I have been playing at Brango for years and the main reason is because they pay fast. Almost always within 10 minutes. Their loyalty program is very good especially the part that they pay you your rewards no matter what and if they give it to you in your rewards section you can use it even if it's more than one between deposits. The only thing I don't like is all of their deposit bonuses except the no rules bonus have a max cashout tied to it, but they always have a no rules available. They approve paperwork fast also. I apparently created an account years ago, and I can't recall the email, username or password. Every time I try to reset it, I am unable to get any information sent to any of the email addresses I use for my account. So then I try to create a new account and I get blocked with a message that says I am only allowed to have one account. So, I have made an account at one point or another, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Then again, I can't stand RTG games, so I doubt my score would be much higher anyway.

I don't know what happened here, but this casino has gone completely down the toilet. They have nothing for bonuses, the more you deposit, the more you lose. They tried to entice me into not closing my account by giving me a $50 chip. Guess what happened? I won $0.82 off of the $50. And then closed my account permanently. Brango used to be my favorite and it was 100 stars awesome. But the past almost year seems like it's starting to go down hill. This casino isn't taking care of existing members like it always has. This sister casino to Casino Extreme & PacificSpins, etc. is on nearly on par with Extreme, the main reason they are not is the higher minimums on the bonus offers. Still the instant withdrawal feature, regular offers and solid customer service keep me coming back. Getting pretty frustrated with this casino group, especially Brango. Tried to use LCB rewards after being considered a VIP at brango, depositing over $10,000 at this casino alone last year, not to mention what was deposited throughout the group.
Made an $80 deposit this week, lost immediately, used a promo code, lost, brango provided me with loyalty spins that returned nothing as well. Tried to buy a $6 LCB rewards token in exchange for $45 chip. Disclaimer says no two free ITEMS in a row. Loyalty will be ignored, last action cannot be a WITHDRAWAL.

Quite a nice atmosphere for a relatively new casino. I have nothing to complain about when it comes to slots. I really like the idea of low deposits, like $10, but you have to be careful when depositing to avoid missing a few cents, as otherwise your payout might not be received. So, it's better to deposit a little more than the minimum required.

From the minute I signed up to Brango and was on the website I thought it was kind of cheesy. The graphics in most of the games i thought were cheesy as well. My last time playing at Brango was when I received a link in my email containing no deposit free spins to which after many ups and downs and meeting the ridiculous playthrough which is next to impossible on most of these casinos (40×/60× even) I was up the $200 went to the redemption page only to have trouble redeeming the winnings. When talking to customer service I was informed I was not able to redeem the winnings as I had already previously claimed the no deposit free spins. I was disappointed as well as annoyed as I received the email from Brango and didn't do anything sneaky or deceptive to receive the free spins. Wondering #1 why I was sent the email to begin with and #2 why I was even able to claim the free spins if I had already claimed them previously and any other time I try to claim the same no deposit bonus chip or free spins im unable to as it states bonus failed already claimed or something along those lines. It just didn't make sense to me. These are just my opinions as my time on Brango was short and only played a handful of times and im pretty sure they were all no deposit bonuses maybe I bought in once or twice for $20 or $40.

I loved this casino. The withdrawal speed is super fast (10 to 20 minutes on average) customer service is quick and most reps are very helpful for the most part.
I would've given a 5 star rating. However, after almost 2 years of regular play and depositing (higher overall deposits than withdrawal ratio), they took away my ability to use deposit, and no deposit bonuses, after I made a "bigger" than usual withdrawal which was less than $500 I believe (its been almost a year since this has happened so I forget the exact details).
When I asked why I can't redeem any kind of bonus with them, they replied saying that after I've made more deposits I'll become eligible again. Since then I've made several deposits then asked about it again and was given the same reply. They have a decent selection of games and a fast cash out turnaround time. They didn’t get 4 stars because the system generates the amount of crypto you send and if it fluxuates they don’t consider your deposit to fullfil the required amount for the bonus you opted for, but you sent what their calculator said to send. The response was deposit more than the required amount so that it doesn’t happen in the future and they don’t honor the bonus. They do provide spins with no deposit on a regular basis though. The other drawback is they require you to deposit to a new address every time you deposit even if it is on the same day.

Really bad casino. If you win more than a few times, they absolutely keep you from winning again. After several months and several thousands of dollars, I asked if they were adjusting the percentages the way some other casinos do. They immediately blocked me and banned me. They are more generous with the free spins and bonuses however the fortnightly cashback has never been given to me because it's supposed to be automatically applied but each time I've had to contact support and they say my deposits aren't over the minimum. I have an issue. I'm a repeat depositor, and I got finished with my wagering but there wasn't any pop up or nothing. Part of my balance disappeared but I was not given any type of warning. Free spins, but it's not my first time meeting the playthrough requirements in this situation. There wasn't a notification or even a pause in the game. Silently removing funds between spins is not fair play. If you fail, and you're in the game Cubee, it will bring you back to the first level. I've even mentioned I would compromise and be fine with withdrawing at $49.19. My main point is "fair play". What I experienced was not fair play. I deposited several times there, but because I had experienced nothing but Fair play. I'm not comfortable depositing again after observing this behavior.

What makes me give Casino Brango the score I did is all their deposit bonus offerings are all for use on SLOTS only.
They compromised making their bonuses SLOTS only by eliminating max bet limits.
However, you play a restricted game even after meeting playthrough requirements, don't be surprised if your withdrawal request will be voided, even if you got hot while your balance was under $1 and now you're up a $1,000.
Lastly, there Sunday Spins was a nice addition. Basically, the total amount of your deposits from Sunday through Saturday, regardless if they were clean or not, is added up and based on that amount, you'll be awarded free spins with a pretty standard playthrough requirement and a reasonable max cashout amount relative to the total amount of your weekly deposit total.
They haven't done so yet, but if those spins were on a game like Dragon Orb rather than the decent ones I've gotten like Popinata and Cash Bandits 3 with the entry betting amount per spin that is specific to those individual games (Popinata is $0.10 and Cash Bandits 3 is $0.25) I'll be taking back these kudos.

I played exclusively at these Brands they were always very quick to pay out typically half an hour always getting rewarded for your loyalty but at some point, they just decided to take away coupons from me because I won too much or something and basically stopped playing after several years of daily gameplay it’s a shame really out like that .. What’s a 20% no rules bonus compared to a daily depositer They lost a very loyal player, which I don’t think ended up being worth while. I'm a huge player on brango, extreme, yabby, and limitless but to be honest, I'm completely let down and disappointed by the fact of not one of these sites are giving out any free spins or chips to any depositors. In the current days of online entertainment, Brango is one of the better options out there. Thousands of dollars worth of deposits and I never hit anything, just straight lose lose lose, I mean we talking can’t ever go over what I’ve deposited, I was thinking maybe bad streak ride it out. They pay and pay quickly. My issue with brango is the RTP of this casino is set very low for RTG, you can tell with the payouts on video poker, I’ve never seen payouts this low. They want you to play slots but the RTP of those are low too. Used to have awesome bonuses, comp points and cash back and free chips but they’ve cut back.

Brango Casino gives me mixeed feelings in regards to overall quality. I have deposited numerous times with them but if I recall correctly I have only cashed out maybe 3 times, which among the top five casinos that I use is by far the lowest. Brango casino has the same customer service with extreme casino and yabby which was a good one but now i find it bad. Recently they are becoming strict about claiming only one free coupon between deposits. They used to have free spins for depositor between monday and friday and cashout after depositing but this changed recently. They are at least offering free coupons for some countries and loyalty reward 24hours after you deposit even if you withdraw from your deposit.

Beware of Comp point limits! I typically avoid bonuses at all costs for this reason… after playing hundreds of dollars on video poker @ Casino Brango, I accepted their $5 comp point bonus… on the third hand I hit a royal flush for $1000.
Brango’s customer service informed me that there was a 50% max cash out ($250). However when I tried to cash out I was told I could only cash out $137. I will NEVER use comp pints again.

Answer me this… Is it true that if a customer looking to withdraw winnings, the customer is required to reply to an email within 30 minutes or his withdrawal request is declined and the winnings are kept by the casino? It sounds funny. Especially knowing that we are on two different time zones. Casino is allotted five days or more to evaluate and make any payouts that they deem fit. Full disclosure this is one of the first casino's that I was able to withdraw winnings from so it's special to me. Getting to that point wasn't difficult. Transactions (all bitcoin) were swift, customer support ( live chat) adequately helpful. UI worked well especially when using large screens (rarely had to adjust magnification), sometimes the various pop ups for promoss, live chat, or selecting a game, areas become unavailable, like lets say where the X is to close said window, or layered in such a way that links are on top of eachother. My only real dislike was the current promo is just saturated. Like overkill. I'll never forget what a Maserati Greycale looks like. 🤣
