In short: Lucky Creek is a US-facing online casino with a Wild West theme and games from Rival, Betsoft and Saucify. Its current terms name TD Playwin Limitada of Costa Rica as operator without citing a gaming regulator, while the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission’s permit list (last updated September 2023) shows luckycreek.com under TD Investments Ltd. Treat it as an offshore site.
Riding high on a nostalgia trip, Lucky Creek Casino brings back images of the old West, hailing from small and dusty town, somewhere in Colorado. Perhaps it’s best to quite what the very makers of the casino have to say, just to provide you with the exact image they had in mind:
“For many years, our Lucky Creek was the best kept secret of “colorful Colorado”. Yip, we saw folks rushin’ straight past from the ol’ Sutters’ Mill to Pike’s Peak in our corner of the world… but we kept mum and kept the gold intact – and now all our patrons are laughin’ all the way to the bank.”
As you can see, even the language is period correct, and if you take a glance over the site design, you will notice that it isn’t something to write home about, but the layout is incredibly user friendly and easy to use and navigate.
The venue is an offshore casino (see Licencing below) and comes jam-packed with some cool games from Rival Gaming, BetSoft, and Saucify. There are promo offers and bonuses for each and every player, and the customer support is nothing short of top shelf.
Payment options are plenty, but we’d love to see some sort of loyalty program to award the most frequent customers.
Without further ado, let’s dig a little deeper to check whether we can strike any gold with these guys, shall we?

This is where the casino shines the brightest, as it offers a wide array of different games, segmented into four distinct categories: video slots, table games, video poker, and other games.

Bonus DeucesSupported Devices and Platforms
It’s unimaginable to visit an online casino that isn’t optimized for mobile devices. Such venues are better off dead, as the majority of players nowadays prefer playing on their smartphones and tablet devices. These are much more convenient than their desktop counterparts, and it feels great being able to play all your favorite games and score some cash whenever you want, anytime you want.
This one looks and feels great on both platforms, and we believe that it’s been designed with mobile users in mind from scratch. It’s also much easier to use, as all the options and features are only a few clicks away, and it’s all so intuitively laid out, you won’t have an adjustment period at all.
Banking Methods
As they say on their website, they like to keep it simple out there in the ol’ West, despite the fact that most players like seeing as many different banking options as possible, especially if a casino aims to cater to numerous international markets.
If you’re from the US, you can use Mastercard and Visa credit, debit and gift cards as a means of payment. Other options include prepaid vouchers, Bitcoin, and Vanilla prepaid.
Players from Canada can use Skrill e-wallet, Skrill Visa, Skrill Mastercard, EcoCard e-wallet, or Bitcoin to place some wagers before playing.
Those who hail from Europe seem to have the widest array of options at their disposal, including Visa credit and debit cards, Skrill Visa, Skrill Mastercard, Skrill direct bank transfer, Neteller, PaySafeCard, EcoCard e-wallet, and, of course, Bitcoin.
It’s a whole different ball game when it comes to making any withdrawals from your casino account.
If you’re from the States, you better arm yourself with patience. Lots of it. The fastest way is to use Courier Check via FedEx, as it will take 5 business days, and will also come with a fee. If you prefer payments to your credit card, it will take from 6 to 8 business days, but it will cost less. If you want a check sent via regular mail, it may take up to 21 business days, and also comes with a fee.
Canadians can also rely on checks sent via FedEx or regular mail, with the same transaction costs, or they can have payments sent to their credit cards, but the fee is slightly higher.
We strongly suggest you use Skrill e-wallet, Skrill Visa, Skrill Mastercard, Ecopayz e-wallet, or Bitcoin, as these are received instantly as soon as the payment is processed.
Players from Europe can also rely on checks and payments to credit cards, along with the aforementioned e-wallet and cryptocurrency options, but they can also use Neteller to withdraw cash.

Customer Support
Customer support is one of the most important elements of each and every online casino. Some people play for years with no troubles whatsoever, but you never know when something might go wrong and you’ll need some help. It doesn’t have to be some terrible issue, you might just have some questions to ask, and they’d better be answered, right?
Well, we strongly believe in a properly laid out FAQ page.
If done the right way and segmented neatly into comprehensive categories, these help you out, save you great volumes of time, and save you from being frustrated while trying to contact the casino staff. Unfortunately, that is not the case here, as there is no FAQ page to turn to, so you will just have to reach out to the customer support agents each time you have an inquiry or an issue that needs to be resolved.
The slowest way of reaching the staff is by writing a good old email. They insist on being available 24/7, 365 days a year, but the question is how long will you be waiting for a reply. Actually, there are four different addresses you can send your inquiries to, it all depends on what aspect of gambling you need to address. If you have a question for the customer support, write to [email protected],, and if it’s something to do with banking options, then send it to [email protected].
Do you need to complain about an issue? Address your inquiry to [email protected]. If you want to know more about loyalty programs, then write to [email protected]..
It all can get pretty tedious, especially if you are simply too impatient to wait for a reply, so why don’t you speed things up and talk to a customer support representative by using the live chat platform.
Still not good enough for you? Well, you can also pick up the phone and dial 888 595 5835 if you want to talk to a real, live person. This is an international toll-free number for all customers.
Licencing
Lucky Creek’s current terms and conditions name TD Playwin Limitada, a company registered in Costa Rica (corporate ID 3-102-896993), as the operator, and do not cite a gaming regulator. The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission’s list of permit holders (last updated September 2023) shows luckycreek.com among the domains of TD Investments Ltd., alongside Treasure Mile Casino. We found no fines, cease-and-desist orders or regulator warnings against the brand between 2021 and 2026.
They won’t accept any players under the age of 18. This site makes use of very sophisticated verification systems in order to avoid any underage gambling taking place.
On the aforementioned page dedicated to responsible gaming, you will find a wide array of guidelines that will prevent compulsive gaming, along with a list of various organizations that are known for providing professional help in such cases, including Gamblers Anonymous and the National Council on Problem Gambling.

I used to have fun here and grand eagle but lately thier sites stink.I was playing last night and was doing ok and was just over 400.00.Then like all the other crooked sites ,I changed my bet to .60 from 1.00 i was betting ..went to .20 and got some free spins again,
Went through 300.00 with not 1 bonus round nor free spins..Games are set to keep us from winning.I don't think I'll return here anymore.Even my crap free spins on solder game.I won 1.40 what a joke.

I think the one word that sums up this site is Meh. The site itself is very sluggish and the game selection is not strong. I tried several and found a few that were mediocre enough to play through my bonus, but nothing that would make me come back for more.

I absolutely love the variety of games. The bonuses are fairly decent, it would be nice to get thrown a a no rules no Max bonus once in awhile. But overall it's really great. Customer service is nice and helpful as well.

Good ole Lucky creek casino. Really fun unique games but....thats where it stops. Played for years mostly free spins. Tried a deoposit or two. I never cashed out or came close. It has been a very long time since i have played here. It is worth a few spins .

I won $816 on here. They said they only have two payment withdrawl methods. Which is bank wire transfer and bitcoin. My account shows I have access to both but it won't let me use bitcoin withdrawal until I make $50 bitcoin deposit and play the funds. I don't trust bank wire transfer because I'm feeling sus with this casino website. Representative seems nice. Their grammar and spelling isn't too great. And I felt super uncomfortable with how the Representative spoke to me saying " my love amd beautiful ". Very weird and uncomfortable. Also I did some research on reviews some people been waiting weeks and still have not yet been paid.

Was able to play a couple games, but the spins achieveved just under $5. Only allowed me to play a couple games. Not impressed. Saucify games don't let you stop the reels and I do not like that. Not coming back

The game choice is fun and fresh. Use to give out plenty of free spins not so much anymore. They got an actual app on iphone. Ive deposited once, never cashed out. I tried to deposit for happy hour to get the free spins but never received them. Decent customer service. Im almost at enough lcb chips to claim my free spins from the store.

Mediocre comes to mind. Nothing much to stand out for me. I've never taken the plunge to deposit real money here so I can't speak to the withdrawal process. Generous welcome chip and I enjoyed my time here. 3.0 rating for me
Reply
I use to love playing here simply because they were one of the only online casinos with Texas Holdem Bonus game. I never did cash out anything but insure loved playing that game.
Reply
This casino offers fairly average / similar game choice amongst the rest. Good customer support, only ever played with them using a no deposit bonus though. No deposits or withdrawals ever attempted

I like the layout. Great whit buffalo kinda stinks and I didn't enjoy playing it , but the other games were cool. I'll probably go back just to play more of their games. All in all not a bad time. Could of been better.
Reply
It's a very mid casino to be honest. There is not a lot of the common popular slots. Just a very basic experience. It's not too bad if you just want to gamble but they just don't have the games I enjoy playing.
Reply
Lucky Creek is not a casino I would put my money into. I would not use my money to play games made by Betsoft and/or Rival game providers. I do not trust them and I don't believe that they are actually provably fair. Just my opinion though
Reply
Very fun casino to play at, but also a very average casino. I cannot say I’ve have any negative experiences, but also nothing amazing stands out to me here. I have gotten some impressive promos at times, but I have gotten anything worthy of that recently. Hoping for an improvement here

Furthermore, the performance of the platform was less than satisfactory. I experienced frequent lagging, slow loading times, and occasional crashes during gameplay. These technical issues disrupted the flow of the games and made it frustrating to continue playing.

Lucky Creek is a great casino to play on..They have lots of bonuses and promotions..they have great loyalty rewards which is one of my favs about this casino..they have lots and lots of different slots to choose from..I've won a few times and was able to withdraw my winnings..

Lucky creek used to be one of my favorite casinos. I have cashed out probably closed to $10,000 with them. One of my favorite things about the site is that you can deposit not only with bitcoin but also with a credit card. The cashout times could be better as when you have to wait 4 plus days to cashout alot of times you will ens up playing your balance down.
Reply
My question to support was if they could tell me where in the T&Cs it showed the minimum and maximum deposits for a bonus per each currency? Wasn't there. . Still probably isn't there.
Reply
I liked playing here but their customer support is terrible! I was passed to 4 people asking one question and still haven't found the answer.
Reply
I like this casino and I like the layout of the website. I would recommend and think they have fun games.
Reply
They won't pay me my winnings, I had $1.47 left from a free bonus, and it was no longer enough to complete the bet level i was at, so I deposited $214, I then won $6500 but they will only pay me $100 because they claim I won it off of a free bonus. The free bonus could no longer cover my bet, I had to put in $214 of my own money in order to continue betting. No where in their rules does it say that if you deposit money while there is a free bonus active on your account that your deposit would go towards that free bonus' play through requirements. blacklist this casino.

One time forgot password so it took me to create a new acct then I was banned permanently for having 2 accounts

I'll make this short, but it won't be sweet. This site was a BORE! The games were totally unimpressive and well I am not a major fan of southwestern themes at any time. So, I played the required game and played 15.00 from that on a 3-reel slot. So unimpressed I can't even remember the name of that game!!! LMAO
Reply
Good game selection always has deposit bonuses available, wish offered more free spins and play. Have never withdrawn or won a substantial amount to withdraw. Arcadia is fav game and betsoft however can’t play with bonus funds unfortunately
Reply
I don't particularly like the games offered and there's nothing special about this casino.
Reply
I love lucky creek because that's where I got my first big win 500 . I kinda dropped off because the game are just okay
Reply
I’m not a fan of this casino you have to have some pretty good things going on for you to be able to stand out above the rest when there are hundreds of casinos online to play at there’s nothing to make me want to go on this one. I’m trying to think of something good to say about this one but I just can’t
Reply
I have a rule of thumb that any bonus above 50% is never worth trying and Luckycreek adds to my point. I just find its requirements troublesome but the site has a lot of good games in it. It’s just too bad there’s no good promotions for it.
Reply
this was a very large waste of time, slots selection seems way to old and retro noit the best ive seen , could use an update is all im saying
Reply
Hey what's up , why is access denied , I can't load any of this groups websites anymore.
Reply
This casino sends a ton of no deposit bonus. However if you actually get through the in my case over 7,000.00 in wagering required they will not pay the 100.00 max cash out if you have claimed more than one bonus since your last deposit! Don’t deposit here anymore but they do have a bunch of games.
Reply
I like how you can like some of the sister casino together and use you balance to all of them
Reply
I really enjoy playing here. I haven’t played in a while bc I haven’t had the funds but the payouts are fast
Reply
Only reading this casino solo because of the very high minimum cash out. It’s all great for the super rich high rollers or people that hit it big but some of us just want to be able to cash out 50 bucks when we only started with 10 or 25 and they just don’t give you that option here. The graphics are beautiful and the site itself and all games run very smooth. But for me they need to lower their minimum cash out before I ever give them my money again
Reply
I like the games, but live customer support is a joke. I went to ask where it was posted in their T and Cs how much the minimum deposit per each currency to receive a bonus was. 3 hours later I still didn't know, and I was told my question was irrelevant and disconnected.
Reply
I love the games on here but I strongly urge people to play anywhere but this group as they seem to always have an excuse not to payout legitimate winnings
Reply
Not really anything to rave about or complain about here. They offer so many bonus’s that they allow you to claim so that when an attempt is made to withdraw funds they can tell you you violated the terms by claiming to many consecutive bonuses. I recommend not using any bonus with this site, then they will pay out.
Reply
I like Lucky Creek.. the software is my favorite, but they didn’t pay me. Said I claimed too many bonuses. Now I wonder if they ever pay out?
