This Ruby Fortune review contains historical observations alongside targeted updates. The earlier claims about awards, reputation and daily growth in active accounts were not supported by dated evidence in the review and are not repeated here as current facts.
Ruby Fortune’s About Us page dates its launch to 2003. Its descriptions of fairness, ease, safety and enjoyment are marketing statements, rather than independent findings about the service.
The original Ruby Fortune review described a Microgaming catalogue. A software supplier’s name does not establish the operator’s safety, payment reliability or current device compatibility. The historical catalogue and updated licensing information should be considered separately.
The earlier review referred to eCOGRA testing, but this update has not verified a current certificate identifying the tested products and scope. An audit reference alone does not establish that every game or aspect of an operator’s service has been assessed.
A large advertised jackpot or promotional offer does not establish that Ruby Fortune is better than competing casinos. The original review described Ruby Fortune’s game selection and service favourably. This update does not establish current response times or service quality; the support section below explains how to check the available contact routes.
The earlier review described a broad slot and table-game catalogue and a loyalty programme. The former game count and rewards are not verified current details; gambling is not a dependable way to build wealth.
On the downside, the casino does not accept US-based players.
Software
The earlier review associated Ruby Fortune with Microgaming games. In May 2022, Games Global announced its acquisition of Microgaming’s distribution business, game intellectual property and progressive-jackpot network. That transaction concerns the supplier portfolio; it does not identify Ruby Fortune’s entire current platform or catalogue.
For a particular title, use the provider and version identified in its game information. A historical supplier name does not establish when a game was last updated or what features its current version supports.
Controls differ between titles. Check the game’s help panel for sound, display and play settings, rather than assuming every control can be customised by every player.
The original review described browser-based games. It does not establish that every current title is available without downloading software.
The earlier review also mentioned an expert mode, autoplay and auto-hold.
The Viper client description belongs to the earlier review. It should not be treated as confirmation of a currently supported client or its features.

Customer Support
Ruby Fortune’s official website describes support by live chat and email and links to its Help Centre. Use that help service to find the current contact route for your account and market.
These published channels were checked on 30 September 2026. The earlier email address, Canadian and Australian telephone arrangements, language coverage and claim of replies within seconds were not reverified. We have not tested present-day service quality. Contact availability does not resolve the warning or player concerns shown elsewhere on this page.

Ruby Fortune Casino was one of my favorite casinos in the Microgaming network until they closed all tournaments at their casinos. There was awesome tournaments with awesome prizes. And withdrawals was very fast.

Never deposit at Ruby Royal casino but I played with a bonus without deposit €15. we have to download the software because we can not play on the live site.

It's one of my favorite casino. I don't have any problem, with the lobby promotion and I receive my bonus automaticly with my deposit. I don't understant why they have a warning mention because I always get a good service with the Palace Group. They don't ask me for some special document or signature to withdraw and no problem to cash out. Sadly they done a bad service to some of you and maybe I'm the next but the fact is that I spend a lot more time to play on this casino compare to other microgaming popular group with the same small amount. It's the principal reason why I will continue with them. But thank you for the advise. Another good point : the tournament are offer each 4 hrs approx. and I won few time (not a lot of people in their tournement so more chance to win).

One of my favourite in general. Why? Payments are in euros, which is amazing for european players. Customer live service is at your service 24/7 with a patience and desire to solve a problem (used their help twice). Also there's around 500 games, and most of them are high quality and really fun to play.

I would warn players to find another Microgaming casino than Ruby Fortune after having to wait almost 3 weeks for a withdrawal ,which in my eyes was just a delaying tactic....especially after asking me to have my documents signed by a notary or solicitor which cost me £15....

Ruby Fortune is another one Microgaming casino, With probably the best looking slots in the world. Nice welcome offer, matching Your first deposit up to 150 credits and matching it 100%. If You were unlucky with initial deposit, You can try 2nd and 3rd with half and quarter the sums and have maximum bonus amounts of 600 Credits. Not too bad though. The only thing is high wagering requirements - 50x bonus and in case this is MG casino? well, the guys should be more fair on players. Good Customer service, quite fast cashouts and popular games. Maybe will try another time again ( My first deposit of 20 credits was blown away fast).

Once again an average microgaming site. I just feel like most of these sites are the same and one of them should do something a little extra to stand out from the crowd. That's my only problem as I love the games on here!!

Part of the Betway group so please see my comments at the main Betway casino if you have a particular interest in this group. I think these casinos are below average as far as Microgaming download casinos go, but to be clear that means they are as far from the worst as they are far from the best. One thing I havent previously noted is that this group have a pretty good reputation for offering good promotions to high rollers though if there genuinely is a limit of just 4,000 per week (GBP?) I can't imagine that appealing to the high rollers very much whatsoever.

Ruby fortune casino is a long-established Microgaming casino with large games selection. It still caters to a mainly European audience with over 500 games but customer service still leaves something to be desired and there is a 4k weekly cashout limit rule you should be aware of. As it's been a while since I played there, I thought I'd take another look and see if Ruby still warranted a place on my favorite casinos. What one can say is that the game-packed Microgaming software used by Ruby Fortune is excellent. It has an "Expert Mode" that provides both auto-play and auto-hold functionality on many of the games, including all variants of video poker and most slots which is useful to experienced players, but even better for newbies who don't know their strategies yet!The game selection is huge with all the favourites: Blackjack, Poker variants (single player modes), loads of video poker games such as All American, Double Double Bonus, Deuces Wild, Joker Poker and many more plus a range of slots that are second to none. All the Microgaming favourites such as Thunderstruck 1 & 2, Immortal Romance and Tomb Raider plus several progressive jackpot games including Mega Moolah and the excellent Dark Knight slot where you can shoot for a 7-figure jackpot.Games choice aside, Ruby Fortune's support responses are only what I'd term average although it seemed helpful enough. Like many online casinos, Ruby Fortune casino operates a stupidly annoying 48 hour "Reverse Withdrawal" period which means you have a delay when you are cashing out.As you would expect, there is of course a loyalty program offering 0.1% back on all wagers initially, with bigger bonuses and more points on offer for VIPs.Ruby Fortune casino offers a full range of banking options, although due to restrictions, they seem unable to process winnings back to credit cards (debit cards are fine).Overall, if you judge Ruby Fortune on the games choice and promotions alone, then it's still a decent enough option without necessarily standing out. However, in most other aspects it is difficult to find differentiators which is a shame as it used to be an excellent casino.

Ruby Fortune is a classy looking site, and judging by what I have seen so far, one of my favorite places to go. It is opened for players worldwide, of course some restrictions do apply (no US player for example). It is always a good advice to check the terms and requirements before starting the registration. Anyway, when you do register, you will get a 100% matching Bonus for your first deposit and a 50% and 25% bonuses for next two Deposits, totaling in 750% Bonus. I was hoping to get something more, like No Deposit Bonus or other game based bonuses, but so far, this is it. This site is using Microgaming software and it gives you access to over 450 different games, which is a really impressive number. The games look really great, and what I specially appreciate is the fact that every game has it's own entry with a nice description, and an option to play for free to practice.
