The $25 fee for bitcoin withdrawl, due to subletting the bitcoin processing is a deal breaker for myself.
They have a really good variety of games. However, their minimum deposit requirements for some of their bonuses are completely ridiculous as is their customer service. Also their withdrawal times are lackluster at best. Its really a shame because I would play here much more just because of the game selection but it isn’t enough to override the negative.

Customer service sucks a** the live help are very rude and always just refer u to email other support. But on the plus side the support via email is lovely wish I didn’t have to wait for replies.
