ClickandBuy: Service Closure and Casino Payment Information

CND illustrated guide explaining payment security

ClickandBuy ceased operating on 30 April 2016. See Golem’s report of Deutsche Telekom’s closure announcement.

This page replaces our former guide to using ClickandBuy at online casinos. The signup steps, funding instructions and casino acceptance lists have been removed because they would describe a service that is no longer available.

What happened to ClickandBuy?

ClickandBuy was an online payment service owned by Deutsche Telekom. Historical account-registration instructions, transaction limits and casino recommendations no longer describe an available payment option.

Can I still deposit or withdraw with ClickandBuy?

Do not use the former instructions on this page to attempt a new payment. An old casino logo, review or payment-method list is not evidence of current availability. If a cashier still displays ClickandBuy, ask the operator to clarify its current payment options before sending money.

Old transactions and casino balances

If your question concerns money held by a casino after an earlier ClickandBuy payment, contact the operator through its verified support channel. Ask which withdrawal route it can accept and what account-ownership or identity checks are required. Keep your transaction references and correspondence. A payment service’s closure does not itself establish whether a particular balance or refund is recoverable.

Checking other payment methods

Our casino payment-method guides explain other types of payment. Before choosing one, check the provider’s current terms and the operator’s cashier for your country and currency. Confirm deposits and withdrawals separately, including fees, limits and processing times. A method offered for deposits is not necessarily available for withdrawals.

Frequently asked questions

Does the closure of ClickandBuy mean the casino itself has closed?

No. A payment service and a casino are separate businesses. ClickandBuy is described as discontinued in this guide, but that does not establish the status of any particular operator. Check the casino independently and ask it how an existing account balance can be handled through a currently supported route.

Can an old ClickandBuy casino listing confirm current acceptance?

ClickandBuy is identified as discontinued in this guide. A historical logo, video or casino list is not evidence that the service can process a new payment. Treat the old instructions as background information and check current payment options directly with the operator.

Which records should I keep for an unresolved ClickandBuy transaction?

Keep statements, dated receipts, transaction references and previous correspondence. Establish whether the unresolved amount is recorded with the payment service or in the casino account. These are separate balances, and a record of the original payment does not by itself establish where the money is now.

Can another payment service automatically recover my ClickandBuy balance?

Do not assume that a similar name, acquisition or replacement product transfers an old balance. Look for an official notice covering the specific service and your account. Avoid anyone requesting a new payment or a secret code to “unlock” funds without a verifiable official process.

What if a casino asks me to withdraw through ClickandBuy?

Explain that the service is discontinued and ask the operator for a supported alternative and its ownership-verification requirements. Keep the reply in writing. Do not open duplicate accounts or send an additional deposit simply because an unsolicited message claims it will release the withdrawal.

A friend of mine recommended ClickandBuy to me and I am very happy with the service. I've never had problems with my account or with my payments. I can make deposits whenever I like and the fees are very reasonable. If you are also looking for a dependable payment method you can use, I can recommend ClickandBuy.

I'm very disappointed with the service of ClickandBuy. They not only charged me several times for the same transaction, but I couldn't contact the customer support for days. When I finally got through, the customer service operators were very rude. I think that I will never use this payment method again and I advise you not to do it either.

I've used ClickandBuy several times and the service was always great. It is very easy to use my account and I can make deposits very fast thanks to the excellent service. I think that the only disadvantage of this payment method is the fact that you can't make withdrawals, but that's not a problem for me. I can assure you that ClickandBuy is very reliable.

ClickandBuy is the worst payment method. Except that you can't make withdrawals, there is always a problem with the deposits as well. The last time I tried to make one there was some kind of problem. I had to wait a couple of days for the specialists to fix it which was very annoying. I will never use ClickandBuy again for sure.

I don't think that Clickandbuy is the best payment method but I use it from time to time. I have to admit, though, that I am a little disappointed by the service and the staff of this company. The last time it took me several days to make my deposit, as well as a couple of phone calls and emails.

I have been using Clickandbuy for a couple of months now and everything was fine. I often make deposits using Clickandbuy and I'm very happy because it never takes more than a couple of minutes. If you need a reliable payment method, I suggest that you try this one. You won't have to worry about your money because they will be safe.

Clickandbuy is the worst payment method I've ever tried. It's not just that the service is very slow, but there is always some kind of problem too. On top of that, most of the customer service operators who work for Clickandbuy are very impolite. I'm very disappointed by this company and I don't think I will try using its services again in the future.
