At the Royal Vegas casino i have mixed kind of feelings because they contact with the players directly to invite them casino and promotions but when the players are won or had any trouble after made the account the support is starting acting like a bi**h. Had a terrible experience with these guys today. Firstly I spoke to a CSR named “Adam” who lied to me for 30 minutes about having added a bonus to my account and asking me to wait 15 or so minutes for it to appear.
