Older edition — looking for another slot?

Explore Microgaming gamesLiquid Gold is a historical five-reel, 20-line slot from Microgaming. Its foundry theme uses gold bars, a pouring crucible and a logo wild. The original game screens in Games and Casino’s gallery verify the line awards and a ten-spin feature with doubled wins. The directory now groups the title under Games Global; this is not confirmation of current casino availability.

Reading the stake and win displays
The pictured reel screen shows 20 lines, a total bet of 2.00 and a win of 5.50. That spin returns 5.50 units gross, giving a net gain of 3.50 units after the 2.00 stake. The win display is not the net profit. With the same stake divided equally across 20 lines, each line carries 0.10 units.
The help screen says ordinary awards are multiplied by the bet per line. Line combinations pay left to right, and only the highest award on a line pays. Scatters use the total bet instead and are added to payline wins. The screenshots do not establish a universal maximum cash stake or denomination range, so check the controls of the edition actually offered.
Verified line paytable

Every number in the following table multiplies the stake on one line. Zero means no award is shown for that symbol count. Matching symbols are required, with the logo wild able to substitute for all symbols except the Bonus scatter.

Line awards in cash units
At a 2.00 total stake over 20 lines, five logo wilds on one line pay 5,000 × 0.10 = 500 units gross. With no other awards, that is 498 units net. The 5,000 figure is a line multiplier, not a fixed cash prize or 5,000 times the total spin stake.
Three matching queens pay 7 × 0.10 = 0.70 units. If that is the only award on a 2.00 spin, the net result is a loss of 1.30 units despite the winning line. A wild-assisted combination uses the corresponding symbol award, subject to the highest-win-per-line rule.
Bonus scatters and ten free spins

The pictured help screen lists three, four and five Bonus scatters at 2, 5 and 50 times the total bet respectively. It does not list a two-scatter payment, despite the accompanying directory prose saying that two can pay. The in-game paytable is the basis of this guide.
Three, four or five Bonus symbols award ten free spins at a 2x multiplier. All bets and lines remain those that started the feature, and free spins cannot be retriggered. Scatters pay in any position and their awards are added to line wins.
For the 2.00-unit base spin, three scatters return 4.00 units plus the ten free spins. The scatter payment alone leaves 2.00 units above the triggering stake. A three-queen line worth 0.70 units in the base game becomes 1.40 units during the 2x feature, without a new paid stake for that free spin. This is an example of a single award, not a prediction of the round’s total.
Frequently asked questions
Does the wild replace the Bonus symbol?
No. The original help screen explicitly excludes Bonus scatters from wild substitution.
Do two Bonus scatters pay?
No two-scatter award appears in the pictured game paytable. Its listed scatter awards start at three symbols.
Can another Bonus combination extend the free spins?
The help screen says free spins cannot be retriggered. The initial award is ten spins for three, four or five Bonus symbols.
Does the 100,000-coins banner mean a 100,000 cash jackpot?
No. Coins must be converted using the game’s denomination and bet settings. The banner alone does not establish a fixed cash prize or a progressive jackpot.
Is the RTP independently confirmed by these screens?
No. The directory lists 95.37%, but no RTP is visible in the four game screenshots. That listing should not be assumed to verify every edition or configuration.
