Hi, I know the pokie spins was dodgey a long time ago.
I unsubscribe constantly but still recieved emails I constantly told them to delete me off their site, and finally got that to happen.
Now just in the last few months I'm getting constant emails of special deals etc. I'm still unsubscribing but nothing happens.
How can I stop the emails coming? Can you report these as a scam and block them? I'm unsure how to though.

Having same issue as everyone else. Tried to withdraw $4500 and had a balance of $1100 all gone but they are returning $1000 to me. Said I breached t&c’s for $150 bonus I received 2 days prior to winning my money even though I had never received a $150 bonus and had deposited plenty since. Reckons when I brought the bonus feature in game it was over the betting limit. Won’t even consider looking into it but I have screenshots to take it further

Biggest scam ever. Won 25000. Was not using bonuses at all but they are still saying my withdrawal is being processed. Same email every time ! It’s been weeks now. Even after all my docs have been approved. Still waiting. Somehow don’t think I’ll ever see any money. Not looking good. Wish I had seen these reviews before I signed up with them.

I joined this casino initially deposited $30 got it up to $6000 played it down to $2000 played my 35x wager withdrawed $2000 same as everyone else a bullshit excuse that I breached terms and conditions.

I to have been scammed by POKIE SPINS. I went to withdraw $2000 then got an email to say my withdrawal has been cancelled due to the auditors finding I had broken the rules of over betting on bonuses. That alone is a bullshit rule of theirs. I went to check my gameplay history and I couldnt access 15 hours of play. I contacted online support and informed them of this and requested POKIE SPINS email all my game play history to me. I was told the auditors said that they aren't going to do that. I was told a lot of crap so I screen shotted all chat screens. This casino should front up and stop cheating us customers.

Deposited $40au with bonus ended up with $60au after bonus won $2000 went to withdraw and they came up with a lie about me doing $200au per spin. Was against bonus terms and conditions..$6au was the highest bet i did. Don't give up, annoy the crap out of them till you get it.
They told me they were updating their system so payments had been delayed but my $500 would be released in the next 5 working days. That was 18th Sept
I Emailed that support team every single day.
2 weeks later they told me the money was released on 26th Sept. They couldn't send me details of that transaction.
For 4 MONTHS I have been sending bank statements on a weekly basis and Emailing them every 2nd day. On Jan 7th they sent me a transaction receipt for $500 paid to my account on 1/11 not 26/9 as they previously stated, but I still hadn't received it.
On 31st January $480 suddenly appeared in my account, the bank have confirmed its from that Casino, its not the correct amount but I don't care, I seriously don't EVER want to deal with these people again.
They are liars and scammers, its absolutely disgraceful.

So I won $1500 on this site and I read the reviews and couldn’t find a single positive one, so I was concerned about if I will ever get my winnings. They gave me inconsistent excuses and tried to string it out until I started outlining that they were not sticking to their own policies and procedures stated in their own term and conditions. Although in the end, I did threaten to take the matter further if I didn’t receive my money in 5 days after already waiting 3 weeks, I did actually receive my money. Funnily enough within the 5 days. Stay away from Pokie Spins, they don't abide by there own terms and conditions and refuse to pay out. Wouldn't payout $3000 for alleged breach of bonus rules, forfeited all funds when regs only allow for forfeiture of funds won whilst contravening and any subsequent, hence all funds prior to violation should be safe. Not according to their upstart condesending support manager who just tries to twist the terms to suit. Absolute D head.

As an Australian, Do not gamble on this site, Cash-out policies are designed to Void any winnings based on if you select specific games. Hi Chris, not sure where you are from, I won $2000 from there site about 3 weeks ago. Not received anything from them I had my account closed about a week after I won ( my choice, just wanted a break ) I have since contacted them through the support team and being told via email that I have breached there terms and conditions and they have returned my $100 dollars which I did see in my account and will not be getting my $2000. I ended up using the money as I thought it was from my bank as they stopped my deposit earlier because they thought it was a fraud and when I rang them they said they would let it go through.
I can't believe they are doing this shit, and from the above emails it seems common for them. They definitely need to be shut down. I am all for them being shut down. Even though this is our choice to gamble online, they should be honouring what people are winning.

I got mucked around for weeks about banking ID not correct and several other excuses to blurry pictures ect
Finally got that fix and then they denied my withdrawal as I breached there bonus of making a bet over $2.10 the bonus was only $10.50 I had to wager $480 and they suggested you get the most wager on wolf treasure so that’s what I did and that’s were i got breached for 24 spins at $2.50 and my winnings were $1300 then denied it on the breach and only gave me back my $30 deposit
