I used the 10$ free chip but never managed to get my balance over like $12 unfortunately. They have the free chip listed on their promotions page as a $100 cash out challenge and let me just say that it is indeed quite the challenge because you can only cash out if you manage to reach exactly $100 no more no less and you would have to do a test deposit for whatever reason I never really understood that rule aside from just an excuse to get you to not withdraw any money on a no deposit bonus without having to first deposit your own money so you don't ever actually get anything completely free but it's pretty standard at most casinos these days. I haven't had much luck at this casino and even though loyalty points are accumulated throughout the group, I always prefer keeping things separate and without any complications. My 1st withdrawal took very long and verification was more complicated and time consuming than I expected. Do not waste your time this casino group are pathetic. Won on a NDB but was refused bc was told I had several accounts but yet they have 3 separate casinos. I didn’t know you had to only have 1 for ALL 3. ESP before triple 7 came out. Spoke to a rep prior to winning and had the other accounts closed to have just one and asked specifically if there was ever going to be an issue was told no. This chain of casinos are just ok to me. They have a million bonuses to choose from but one of the major things I don't like is that bonuses are claimed the entire chain thru. For example if you have a code for 50 free spins on such and such game from Red cherry and you redeem it and then get another email from 777 or LadyLuck casino for 50 spins on the same game you will not be able to redeem it because you claimed it at Red cherry. Very disappointing. I deposited here to get the $10 day for two weeks worth of spins. After I lost my deposit bonus, I asked the cashier to give me the code for the $10a day for 2 weeks bonus.
