I won $816 on here. They said they only have two payment withdrawl methods. Which is bank wire transfer and bitcoin. They won't pay me my winnings, I had $1.47 left from a free bonus, and it was no longer enough to complete the bet level i was at, so I deposited $214, I then won $6500 but they will only pay me $100 because they claim I won it off of a free bonus. The free bonus could no longer cover my bet, I had to put in $214 of my own money in order to continue betting. Not really anything to rave about or complain about here. Absolutely horrible I receive nonstop emails from this group pertaining free spins with bonus codes or FreePlay money I attempt to use the code it doesn’t work I respond to the email stating that code doesn’t work and please stop emailing me yet I always receive a response from a higher up representative telling me that whatever FreePlay was issued is now in my account and to play my own free will. Out of all the casinos in this group, Lucky Creek was the best for me! I actually won and met the playthrough requirements and had the 100.00 balance leftover to request a cash out. Now the verification process took about a week, and I had to follow up with them twice to push the process along, but once I did that, the payment was sent the following day. Unfortunately they only accept bitcoin for crypto deposits, it costed me more to send a subsequent deposit (which I unfortunately did not win with) but that's the only reason I haven't been back since. 2 reasons why this site didn't get a perfect score from me. The live chat is TERRIBLE. It seems like there is only one person for the entire site. When they do reply (which could take upwards of 3 to 5 minutes before the chat window times out) sometimes they don't even respond back to the message they opened! My payout took about 7, 8 days. They claim using BTC is almost instant.. But I tracked the address when they sent it from my Coinbase wallet. and it was pending for quite a while. I would be cautious when talking to Live Chat also.. because you get about 3 or 4 different responses to the same inquiry. first time playing here i won $1000, it was my first time ever using an online casino...haha so it was the beginning of a long career of using these casinos :p aside from winning 1000, which i did love, there were aspects i did not love- to this day actually. sometimes support is not forthcoming when you ask questions or use a bonus, you think you are doing something right or have followed the necessary steps to properly use bonus codes (which are sometimes thrown in your face so you figure they have to be usable) but when it comes time to take the money out...support suddenly mentions something they hadn't before, or drags out a process. something to think about when withdrawing with bitcoin, and the length of time it takes for bitcoin to be withdrawn and the time it takes for your request to be confirmed...bitcoins prices can fluctuate like crazy. playing casino extreme and brango where the withdraw is instant is nice, but you can forget that and play here thinking you will get an amount that might be different from what you ultimately received. it happened to me, i fought it, and it actually worked, after 2 hours of going back and forth about the price of bitcoin impacting the money you receive, they credited my account with a rather significant amount to make up for the difference as i was told the fluctuating prices of bitcoin would not impact the amount i withdrew and received. just something to think about,

Well I have never deposited at lucky Creek and therefore never withdrawn either, I do enjoy the variety of games they offer. Graphics and design are ahead of RTG for sure. Customer service was great and I plan to deposit soon now that I've read some other people's reviews. Good luck!

I just found this group of casinos a little bit back while doing my rounds of due diligent casino whoring and all around no deposit bonus getting. I like their selection of games, their bonuses are plentiful, and their free spins pay. I haven't completed a rollover however, nor have i really deposited much at any of them, so i can't speak to their customer speed or ease of use. I can say in my one experience trying to contact live support via chat, it took about 10 min to get a hold of someone during less than peak hours, and that person was quite curt when i made a joke and said i wouldn't be depositing just yet... maybe i randomly had the casino owner as my agent and he took it as a personal affront? who knows. all i can really say is there are plenty of free bonus opportunities lcb'ers. might as well go give them a try for yourself for free!

these casinos are a joke, you never win anything or get playback, have to use as many bonuses as possible just to keep playing for more than 5 minutes. lucky creek, grand eagle, mandarin palace, treasure mile,they are all the same. after multiple losses with little to no playback, got a support operator bonus who said there was no max cashout on it minus the original 50 given, first time winning got up to 400 and met the wager requirements, forfeited the 50. after putting in at all four of their casinos multiple times and they turn around and change the cashout to 100 and say terms and conditions and dont even listen to me when i say there was supposed to be no max cashout as per the operator who applied it. terrible customer service and slots dont give playback at all.

I enjoy playing in this casino but the withdrawal process is long and takes forever to get your money. In addition, they don't keep track of what you can actually withdraw and expect you to know if you won your money on a bonus or not. If you request more money than eligible it goes back to the casino and you just lose the ability to play on it.

Lucky Creek is one of my personal favorites to play. With a user friendly layout, great selection of slots and surprisingly good variety of table games as well. The bonuses are decent, and as with many, the bonus fulfillment is near impossible to fulfill. The payouts are a step slow, but I have seen much worse in other casinos.

Be ready to wait if you plan on withdrawling funds . In May I submitted feedback on withdrawl times and Lucky Creek. LCB helped me recieve my funds after weeks of waiting from Lucky Creek . What do you know when I recieved my funds I deposited again thinking now way if I won would I wait over 7 days ... Think again I requested a withdrawl on May 28 th . It is now June 11th no bitcoin funds to be found !Everytime I call customer service .. They say the same thing over and over .. We will escalate your $500 withdrawal to the accounting . Lucky Creek has a great selection of games 5/5 and bonuses 4/5 be careful any deposit match bonus over 100% has a max withdrawl . Graphics 5/5 . Here are the negatives : Withdrawls 1/5 My personal exprience has been aweful . For example just recently requested a $450 withdrawl on May 9th . I have called customer service twice last week and twice this week with no result ! My withdrawl is currently in pending status . In the last two months bitcoin withdrawls have been a nightmare . I always like to wait until I am able to withdrawal from a casino before rating, as for me that is what really matters in the end when playing online.
I had no issues whatsoever withdrawing from Lucky Creek. The customer service is excellent and I was even able to speak with a manager regarding my withdrawal...he explained everything in detail and with patience. I will say Lucky Creek's bonus coupon playthrough requirements are a little different then other casinos, so be sure you read about the requirements before playing with a deposit match.
The casino's bonus match coupons are nice and they even have a medals you can earn to cash in for prizes. The games are fun and different then other casinos I've played at with a wide selection.
The document verification process was easy and includes a call from the casino to verify your identity over the phone. This casino is terrible. I tried to sign up but it said i need to retry. So i tried again and I got the same message. I contacted live chat and they said I need to deposit $100 with bitcoin to be eligible to have an account here. Well I like Lucky Creek and I deposit there often. Or I did deposit there often. I recently on on the 10 free dollars they are giving away, Max cash out of 100. So I went to withdraw and I was told I could not because I took more than three free spins in a row. I understand that there are some folks that that only get free spins but I am a long time depositor who has never cashed out once! I believe they should look at my history and then determine if the 100 they denied is worth the 120 they get every month from me!! I am sure it is they are going to lose this time!!! in 2016, I won back some kind of promotion, which they themselves sent me by email. on balance more than 200 dollars. they immediately blocked my account (the reason is that we do not accept players from Russia). and at the moment I can not get into my account. Its a good casino on my opinion they do show their license on the page and the layout is very nice and attractive.I wish they had live casino tables and a few more providers but there is still a lot of games you can choose from.The page interface is good and the software is running without problems.Sometimes the game do give an errorr but its very rare and it happens occasionally and sometimes it doesnt happen at all.I did like this casino and the first deposit bonus was really good awell.Live chat support is very fast and will answer all the questions you need to ask.
