This is a great and one of the best casinos out there. I love they have that wheel spin you can achieve. But not playing there so much more as I dont feel the actual rewards you get are that great reason for not giving them top rating. But overall they are super very fast withdrawals and support also great. I’m adjusting my rate, last couple of days Rizk seems to be closing validated accounts without any kind of informantion nor reason, when asking what the reason of closure is they cant comment on it (or wont) and all kinds of different stories are being told to hold you back. Honest deserve freespins are lost, invested money is vapourized and on top of that they leave you wondering behind. I’m more a straightforward kind of person and wont accept this kind of behavior from any casino so i will close my account at Rizk before they will do it without any kind of reason. Actually being in the Guts group, Rizk is one of the best casinos out there. They are hyped at some sites like CM, and they deserve credit for their payouts are very fast, they have their own promotions like wheel of Rizk with fun prizes. But actually most of the time the wheel gives 5 free spins or racing points, both of which i never manage to win something from. Although i had problems depositing with skrill from germany, so i had to switch to neteller which normally i dont use. They are good but some things could be better though.

The no deposit bonus and welcome bonus for some countries like Poland is restricted but the rules of Rizk are weirdly put into 2 different dimensions. Had problems with receiving free spins. Talked with support they told me I had already played them when the game was not even offered in Canada. Support was not very helpful I had chatted and told her if they can no honer there sign up bonus they should close my account. And after chatting I than had said for them to get back to me when they fix the problem. Support never got back to me. I am unable to sign in now cause my account is blocked. I thought maybe they would want to make there paying players happy but with no response back an my account blocked I am truly unhappy with the way support helped me. I did find though that most of the free spins that were offered on the 50 free spins were on games no available in Canada and it was not very convenient to have to talk with support just to get them everyday.
