Their customer service is super poor but I’ve cashed out plenty of times with all of them in under 10-15 minutes. It really all depends on your deposits between your bonus codes and if you haven’t played in 30 days, you have to submit info again for the verification. Not all online casinos are the same.This is a lesson that I’m sure almost all on-line gamblers face at some point or another. I don’t know why I even gave Silver Oaks 1 star, when a couple negative star ratings would be more appropriate. This is hands down the absolute worst site I’ve ever had to deal with. After winning well over $6300.00 playing slots, I was ready to cash out. According to my account, I had exceeded the playthrough requirements which were pretty high and was eligible for the withdrawls. Long story short they denied my first 2500.00 apparently they had loaded a bonus of 15$ to my account w/o me being aware and that forfeited my winnings because THEY still allowed me to deposit with a bonus and the funds were mixed. I guess I should be thankful I got back my original deposit of 100.00. Withdrawl #2 was also denied, but the 1000.00 was put back into my account. Withdrawl #3 for 2500.00 was approved after 2 weeks, but I have yet to be paid and it’s been 31 days since the request was first paid. 7-10 days is how long they claim it will take for the whole process.
