I have to update my review of this casino because something is very wrong with this casino and the RTG software on it’s site. The issue with their rule on minimum comp point redemption is: When the slots are rigged/defected/or whatever the issue is we the player do not collect any points and if any points we do manage to get it is not many to accomplish being able to cash in on them. The conversion algorithm of dollars to points evidently is scored on our wins, not our losses. I could go on and on this matter but after playing at a casino playing me I would be wrong to not advise or warn others to take their business elsewhere unless that is that you do not care and prefer to lose over actually winning and fairly.
Requested withdrawals 6 weeks ago and still hasn’t been processed, talk to live chat and they aren’t helpful at all, all you get is “be patient” terms and conditions state 5 business days yet it’s been 6 weeks
I deposited a lot of money with raging bull casino, it was the paradiso room to be exact. My winnings exceeded $29,000 with a withdrawal of $7500 not including the $29,000 which remains in my account. I cannot access the website as it has been blocked in Australia. I have sent endless amounts of emails to the support one provided. At first I got responses that were very bleak and not very informative at all, then they started to get outrageously rude with their remarks. And now they have stopped responding to emails entirely. When I call the numbers provided I’m placed on hold and left there for sometimes excess of 40mins. Does anyone know what step to take from here? Like I said they paid once before so I didn’t have an issue using their site further until they started being rude both with their emails and even in there online chat portal on the website itself. $29,000 is quite a lot of money and I’m not happy at all, I’m beyond furious. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone is well and staying safe in these crazy times.
