots of deposit match bonuses. The loyalty points take so long to accumulate I have found. It would still be one of my top casinos being pretty straightforward and most trustworthy in my opinion.

Played several times on jackpot casino, liked it at first have gotten up to 2 and 3 thousand from 100 dollars. Then things started going down hill. Have put in 100 dollars and had them take it all within 15 mins. Tried more times giving them the benefit of the doubt however never got better. When I was doing well the promos on my account went 100 per cent down to 60 apparently I’m a platinum member which should say how much I’ve put on this site but not getting any playtime with the funds I put in is ridiculous. I’d at least like to play for a hour or more with the money I win before they take it all in one fail swoop.
