I began with a nice amount in my balance. This would be a nice long play to try and complete the play through, or so I thought. At first I bet a little over the minimum and hit the feature a few times only. I then switched to the minimum bet amount and continued to play throughout my whole balance. I only hit the feature twice and I didn’t even have a good come out from it. I am very disappointed in my game time here. Another super dodgy RTG casino, I struggle to understand how RTG can think it is a good idea to let so many untrustworthy operators run these scam operations using their software, its obviously not doing their reputation any favours. As usual with such places if you choose to play here you will struggle to get paid, especially if you have used one of their frequent bonus offers along the way – these offers are often laden with predatory terms and conditions specifically designed to entrap players. I wanted to review this casino because of the horrible experience that I had with them. It is on the list of casinos to avoid and for good reason. DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT!!! I made a deposit using VISA and as soon as I submitted my payment via Win palace live chat my credit card was charged and a screen popped up saying “the administrator has logged you off.” I tried to sign back into my account, but it is now completely locked. It advises me to contact customer support which advises me to contact the finance department which conveniently does not have a phone number only an email address. I did however send three emails and called several times, but nobody will answer my questions or tell me about the money they charged my card. For now, I have to say AVOID!!
