I don't really receive much bonuses from this casino unless I'm willing to make two deposits that same day which I think is lame. I am a little bias about this casino because they were the very first casino I signed up for on whim while I was in college. Well, I forgot I signed up and many years later I created an account with another email address. Well, when I finished filling out my profile with my personal information, they said I had created a duplicate profile which was against their rules and they banned me for life. They wouldn't even give me a chance to explain myself. On the flip side, they do have a great game selection, and their welcome free spins is awesome with a fairly low play through!

I was considering playing at this casino so I decided to go through and read some of the reviews left here by the members. It is at least in my opinion leaning over to the disappointed, disgruntled, this place is no good kinda vibe, as the kids say, so I am a bit torn if I want to try this or not. I know experiences vary vastly from person to person and dare I say we may not get the full unfiltered truth about the things that went down with every player that was dissatisfied. All in all, I think I am going to wait to see if maybe a better sign up or welcome offer come around. For me its always going to be a no deposit, I won't spend money to give one a chance.

This used to be one of my favorite casinos. I cashed out multiple times with them in the past. Over $2,000 on more than one occasion. One of the things I liked about them were the bonuses. One day they contacted me and stated I was now a skilled player and would not be able to play with bonuses on the site ever again. I was and still am disappointed to say the least. I have not played with them ever since.

This place paid the first time I won for $500 then it seemed like they got some new rules and it was almost impossible to get cashed out, they do have the best perks if you get the highest level which is golden goose. Deposit $25 and they give 25 spins a $6 per which is really good, I like betsoft which they have a good selection here.

They would give out tons of free chips after I've made a few deposits. I was lucky enough to win and cashout $500 off a $25 chip. I must say, although slightly hesitant to fund and play on this site. I have to admit. I enjoyed the gameplay and the withdrawal process was standard and extremely quick! I received a fairly decent sized withdrawal without any issues and fast! The only thing I would say that I didn’t like is that I wasn’t able to make multiple withdrawals. Besides the lengthy id verification process..which they made me go thru multiple times, I also had to wait 15 Business days twice just to have withdrawal approval via email. Then was told another 15day period in processors hands for wire transfer...then was told by many agents it was still being processed..which was told had to be 15 days again. Then was told within 24hrs.. afterwards still had not received the money. Was told this time it was sent and bank already has it..which was false. Support won't even return my emails and all have refused to give me transaction id number or any kind of proof of sender info only repeated to me my own info I gave them like my account number routing number my bank name...all info I provided them with. My bank cannot even attempt to search for this payment without any info identifying the sender. IT ALREADY KNOWS MY INFO.its my bank. Still no payment received and no help from support no email replies nothin and won't give me anyting to verify or identify the transfer they claim was completed. $301 and still have not gotten it..plz help me get the money owed to me and explain why my issue is being completely ignored

I have a love hate relationship with this site. I have one alot of money here and love the different game style options. But the payout time takes for ever. I am giving this place a 3/5. Had you asked me before I tried to withdrawal I would have given it a 10/5. I loved this place, it was so much fun! UNTIL I WON! I was playing off free spins, and a absolute virgin gambler in March. I won I was so shocked! It was somewhere around 13.5K. I was totally extatic, as we all would have been! I talked to Johnny (customer service) to get some help, and he told me exactly what I needed to do in order to cash out. He told me to send in all my douments, Photo ID, Credit card, and utility bill, then said to place one withdraw for $150 and then do another withdraw for the rest. I did just that. I reactivated it a week or so later, and never won near the amount, but did win $1,500. It took WEEKS, SEVERAL WEEKS, of me attempting to get verified. They paid me out pretty quick once I was verified, and then....to top it all off, they deemed me a skilled player at this point, and said I could no longer get any bonuses. The experience I had dealing with this casino is just too extensive and negative to write. They have this weird reverse a withdrawal coupon that you can use. The coupon does not state what type of withdrawal is allowed and is not allowed. I’m not sure how you are going to help. I have been playing here for months. I was told multiple times that you can reverse withdrawals and use the available coupon. I specifically asked if I can reverse withdrawals from free chips and free spins. So this entire time I have lost every single one of my withdrawals that were already at max cash because I thought I could reverse them, soo did and lost. I really wanted 2 give this site 5 stars but OMG this has been hell trying to recieve my withdraw. I'm verified.. So I'm only waiting 4 them to send it to my bitcoin wallet. I claimed my weekly 10% cash back and lost all of it down to a few cents and when I deposited afterwards I won a thousand dollars when I was looking to withdraw it said my max cash out was 83$ I get on support and my vip host says give him 24 hours and I may still play with my balance if I would like too so I continue too and now I’ve won 8 grand during playing I get an email saying that they won’t honor it because my previous promo wasn’t zeroed out because there was less than .20 cents remaining so my deposit after is now merged with the other promo keep in mind that even the play threw had been finished before I deposited. So now I can still withdraw my 83$ but the other 8 grand is a wash over a few cents left on my account before making a deposit. For somewhere that is vocal about how good vips are treated. Ducky Luck Casino is not the casino that I recommend for everyone. It seems like an operation that has just purchased a cookie-cutter style and it's very basic in my opinion. When this first casino came out, I took the free bonus and played. I made wagering requirements. I made the minimum deposit to be able to withdraw. My withdraw was processed quite fast after I sent in my verification documents. I made one more deposit and took a bonus with it. A few days later I went to play again. Luckyduck Casino is a great casino to check out if you want to get more familiar with Rival and Saucify gaming. The verification process was surprisingly quick and easy and took just under 24 hours. in regards to game selection and game play I liked the casino a lot. I sued the LCB bonus and met the playthrough. Even though I choose bitcoin as a withdrawal method it took almost two weeks to process the withdrawal. Customer support was no help and I was given different(incorrect) info on almost every chat session. would not recommend, unless you do not mind waiting weeks for your withdrawal.

I actually want to decent amount on the free spins and almost made it through wagering this is sports and casinos sister site and they seem legitimate and they seem to pay out.
