I won $39,800 from Planet 7 . This was Oct. 15 th 2020. They sent me two checks , one in Dec.of2020 and one in Feb. 2021. Less then 2500.00 each check. I have been depositing and playing at this casino for 2 years almost and have made about 5-7 deposits, but have also redeemed bonuses. The issue is that I feel like the amount of deposits made overrules the small amount of bones claimed and not to have ever cashed out. I know it is on the Blacklist, but it was one of the first casinos I started playing with in 2016. But I’m moving on. Good luck to those that can have winning withdrawals and better service.

Never made a deposit but have played multiple times with the free no deposit bonuses. Seems like a decent casino though the vast majority of reviews seem to say otherwise.
RTG based software casino. The live chat support is not efficient as they frequently transfer the chat to others and back around and hold time is long. I’ve had chat reps just disconnect the chat without asking if I had any further questions.
This site, Planet 7 Casino is a SCAM!!!! They took my money no questions asked, but when I tried to cash out, after I sent in all my information required to cash out, they locked me out of my account and will not give me the winnings or give me any reason why I was locked out. Im sry for ur experience at this casino i to feel they have ripped me off i won in sept 2019 and have yet to be paid. I get a new excuse and different reason everytime. I had sent and resent requested info numereous time. Hours spent sending and resending hours spent on live chat to get no where. I want this casino to be held accountable they are crooks but i dont know where to go from here
My withdrawel was approved 11 buisness days ago and I still haven’t recieved it and now they’ve closed my account so I can’t speak to online staff and they don’t reply to emails so communication is impossible. I just want my wothdrawel I am entitled to
I can sympathize with others who have been waiting a long time for their approved withdrawal request to be paid. I have been waiting almost 6 months. I continue to play because I am still being told I will be paid. I recently sent new documentation but am told it is not complete even tho it is everything asked for. Slotland pays once a week regular as clockwork. Why can planet7casino and slotsgarden not do the same.
Terrible casino. I opted out of their marketing but they continue to email me. Their support is lacking as they only write you back if it is in regards to depositing but not regarding account issues or bonus questions. I do not recommend this casino and think they are bogus.
