I used to play on William hill a lot. It is a massive casino with all the big games and software providers. It is probably favored by sports betters as i believe there odds are very competitive. I found that this site has a good layout, perhaps not as good as mr green or paddy power, but fairly easy to navigate nonetheless. Than I contacted support by e-mail and they wrote me, that there are some technical problems with the german software. Two days later I downloaded the software again, but the english one. The same: account is locked. So I tried to call the german toll free number. This number is not available. Okay, I called the english not toll free number and asked what is the matter. They told me than, that they do not allow to play to german people. But this was not written in the review.
