The grandmother substitutes for ordinary symbols but not the sheriff scatter or bonus bottle. The sheriff pays anywhere: three, four and five award 2x, 25x and 60x the total stake. Scatter awards are added to line wins. The previous review’s prose saying the scatter pays up to 50 coins was inconsistent with the original 60x total-stake award.
Examples with the correct units
At 25 lines, five coins per line and a 0.20-credit denomination, the line stake is 1.00 credit and the total spin costs 25.00 credits, as shown in the regular paytable capture. Five pigs on one line pay 100 credits gross, or 75 credits net after the stake if there are no other wins. Three sheriffs pay 2 x 25 =50 credits gross, or 25 credits net if no line award is added.
Five grandmother wilds on one line pay 8,000 x 1.00 =8,000 credits at these settings. That is 320 times the whole 25-credit stake. It is a line award, not a progressive jackpot or proof of a universal maximum total win.
Bottle bonus and free-spin limits
Three, four or five bottles scattered on the reels trigger the Moonshine bonus, starting with three, four or five free spins, respectively, at a 1x multiplier. The bonus selection screen contains 18 moon tiles. The original feature panel advertises up to 18 free spins at a 4x multiplier.
The help says the triggering bets and lines remain in force and that free spins cannot be retriggered. It also states that bonus wins are added to payline wins and displayed bonus-game wins have already been multiplied by the initiating line bet. Do not multiply a displayed award by that line bet a second time.
Edition limits
