Owned and operated by Almora Slots LTD, WPokies is an online casino that’s tailor made to suit the specific needs of the Australian market and its punters. Characterized by a bright green color with orange and white accents, it is a nicely laid out site that comes in both desktop and mobile versions, and it offers several hundred different games to indulge yourself in.
One glance over the banking options further confirms that these guys cater only to Aussies, and when you get into some sort of trouble or you simply need a matter resolved you will be delighted by the highly professional customer support staffand multiple modes of communication at your disposal.
Only recently they’ve been given a warning due to numerous complaints about their rude customer support, delayed payments, operation without any valid license, denied bonus vouchers, and fake software in the games lobby!
We invite you to learn more about the venue and access it with extreme caution.

Games
Now we’re getting right down to the very essence of this venue – the pokies! Once you get to the games lobby you will surely think that you haven’t seen such a well organized place in a long while.
On the left side of the screen you will find several different filtering options, that are devised to make your life easier and your gaming experience much more interesting.
First off, there is a scale, so you can choose from 1 to 5. Also, you can choose which type of slot game you wish to play: video, classic, or 3D.
Next you can choose your next game by its provider. This feature comes in very handy when you want to play one of your all time favorites. The list of providers includes Novomatic, Aristrocrat, Amatic, Net Entertainment, Igrosoft, Merkur Gaming, EGT, Tom Horn Gaming, and BetSoft. As you can see, these are some of the flashiest names in the industry!
Are you still unsure where to begin? Well, how about browsing through different themes? There are several themes you can choose from, such as mythology, animal, adventures, cute & bubbly, fruit slots, movies & TV, heroes & villains, scary slots, sport slots, and sci-fi slots.
You can filter your games by the number of paylines, as well, including 1-15, 16-25, 26-50, and 51+.
Last but not least you can also select different features like bonus, free spins, wild, multiplier, scatter, gamble, autospin, and quickspin.
Still, there is a sense that something isn’t right over here…
…and that’s reflected in the fact that recent investigations have confirmed that this lobby offers fake Amatic, Novomatic, Playtech, IGT, Aristocrat, and NetEnt games!

Table Games
Remember how we told you earlier, that you can only play slot games here? Well, that’s not entirely true. There are table games to be enjoyed here, but you can’t really access them by browsing through the menus.
So, how do you reach them? Well, you need to open the search bar and type in some popular keywords, such as “roulette” and “poker”. We surely don’t know why they chose to hide these in such manner, but we are sure that we don’t like it. Is it a glitch? Are these titles there by mistake? Were they hidden on purpose?
Either way, it’s worth pointing out that several roulette versions are indeed available.
| Logo | Name | Software |

 | Genie's Hi Lo | Playtech |
Video Poker
We have a similar situation with video poker variations – you can only reach them by typing in “poker” in search bar. Once you do so, you will be greeted with several different games to choose from. Once again, we don’t know whether these are included by mistake or not.
If you haven’t figured it out so far, this place needs to be avoided like the plague!

Supported Devices and Platforms
At this day and age, if you don’t have a mobile friendly site, you simply do not exist. People have grown to browse the Internet by using their smartphones and tablet devices, and the number of desktop users is rapidly declining.
The same can be applied to the iGaming industry, as it feels awesome being able to play all your favorite games on the game. Doesn’t it feel great to click away on the spin button while waiting on line or scoring some cash while you’re stuck in a traffic jam?
WPokies has an excellently laid out site that works just fine no matter which platform you choose, but we’d go as far as to say that it looks a little better on a smaller screen. It is even easier to use and makes so much more sense when accessed from a mobile phone.
All the options are neatly stacked and are only a couple of clicks away, so it takes virtually no time to learn your way around the site. All the games are instantly accessible, but be well aware of the fact that you can’t try any games for free, as there is no demo mode included here. A shame, really, especially when you consider the large number of games featured in the games lobby.
Still, there are fake games over there, so we can’t really conclude this segment of the review with positive thoughts.
Banking Methods
We all love to see as many different banking methods as possible, and fortunately enough the good folks at WPokies listen closely to the needs of their customers.
Or, do they?
As this is a site that caters to the needs of the Australian market and its punters, it is completely logical that AUD is the only accepted currencies, but when it comes to different methods of depositing and making withdrawals, things are much more diverse.
Visa and Mastercard acceptance depends on the operator, issuer, card type and jurisdiction. A card logo does not establish that a gambling payment is permitted.
If e-wallets are your thing…
…then you will surely be delighted by the fact that Nextpayway, Jeton, and Neosurf are commonly accepted here. Skrill and Neteller are listed among options, but all Aussies know that these eWallets are no longer available to players from Australia.
Also, when using Bitcoin transactions, remember that network confirmations affect timing and public blockchain records may be linked to users. Also, we are very suspicious of the fact that Bitcoin can’t be used to make withdrawals. Why should that ever be a problem?
The minimum amount for depositing is 10 bucks, and it’s all quite simple, but things do get tricky when you want to make withdrawals…
You can withdraw your money by using Visa or Mastercard, but keep in mind that there is a 2.5% fee with each and every transaction you make. The minimum amount you can withdraw is 20$, while the maximum is capped at $5,000.
Getting back to e-wallets, you can’t really use any of the aforementioned services to withdraw the funds from your account! You can use Skrill, Neteller, or ecoPayz, but each transaction will cost you an additional $2.50. You can only try, as these don’t work in Australia…
Another option you can use is Bank Transfer, but it commonly takes a lot longer than these methods above.
Once again, we suggest you be extra careful around here, as everything “smells” like a fraud.

Customer Support
Customer support is very important, as no matter how great time you have while playing at an online casino, you might stumble upon some trouble, and that’s where these guys come in. Even though you never think about it, if you ever need help, you will learn to appreciate these guardian angels.
As customer support service can make or break a casino, you’d be very disappointed to hear that we have had such bad reports on WPokies. There were instances where customers were denied their bonus coupons, delayed payments, while some of them were even blocked on the live chat platform!
Still, we can reflect on the options that can be found on their site, and we urge you to be extra careful if you decide to place some wagers here.
Speaking of different customer support options, we always suggest referring to an FAQ page first, as it usually contains orders to most of your basic questions and inquiries. Unfortunately, there isn’t one over here, so when an issue pops up, you will still have to reach out to the customer support staff.
The slowest way of doing so is by sending them an email. If that’s your preferred means of communication, the address you need is [email protected]. You can also fill up a form on the site with your name and email and send a short message with a preselected department for your inquiry.
In most cases, this will be too slow, so you will surely greatly appreciate the fact that there is a live chat platform, so you can reach a customer support agent and resolve your matters much faster. Just be careful, and avoid getting blocked!
Still not fast enough for you? Or you simply like hearing a real person’s voice? No problem at all, as you can reach one by dialing +44 207 193 04 13.
Licensing
WPokies Casino is closed. Review sites Casino.Guru and LCB.org both list it as closed. While it operated, it claimed a Curaçao licence that it never substantiated, and in July 2019 LCB.org put it on its warning list after finding games from major studios served from unauthorised servers. Casino.Guru also records that it held no gambling licence.

Why do they invite you and then say that your country cannot play after you register. Which takes for ever!

I’ve been using for a good while now the slots yes can have a mind of their own and don’t seem right. BUT ON A WHOLE I CANT FAULT THEM. I’ve won quite a few times and although sometimes a bit slow I’ve always had no trouble at all getting paid out for my wins. I keep reading these comments and always have that worry that I won’t be paid out but I always get my winnings of them and their sister sites

Wow! Fake games, cashout time via bank transfer: 7-14 business days, they have no licence, no live games....and no shame :P
I can not understand why my dear lcb such casinos still lists, if it is clear that the operator has rather bad intentions.
Greetings from the hottest dancer on this planet!

I be stunned at the fact that any casino review website dont do their homework. This site uses pirated net ent and other providers software, they hold NO valid licensce. I lost £200( it happens ) on starburst and felt that he game was playing in unusual manner. Checked reviews about wpokies on line and found they are blacklisted at several leading casino review sites.....tread carefully, any casino that uses fake software have no morals........AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
