Customer service is fast, though seemingly unfriendly on multiple occasions. My biggest issue with them is that my deposits are always charged a few dollars over what they should be. I’ve tried speaking to them about this and shown then proof that my bank doesn’t charge for foreign transactions but no one cared. I will deposit here still sometimes but there lack of no deposit bonuses as of late has really deterred me
