I have been playing at Brango for years and the main reason is because they pay fast. Almost always within 10 minutes. Their loyalty program is very good especially the part that they pay you your rewards no matter what and if they give it to you in your rewards section you can use it even if it's more than one between deposits. The only thing I don't like is all of their deposit bonuses except the no rules bonus have a max cashout tied to it, but they always have a no rules available. They approve paperwork fast also. I apparently created an account years ago, and I can't recall the email, username or password. Every time I try to reset it, I am unable to get any information sent to any of the email addresses I use for my account. So then I try to create a new account and I get blocked with a message that says I am only allowed to have one account. So, I have made an account at one point or another, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Then again, I can't stand RTG games, so I doubt my score would be much higher anyway.

I don't know what happened here, but this casino has gone completely down the toilet. They have nothing for bonuses, the more you deposit, the more you lose. They tried to entice me into not closing my account by giving me a $50 chip. Guess what happened? I won $0.82 off of the $50. And then closed my account permanently. Brango used to be my favorite and it was 100 stars awesome. But the past almost year seems like it's starting to go down hill. This casino isn't taking care of existing members like it always has. This sister casino to Casino Extreme & PacificSpins, etc. is on nearly on par with Extreme, the main reason they are not is the higher minimums on the bonus offers. Still the instant withdrawal feature, regular offers and solid customer service keep me coming back. Getting pretty frustrated with this casino group, especially Brango. Tried to use LCB rewards after being considered a VIP at brango, depositing over $10,000 at this casino alone last year, not to mention what was deposited throughout the group.
Made an $80 deposit this week, lost immediately, used a promo code, lost, brango provided me with loyalty spins that returned nothing as well. Tried to buy a $6 LCB rewards token in exchange for $45 chip. Disclaimer says no two free ITEMS in a row. Loyalty will be ignored, last action cannot be a WITHDRAWAL.

Quite a nice atmosphere for a relatively new casino. I have nothing to complain about when it comes to slots. I really like the idea of low deposits, like $10, but you have to be careful when depositing to avoid missing a few cents, as otherwise your payout might not be received. So, it's better to deposit a little more than the minimum required.

From the minute I signed up to Brango and was on the website I thought it was kind of cheesy. The graphics in most of the games i thought were cheesy as well. My last time playing at Brango was when I received a link in my email containing no deposit free spins to which after many ups and downs and meeting the ridiculous playthrough which is next to impossible on most of these casinos (40×/60× even) I was up the $200 went to the redemption page only to have trouble redeeming the winnings. When talking to customer service I was informed I was not able to redeem the winnings as I had already previously claimed the no deposit free spins. I was disappointed as well as annoyed as I received the email from Brango and didn't do anything sneaky or deceptive to receive the free spins. Wondering #1 why I was sent the email to begin with and #2 why I was even able to claim the free spins if I had already claimed them previously and any other time I try to claim the same no deposit bonus chip or free spins im unable to as it states bonus failed already claimed or something along those lines. It just didn't make sense to me. These are just my opinions as my time on Brango was short and only played a handful of times and im pretty sure they were all no deposit bonuses maybe I bought in once or twice for $20 or $40.

I loved this casino. The withdrawal speed is super fast (10 to 20 minutes on average) customer service is quick and most reps are very helpful for the most part.
I would've given a 5 star rating. However, after almost 2 years of regular play and depositing (higher overall deposits than withdrawal ratio), they took away my ability to use deposit, and no deposit bonuses, after I made a "bigger" than usual withdrawal which was less than $500 I believe (its been almost a year since this has happened so I forget the exact details).
When I asked why I can't redeem any kind of bonus with them, they replied saying that after I've made more deposits I'll become eligible again. Since then I've made several deposits then asked about it again and was given the same reply. They have a decent selection of games and a fast cash out turnaround time. They didn’t get 4 stars because the system generates the amount of crypto you send and if it fluxuates they don’t consider your deposit to fullfil the required amount for the bonus you opted for, but you sent what their calculator said to send. The response was deposit more than the required amount so that it doesn’t happen in the future and they don’t honor the bonus. They do provide spins with no deposit on a regular basis though. The other drawback is they require you to deposit to a new address every time you deposit even if it is on the same day.

The owners/ management need to stop being cheap and hire some help for chat support. Every Sunday the wait to redeem "Sunday spins" is ridiculously long. It's not uncommon to wait 20 minutes for help to redeem.
