In short: Jazz Casino is a US-facing offshore casino and sportsbook whose original domain now points to Jazz Sports. Neither site names an operator or a licence we could verify. In April 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board ordered both Jazz Casino and Jazz Sports to stop offering unlicensed gambling to Michigan residents.
This review describes the earlier Jazz Casino service. The original domain now redirects to Jazz Sports, and we have not independently verified a current operating licence for the casino described here. The earlier claims of US acceptance, supplier numbers and promotions should not be treated as current confirmation. See the licensing and availability information below before relying on the older catalogue.
What’s the Games Lobby Like?
When accessing the platform in the status of a visitor, a consumer gets only a brief preview of what is offered in this establishment. As a registered user, one gets a complete insight into more than a solid collection of games.
Providers named in the earlier review
…Jazz Casino accommodates a highly diversified selection of casino games. Slot titles aside, punters can discover lots of table and live games, racebook, sports and e-sports, scratch cards, and much more.
Among the featured studios, punters can find the finest achievements coming from creative workshops of Endorphina, BetSoft, Slot Exchange, Nucleus Gaming, Spinomenal, Vivo Gaming, Iron Dog, Vibra Gaming, and many others.
How about we catch a glimpse of the library?
Slots: Dragon Watch, Fruit Monsters, Safari Sam 2, Take Olympus, El Presidente, Rat Kingdom, Aliens and Pyramids, Bubbles Bonanza, Wild Sorcery, Lucky Lion, The Hive, Mystic Hive, Country Farm, Luck of the Irish, Black Magic, Quest to the West, Tycoons, Age of Jazz, Circus Show, Boxing Ring, Indian Legends, Treasure of the Nile, Space Gems and more.
Table and Live Games: American Blackjack, Ultimate Blackjack II, 3D Blackjack, 21 Burn Blackjack, Red Queen Blackjack, Astro Roulette, Roulette Diamond, European Roulette, Gold Roulette, Zoom Roulette, Baccarat, 3 Card Rummy, American Gold Poker, Caribbean Beach Poker, Magic Poker, and so on.
Miscellaneous: Vikings Wild Scratch, Cherry Blast Scratch, Keno Fortunes, Keno Vegas, Extra Bingo, Red Dog, Top Card Trumps, Big-Boo Bingo, Bingo Blast, Arctic Blast, Hollywood Bingo, Craps, and others.
Sports and live betting: basketball, baseball, soccer, fighting, rugby, motor racing, volleyball, handball, tennis, college basketball, table tennis, and others, plus a dedicated racebook and e-sports.
These highlights we gave you here…
…are indeed just bits and pieces, but more than enough to show that there’s something for everyone. Like in the vast majority of entertainment hubs, slots occupy the biggest portion of the catalog, but fans of other games are not left empty-handed either.
There’s a huge selection of popular themes, and a plethora of rewarding features- Wilds, Jackpots, bonus games, and side missions, you name it. As for the live dealer department, it looks utterly sophisticated, ensuring a top-quality experience for even the most demanding clientele.
In case you want to explore some new categories of games, feel free to do so. Rules are included as well, so you can familiarize yourself beforehand and test your knowledge and skills on something different.

Banking Methods
The original Jazz review described cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. Its reference to cryptocurrency gambling was commentary, not evidence that crypto payments are more efficient or improve every player’s experience. Confirm the actual cashier options for the account.
Request the applicable withdrawal method, fees, verification requirements and approval and delivery estimates.
The old 500-to-1 parlay figure concerned sports betting, not a general casino withdrawal ceiling. Likewise, the previously quoted daily and weekly win/loss thresholds and provider suspensions were described as play restrictions, not withdrawal limits; this review has not confirmed that they remain in force.
The earlier account-cancellation and balance-return wording should be checked against the current full terms. It is not a guarantee that a disputed balance will be refunded.

Customer Support
The original reviewer described a live-chat interaction and listed telephone, email and FAQ support. That was a historical observation, not a current service test. Current channels, hours, complaint procedures and response times should be confirmed on the exact service’s official help page.
Licensing
Jazz Casino’s original domain now redirects to Jazz Sports, whose website does not name an operating company or licence. Industry directories link both brands to Jazz Business Solutions B.V., which appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s public register under licence OGL/2024/400/0824, but that licence is listed as expired since December 2025. In April 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board issued cease-and-desist letters to Jazz Casino and Jazz Sports Casino Racebook for offering unlicensed gambling to Michigan residents.
Review conclusion
The earlier promotion lists, game descriptions and support assessment have not been reverified for the service reached today. They do not support a current recommendation to register or deposit. Confirm the contracting entity, local eligibility, licence record and applicable terms for the exact domain before relying on this historical review.

Played the 50 free spins from the LCB shop. I won $1 lol. They only let you use the spins on Betsoft games. Then I noticed after that no Pragmatic games can be played in my jurisdiction. I wish they would fix that. The games play well. Good selection.

I want to share my experience at Jazz Casino which has been fantastic, a few days ago I bought a bonus of 50 free spins at lcb shop after playing this bonus and playing several casino games, I was able to reach the minimum withdrawal of $50 and withdraw them via bitcoin which I received quickly in a couple of hours, the casino pays very quickly, the live assistance is fast in general terms, it is one of the best casinos, I highly recommend it

I had never heard of Jazz Casino until I purchased an LCB shop credit one day a few weeks ago. Since then, I play regularly. I love the variety of games, the wins are good, and customer service is nice. Loads of available bonuses after deposits (even if it was with a bonus) The withdrawal is swift, I always have mine within the first 24 hours of request. Never had to struggle with KYC either. The only reason I didnt give a 5/5 is because there are a lot of offered games that say game unavailble in your jurisdiction which doesnt make sense since I have played them on other sites but okay. Still, an awesome online site!

I got my signup bonus, I got a little bit from my Free Spins that came with a 1x which is rare the lowest playthrough I have seen on spins is 10x but hey I'll take that all day. Played for about about 3 days with my welcome bonus, didnt win but I had fun, I stuck with them as they were nice every time I needed a bonus, and on my third deposit I won 3750 and I put in for a BTC payout for 2500 and they paid me the next day. Can't really say anything negative bad about these folks.

I first noticed Jazz casino in the LCB shop and decided to give them a go. Registration was smooth and I was able to purchase the bonus from LCB and receive it the next day. I couldn't understand how I can activate it, so I reached out to the customer support live chat - they were fast and professional. I played my spins but won just around 3eur and didn't last long afterwards. I liked their game selection and customer support.

I'm sorry, but I refuse to rate a casino high just because they have added live games that I somewhat enjoy. Everything else about this casino upsets me. They are among this new breed of casinos (just like morespin) that have slots that are so tight you will never see a withdrawal attempt (except maybe for live winnings). I challenge you to win playing slots here. I just ran through another 50 spins purchased through the lcb slot and I won $1. I have deposited over $1000 and I haven't come close to a withdrawal attempt.
on the positive side, they have lower bet minimums for their live games as opposed to MoreSpins which are 2x for the same games...but unfortunately they don't have Monopoly Baller and several other live games I would like to play.
If you're going here to play slots, RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

This didn’t stand out particularly for me, I would say this is an average casino. I likely will not go back to it. I lost all my money very quickly and then had issues with their support team. Definitely check out another option. To be safe side.

Please read my complaint in the complaint section under "Jazz Casino". Horrible and strange experience with them. I will say that I will never there again and advise extreme caution.

I signed up at Jazz Casino, even though I have an account at Jazz Sportsbook. I spoke to a rep, and was told that that was perfectly fine. I was even given a free chip, as a no-deposit sign-up bonus. I didn't think the casino was tight at all. I actually was able to keep my balance for several days (those NDB wagering requirements always get you....just a matter of how long you can "hang on"). Customer service is excellent. Someone is always there to speak with you, and they are very professional, and not overly "pushy". I'm definitely a fan, too, of the amount of different software providers that they offer, and 1 of them isn't RTG, which is another feather in their cap to be different than 2/3 of the online casino marketplace.

This casino had a slot that seized up and took my money. The slot wouldn't go any further and was draining my money. I had been playing the slot Lava Gold all day. Right after a big win it totally changed. Wouldn't move forward and drained 2600 dollars from me. Stuck at a stand still. Jazz Casino refused to acknowledge the problem and won't refund the money I lost. They tried so many ways to knock down any argument I had. I will never play here again. They need to do whats right and refund my money.

I created an account spent over a half hour talking to support because I couldn’t log in just to still not be able to log in and be told it was because I didn’t do my email verification yet the chat disconnected and I still never got any email to verify. I checked all folders and all of my info was correct. I get the promo emails but can’t log in. Messages again just to start all over and get no where.

Seems to be a decent casino in my short time playing here. Have not won or dealt with support so I can't speak on that. Great layout and fun experience so far.

So this will get a bit long for a TL:DR I'd avoid this casino. For starters, I decided to inquire about the welcome bonus 200% match with free spins, and written under that was required slots: Betsoft as it read unclear to me as to whether you had to use the free spins on Betsoft, or play the entire bonus on Betsoft. I was informed via David the VIP manager I received an email from a few days prior, that only the free spins were on Betsoft and that I could also choose Nucleus, a company I have never heard of. He also stated that I could play on all slots for Casino Bonuses, which I have email correspondence of. Furthermore, He offered a 300% match bonus and VIP status to me even though I had never played there before and generally make small deposits. I decided what the heck, and decided to make a deposit of 62 dollars or so, which went through just fine. However, once I got the bonus added, which had to be done by David and was not accessible by the player, I noticed that the bonus amount was separate and the only slots I could play were Betsoft slots. My worst nightmare come true, as I only accepted the bonus to NOT play any of their slots. For the record, I consider them the actual worst online slot developer, both for their past and their handling of disputes I have read about recently. David kindly offered to switch it to Nucleus, which I promptly accepted, as even though I didn't know the company, anything was better than Betsoft in my opinion. However, once I started playing their slots, I noticed something odd. They seemed EXACTLY like Betsoft. I have since found out they are basically a carbon-copy of Betsoft in most regards. My dismay and disappointment at this bait and switch of offering me the opportunity to play new slots I haven't tried with a nice bonus, only to find out I can only use my 62 dollars on those slots and have to use the entire bonus on Betsoft or its clone..... And to top all this off, the ONLY RTP I could find listed in any games(which happened to be in Evoplay slots) was 92%. David the host gentleman was cordial and nice, but everything else was terrible. No wonder there are no complaints about withdrawals. How could anyone win at that place with those kinds of RTPs. Im glad I made a small deposit and didn't go crazy. Anyways, happy slotting.
