Historical review — listing marked closed
JacksPay Casino is operating as of October 2026 at jackspay.ag. Parts of the review below date from an earlier version of the site. Check current registration, promotion, payment and country terms on the casino’s own site.
Do not rely on an old offer or payment instruction on this page; check the current terms before you deposit. For an unresolved balance, use a verified current operator or regulator contact and keep your transaction records.
The earlier JacksPay review described games from Saucify, BetSoft and Rival, alongside a sportsbook and several support channels. Its praise for the FAQ and service was a historical editorial impression. The old Australian and US acceptance descriptions establish neither current availability nor local authorisation.

JacksPay is operating, but its offers may have changed since this review was written. Its former welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins and loyalty benefits are retained only as historical references; none is confirmed as available to claim. Supported Devices and Platforms
The device and app instructions in the earlier review may be out of date; check the casino’s current site for supported devices. They are not a verified way to access a current service.
Banking Methods
The banking information below comes from an earlier review and is retained as historical context, not instructions to register or send money.
The original JacksPay review listed cards, wallets, vouchers, bank services and Bitcoin, with different methods assigned to different countries. Its $100 withdrawal minimum and $25 Bitcoin exception are historical. The old identity-document and selfie checklist does not establish the current secure submission route or requirements for an unresolved balance.
For an unresolved balance, retain your transaction records and establish a verified current operator or regulator contact. This historical review does not identify a confirmed recovery channel.
General background on the methods mentioned: payment-method guide, Bitcoin, PaySafeCard, ACH, eCheck. These guides do not confirm acceptance by this listing.

Customer Support
JacksPay currently offers support by FAQ, email and live chat. The earlier descriptions of contact channels, opening hours and response times relate to the former service and should not be relied on as current support instructions.
For an existing account or unresolved balance, contact support through the casino’s current website at jackspay.ag. Do not send personal documents to an old address solely because it appeared in this historical review.
Licensing and availability
JacksPay is operating at jackspay.ag. Its terms refer to a Curaçao licence and its footer shows a Costa Rica logo, but we could not verify a licence. The earlier assurance that the venue was reputable despite no verifiable licence went beyond the evidence. Historic support and responsible-gambling descriptions should not be used as confirmation that funds or accounts are safe today.

this casino brand with a bad reputation ,
be careful – please stay away from this place
To preface this review, I am someone who has passed 100,000$ in deposits with JacksPay, not a casual player.
JacksPay has been withholding payment for not only me, but it seems like many other people.
I have pending withdrawals since May. The total remainder is $5625. They have been coming up with a variety of excuses on why the payments are delayed. Just recently, funds have come into their BTC wallet, and they still have not paid out anything.
Save your money for until they fix their problems. Ghost casino at the moment, live chat is unreachable as well.
Hello Eskimocubee,
we’ve contacted the casino rep regarding your case and we’ll update you as soon as we get a reply.
Decent slots , but support is misleading sometimes ,
saying that you need to wait for an important person from the withdrawal department and etc.
Withdrawals times are unacceptably long.
Jackspay supports a huge list of cryptocurrencies, unfortunately “Cashout pending time” are far from 48 hours
yes this is a great casino but the withdrawal time is very frustrating…
if you want to get paid fast you should choose another casino
Payout is not within 48 hrs nor 5 days. I cashed out thru Bitcoin 3 times and it never hit my account. After waiting 2 weeks I reversed my withdrawal, cashed out again, waited for payment another 7 days then reversed again n played it all back. It’s a no for me.
Jack’s pay is Another one of my favorites. They always have great bonuses for me. They have become one of my best coffee drinking week up in the morning routines 🙂
It locked my account after I just registered and didn’t let me log in at all. Bs casino
Avoid at all costs. They spam your inbox with free spins with crazy restrictions on them, including a vague playthrough requirement that they make up afterwards.
Even if you get lucky and win the $25 max cash-out associated with some of the promotions, they will ask for your documents and then just close your account.
If they will do this over $25, imagine what they would do for actual money. The cost that this dinosaur of a platform wasted on rejecting a $25 payout was likely much more than that, which is the silver lining in this cloud of a story.
I’m really warming up to the casino, I was a little leery about trying it because of some things that I’ve read about the sister casinos, but they have been very generous with the free Spin offers and I’ve been doing very well here. I like to take a break from RTG casinos every once in awhile and there are few others that I usually go to but for some reason this one it’s fast becoming one of my favorites. I’ve yet to pull a serious win here but if I want to spend some time and grind out a few hours session it’s not impossible to hit the requirements. I definitely like this casino and I will update my review if I hit something big and end up loving this casino LOL.
they may not pay you and ban your account just because you only met 106% wagering requirements , lol , so stay away from this casino !
awesome rival slots , and great support !
Bitcoin accepted here , so it is absolutely recomended
Will give Jack’s an average rating. Had no problem redeeming bonus. The modern look they say…to me the look and setup of the casino was pretty basic and vanilla. Wage requirements are pretty on par to other casinos. Withdrawal times again about average. 2 day processing and 5 days to receive. No slot tournaments which I really do enjoy and look for in a online casino. Also very few table games with none being any poker game. I like 3 card and ride em etc..With nothing in my opinion that makes Jack’s stand out and no tournaments and very little table games it will not be a casino that I will be playing. Not bad …just not quite what I’m looking for.
Casino is going to blow up, this is going to be one of the top casinos around I guarantee it. I have a very good feeling about everything involved with this Casino
average is not keeping up with the rest of the seamlessly endless stream of casinos. finding your niche staff and platform will serve you well. good luck.
Jackpot Casino is still really young and I could forgive them for the buggy site for that. I can’t forgive them for their terrible customer service though. I had a lot of issues registering on the site and as a result and deduct how to speak with customer service for over an hour. It really left a sour taste in my mouth and I wasn’t too much enjoying the place by the time I got to actually playing as for the gameplay it’s decent and has a nice selection of games I never got to the point of the payout so I can’t give you advice on that but just be aware that the site is a little buggy but please forgive them because they are new!
I enjoyed playing at JacksPay Casino. I was able to redeem the bonus fairly easy, but am hesitant to deposit money – especially after reading some of the reviews I have read. All in all, ill pop in and out to check it out again.
I enjoyed playing at JacksPay Casino , no hassles when redeeming bonus. The games choices were great and I plan on returning to play again. Thanks LCB!
