I had the same problem with withdrawals. They asked for documents three times. It has been ten months and I still have not seen a penny. They just emailed me to say that the withdrawals were declined which is bull.. They will not email me to tell me why. I’m not giving up.

I requested a withdraw for now a week and sent out the documents needed and still nothing. I got a few emails saying that I need to email them the same documents that I already submitted. I have played at several of these casinos and I have found that some of the games have looser payouts than others.
