I came over here to take a look at what may be going on at Royal Vegas. I am not a regular depositer but have made some deposits. I deposit already into some other Microgaming Casinos and cannot deposit into all. I have played the free tournaments here for quite some time and have noticed they are not here anymore, been awhile since they were, no news about this, have asked but no one knew. I played on this casino a LOT. They offer very nice deposit bonuses everyday and have a system that gives you new deposit offer everytime you lose a deposit. So you can just go deposit the minimum get a bonus, lose, receive a new offer and keep going. So at first sight it seems like wow this can be very profitable! But then you try and realize something, the RTP of the slots there is definitly nerfed one way or another. I mean any casinos offering such deals would easily go bankrupt quick so there had to be something and there is, you will almost never win anything. You deposit and either rip quick over and over and over OR you will get a 200-300x win but somehow only if you bet low and the win doesn't guarantee you beat the wager meaning you will get a big win but in the end still fail the wager so the big win won't cost them nothing. So if you like bonuses and reload offers it's a good place but don't be surprised if your 10 deposits all end up in a massive RIP. Also if you manage to be very lucky and cash out then you are stuck on the second trap... 48h pending period and cashout are not processed on week-ends meaning if you cashout thursday morning your cashout will be pending and available to be reverse for over 4 days! And on top of it they will email you saying stuff like "congrats on your cash out of "x" remember you can always come back to the casino and reverse your winnings and win even more!" and then if you reverse you are guaranteed to lose 99% of times. I was an usual player in Royal Vegas, maybe 3 months in total. They have nice website design and the slots from Microgaming provider because it's Microgaming dependent casino platform are solid. I do know one thing I disliked with their withdrawal process. You have to wait 24h for approval and then the process of withdrawing money actually begins. So, the 24h period is a time when you can take some of the amount back and play with it or all of it. So, the withdrawal process takes longer than in many other online casinos. Royal Vegas is not a bad casino but it's no my prefer. In fact, all the Fortune Lounge casino partner are not really winner for me. The same deposit amount in other casino allow me a lot more timeplay. I spend so many deposit in a couple of turn without or almost any wins. And I don't understand why the 5 lines game "The High life" start at .10$ bet per line for FL casino. On every other casino exept the Fortune Lounge the minimum is at .01S per line. This is maybe a small detail but I don't understand this decision to pop up the minimum. So, I asked them to close my account and never send me anything. For 2 years, they did just that...then recently I remembered the one from live chat that was really helpful (this was about 6 years ago when I first joined RV). He gave me great tips about on-line gambling: try different bets, etc. From his advice I was able to win and withdraw - not at only RV, but at all the casinos I played. Soooo, I got over myself, requested my account be re-opened and installed RV just over a month ago. I'm happy to say that the bonus thingy is all stream-lined AND their deposit minimum is now $5 NZD - woohoo! It's also nice to see the Fortune Lounge daily tournaments still have 5 minutes playtime. Royal Vegas was one of the first online casinos that i registered. They offer only Microgaming slots. This casino has very good promotions with very good deposit bonuses so if you are a fan of Microgaming slots this is one of the casinos to play. Chat support is always there and friendly, never had any problems with this casino. Too bad that a year now i cannot play at this casino due to the new Greek regulations because i liked it very much. The only bad thing i can say is that sometimes the downloadable version is very laggy.

This casino has been around so long and i've had account there for 7 years.Never had any problem with them and they send out great reload bonuses every week. Wagering is not impossible cause of the 30x wager haven't been raised up unlike many other long term casinos. Withdrawals take 1.5-2 days to e-wallets.

royal vegas is a popular microgaming casinos although i have read many payout complaints for this casino but at the same time there have been may progressive jackpots had been hit and paid so over all nice microgaming casino to play at. there promtional program is also very good, earlier their minimum deposit was 5$ i use to play here a lot but microgamings has never been lucky for me , now i have stopped playing here they have increased their minimum deposit to 20 or 25 now.

I have been playing at this casino for years….it used to be good with the occasional win..but after I tried to withdraw a win of 3000…the trouble started they tried every trick in the book not to pay out…I finally received a portion of the monies owed to me….since then I have gone back playing as this used to be a great casino…but I have had no even one win …strange….It's almost as someone is playing the cards their end….you can almost see the cards pause…and if your not watching some payouts do not happen….its a shame now because it used to be a great place….obviously now run by crooks

Royal Vegas was one my favourite casino out of all the microgaming ones. I deposited loads and won loads and their bonuses was always amazing. However as I am from the UK they did not renew their licence last year so I am not able to play here anymore. I was very disappointed. I still would give the casino five stars and would still recommend to anyone....

As I see many bad opinions at this casino, at this point I cannot say everything else that when I've played at this site I used to get 10 free chips to try out Royal Vegas games. Gameplay was very short for me because I didn't hit anything on their slots. They offer actually also mobile and live dealer on top of the standard microgaming games. At the Royal Vegas casino i have mixed kind of feelings because they contact with the players directly to invite them casino and promotions but when the players are won or had any trouble after made the account the support is starting acting like a bi**h. Sorry for my strong language but i had some difficulties with them and i can not gone through easily. They sent me a lot promotional mails on the internet and post to. The only BAD experience I had was in a Tourney, Last weekend! OMG I lost almost $300 an only won $150 I couldn't believe this one player who I was trying to catch he finished with 900K an I finished with 700K an some change, 1st place was $250 an second was $150 LOL, that's 100 continues at $2 a piece LOL!! I even played possum for almost an hour as there was only 5 hours left an I had 15 continues, O logged back on an he never moved one penny, SO I started to try an catch him I only needed 70-90k to do that an he started right back up an SLOWLY BUT Steadily went up 200K my 15 continues only netted me another 100k from 666k to 700K

Had a terrible experience with these guys today. Firstly I spoke to a CSR named "Adam" who lied to me for 30 minutes about having added a bonus to my account and asking me to wait 15 or so minutes for it to appear. He was always very slow in responding and I didn't realise his lie until i spoke to another CSR named Michelle an hour later only to find out that everything "Adam" had been saying to me was total lie.
