Old Havana Casino is closed. This review is kept for reference only.
Vintage flavor, enchanting melodies, classy people gathered around tables stacked with chips, waiting for the next lucky winner while the excitement reaches the highest peak. There’s nothing like the unique feel of the 1920s gambling in the hot heart of Cuba, a mighty good feeling Old Havana Casino wants to invoke through the imagery of the website!
If you’re in search of that old-school atmosphere, where green poker tables and finest Cuban cigars dominate the view, this might be the place to find it.
We venture into this old world to explore the important factors every player should take into consideration when choosing a web-based venue. Let’s take a closer look at the following features: game diversity and availability, banking options, promotional packages, support channels and overall terms of use.
Keep reading to see what we found out!
Software providers
Real Time Gaming is an old and proven game development studio. Their origins trace back to the very beginning of internet casinos when they introduced to the world some of the first slots and table games to be enjoyed in cyberspace.
Even though this is the only provider that powers up the Old Havana platform…
…players will be happy to know that RTG has made significant improvements to their products since 2016, and is continually investing in high-quality upgrades to keep up with technological advancements of the modern age.
With recognizable graphics and coloration, a variety of titles, they have something of value for every preference and play-style!
Moreover:
RTG casinos, this one included, run using fully optimized, high-performing clients equipped with a variety of options:
- Mobile games
- Progressive jackpots
- Instant-play and downloadable software
- Flexible interface with adjustable features for a personalized gameplay experience
- Fair play certificate
- Free trial
- Multi-channel support
- Loyalty system and last, but not least…
…a wide variety of slot, card and specialty games, with new releases added on a regular basis.
Taking fairness and unpredictability as important factors, they state that their Random Number Generator has official CDS certification. This evaluation decreases the potential biases to a minimal extent.
Available games
Being a newly-joined or a seasoned member, be at ease, because the lobby has something for everyone. There are numerous games of luck and skill, designed to meet various players’ needs and tastes.
The lobby features the following:
Table games, slots, video poker, specialty, and progressives. Browse through the sections, pick your favorites, and don’t forget to check out the New Games section from time to time.
You don’t want to miss out on latest industry releases, newer, bigger and better opportunities!
There are two ways to experience the software: directly in browsers or via a download client. It is easy to install and activate, and it has no extra costs. In addition to this, the titles are available in fun and real money mode. That gives you the chance to test a game first and see whether you like it, before you decide to deposit money.
Without further ado, let’s go through section by section and see what’s inside.
Table games
This category features various card games including both traditional, new-generation and hybrid variants popular at the tables.
Take a practical shortcut and list the offerings by section, This speeds up the whole process and enables you to find what you want FAST.
Here’s what you can find there:
Caribbean Stud Poker, Caribbean Hold’Em Poker, Baccarat, Blackjack, Let’Em Ride, Face Up 21, PaiGow Poker, Pontoon, Vegas Three Card Rummy and few more.
Slots
RTG has always been more about the good old reel spinners, and less about cards. Good for slot fans, because the kind of games you’ll find here inspire the sense of fun, thrill and excitement at the possibility to win prizes big and small.
Here are some of the best-known, player-favorite titles: Lucky 6, Achilles, Aztec’s Treasure, Bubble Bubble, Diamond Dozen, Count Spectacular, Fruit Frenzy, Enchanted Garden, I, Zombie, Megasaur, Naughty or Nice III, LuchaLibre, Eagle Shadow Fist, Stardust, Fantasy Mission Force, Voodoo Magic and many, many more.

Video Poker
You can list these titles by the number of hands, one, three, ten and 52 hands or all at once, as you wish. The games from this group are just seemingly the same. Once you give the chance to some of them, you will see that some tiny differences make them unique in difficulty level. Those slight changes make them more or less challenging.
In this section you can find the following: All American Poker, Aces and Eights, Bonus Deuces Wild, Bonus Poker Deluxe, Jacks or Better, Loose Deuces, Joker Poker, Sevens Wild and many more.
| Logo | Name | Software |
|---|---|---|
 | Loose Deuces Video Poker | Real Time Gaming |
Specialities and Progressives
On their website, you will find these two as separate sections. But, to simplify things a bit, we listed them in one here. These are some specific games that are either less common, such as specialties are or simply upgraded, like progressives.
The following titles belong to this category:
Aztec’s Millions, Megasaur, Let’Em
Supported devices
Compatibility, availability, and accessibility are the three pillars when it comes to reaching an even bigger number of potential consumers. With that having said, this web-based venue features the content which can be played on various devices and platforms.
Speaking of, this mobile-friendly hub gives members the chance to enjoy the titles they’ve selected wherever and whenever they want. The only thing you should have in mind that some of the games may not be available in this form, so make sure you check that.
You get to choose between two different ways to initiate the title. By selecting to do so directly in the browser you opt for an instant play mode. And you also have downloadable software at your disposal. There are no additional expenses.

The variety and effectiveness of banking options are two factors that also matter a lot to both sides. Players want safe and quick banking options, however…
…this is not the section Old Havana excels at.
While deposit methods are more varied, and include Master Card, Visa, Neteller, Money Order and a few more, the withdrawal gateways are fairly limited to a couple of methods that take quite a while to process winnings.
In case you get lucky and win a prize, you can withdraw via the following: ACH Direct Deposit, Check Via Courier, Check Via Regular Mail, Neteller and few more.
Now…
There’s something we want to mention that may be a bit disappointing. When a consumer submits a withdrawal request, it takes about two weeks to process it. That’s for sure a long period of time. We can only assume that this is due to the thorough evaluation prior to cashing out.
But…
…we do hope they will do something to improve this element and speed it up a bit. On the other hand, not all the options are so slow. Some requests are normally received within 48 hours, and it takes five to seven days for them to evaluate.
Customer support
From Monday to Sunday, be it day or night, their support is at members’ disposal. They want to ensure their members that they can refer to them for any doubts and questions they may have.
You can contact the support team by choosing to chat with a support representative or send an e-mail. They aim to reply within 24 hours. By putting players in the first place, they show that they value their time and money.
In addition to this, the website also has a FAQs section, where you can check some basic questions.
Licensing

AskGamblers lists the casino as terminated and Costa Rica as its last stated jurisdiction. The brand does not appear on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s licence register.

Old Havana Casino is an RTG casino that has nice slots and table games. I downloaded the PC version to get the no deposit bonus and won the minimum amount, around $100. Got lucky on the Samba Jackpots slot I guess.
Problem was that getting verified took way too long. Had to resubmit documents several times and inquire about the status. Getting paid by virtual currency took aother 5 days. Eventually got my money but this casino group is like all the other sketchy RTG casinos and takes a while to pay you.

I visited this casino several years ago and had almost forgotten about the experience. It turned out to be quite an enjoyable place with a diverse selection of games, ranging from classic slots to table games like blackjack and roulette. I was impressed by the reasonable payout rates, which made the gaming experience even more rewarding. Additionally, the customer support was exceptional; the staff was friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any inquiries I had. Overall, it was a memorable experience that left a positive impression on me.

Awesome game great winnings will definitely keep playing easy to navigate around the site

The casino is ok but a lot of things need to be improved. They could expand the offer more, especially when it comes to live games. Nowadays, a high-level offer in this matter is essential. But overall, the casino is definitely worth recommending and trying.

I just found out about this site the other day so this is new to me. I was supposed to get a no-deposit register bonus, and I was easily able to acclaim it once I've verified my email. I could see myself playing here again.

I just found out about these guys yesterday. I played a no dep bonus . They were good , i would play with them again.

I used to play here many years ago. The slots seemed kinda hot. Recently, not as hot but still good. I was able to withdraw $470 and payout was in my crypto within 9 days. This payout speed was much better than several years ago.

I recently explored Old Havana Casino, and it was a delightful experience! The retro vibe really took me back, and the site is easy to navigate. I loved the variety of games, especially the classic slots that reminded me of old-school casinos. The customer support team was friendly and quick to respond when I needed help. The only downside was the loading time on some games, but it didn't ruin my fun. Overall, a charming online casino with a unique flair!

Unfortunately the casino doesn't have the providers that I like to play. And unfortunately you cannot deposit using Skrill

My opinion on this casino has changed thanks to the fact that I finally made a successful withdrawal. It was a long time coming but it was a very welcomed cash grab for myslef.
Reply
I have nothing negative to say I did play over a year ago when they had 30$ welcome bonus it was uneventful and there was never any additional incentive to bring me back

Might give this place another try... Have never deposited here or cashed out but I did play a free bonus. Liked the layout and seemed like a pretty decent casino.

I really like Old Havana so far! I love the games and look forward to opting into a promo tomorrow. So far so good Old Havana!! Defo recommend to others :)

It's the same as its sister casinos. Same type of games. But games choice is not bad. I once played in this casino and my experience was not bad. Some games are too old but some people like these games.
Support is good.
What can I say about withdrawal because that chance was not occurred in this casino for me?

Old Havana Casino Review
I play at this casino and got a letter from LCB about a new product in their store, $25 Casino Chip. It is a great value. Their website shows you their winnings in games and recent winners which gives you a good idea of how to play. Easy to sign up and very good. I would recommend it.

i tried it, code worked fine, playthrpough was a little steep. didnt get very far. maybe next time

Nothing special. It was a one shop stop for me. Personally not my cup of tea
Reply
No deposit bonus code worked for me to wd after 20x play through Mac 50 dollars. KYC was aimpl and fast
Reply
It was fun. Cool slots and good bonuses. I couldn't cash out unless I made a deposit which wasn't cool.
Reply
The games need to be updated and there needs to be more up-to-date games and even with the promo codes and bonuses you have to play through so much in order to even cash out and they make it almost impossible to even do that
Reply
Has this casino somehow completely rebranded and re managed itself into becoming one of the top casinos online? I think not! I've played on multiple occasions and made multiple deposits to find out the slots seem very tight for RTG and cash outs were certainly not instant like some other RTG casinos. What am I missing when it comes to these high ratings for these sub par casinos?
Reply
All these sites are pure trash here at end of the list of no deposit bonus. There at bottom for a reason each one not only has Same deals but same tournament login so literally there sharing ur information with each other
Reply
Needs to updates the games and play the up to date games for more fun. More promotions and bonuses also
Reply
The performance of the site wasn't stable and thus I didn't really enjoy my stay with this casino.
Reply
I really didn't like it had a good lay out and a lot of games but it just wasn't for me

this was not a good casino i did not enjoy it even though there are a lot of games and bonuses

I played 25 free spins won $0.90 but turned it into $166.00. I played it down to the minimum cashout which is $150 upon trying to withdraw i was told to deposit $$25.00 to withdrawl and then was told that I had to play the $25 5x through which comes to $125 wagering requirment and if i didnt win enough to meet that requirment I would lose the $150 and the $25 of my own money but when you read the general bonus rules
Your total winnings are $150.26, and the minimum withdrawal amount is $150.
Since the minimum withdrawal amount is $150, you'll need to meet this requirement first.
The maximum withdrawal for the bonus is $150.
You'll need to place a deposit equal to the difference between the minimum withdrawal amount and the maximum cashout from the bonus. In this case, the difference is $150 - $150 = $0.
After placing the deposit, you'll need to wager the deposited amount before requesting a cashout.
So, in summary, you'll need to deposit $0, as the difference between the minimum withdrawal and maximum cashout is $0. However, you may still need to fulfill any wagering requirements associated with the deposit before.
So now the general bonus rules are wrong,Im wrong and chat gpt is wrong when in fact are they not only wrong but I would easily say disgusting. You give me a so called free bonus but the very definition of free is completely dispelled since you ask no demand $25 to collect the bonus then subject my own money to a 5x playthrough which is 4x the AML requirements then inform me my deposit is not enough to collect a FREE bonus I must earn $125 to complete the wagering requirments and just because you wager $125 does not mean theres 125 left to withdrawl and even if there is $125 left guess whats next its a sepetate withdrawl so you need $150 to request the withdrawl. That is the very definition of a free bonus scam. I can only assume anyone who reads this and still plays is a glutton for punishment. Shame on this dirty casino and there nasty tricks. The casino once again is Old Havana Casino and i urge you LCB to take down any offers they have because this is what your guest have to go through. I want to point out one more thing if you notice the deposit amount is not left open ended it's the diffrence between minimum withdrawl and max cashout but what they did do to ensure your screwed is leave the bets part open they can require you to deposit x any number they want. This is the worst bonus practice ive ever seen on top of they can revert to this term versus a specified bonus term whenever they want. Wow

Proven to be a casino you can win at and actually withdraw funds without a giant hassle like 90% of places I’ve played at. I will most certainly return here for play and am hoping to see some better promos in the future as well as some improvement on customer support.

another same old same old real time gaming Casino with a welcome bonus that seems too good to be true. The interface is a little bit different than most others but the game selection is the same. Slow withdrawals but overall I'd say this is a trustworthy casino but they would not be my first choice.

With the limited number of slots and table game, having no live games, a horrible payout processing time and the worst playthrough's I've ever seen, I don't understand who's rating this casino high...are your standards that low? Players are completely set up to fail here. I just noticed the player reviews to the right which clearly show this casino average is somewhere in the high OK to low liked it. So why does it display with a score of 5 out of 5....seems like some shenanigans are happening here?

Another same rating as the few others that’s seem to be similar owner/operators; Typical long wait for payout casino. I don’t deposit at these types of casinos for that reason. Otherwise, games are ok like extreme ; Brango etc.

average casino in my opinion but i will say they arent trying to rob you rtp was good but the service sucked
Reply
I really liked the amount of free chips they would give me when i was regularly depositing this is pry my favorite of the 20+ casinos that all offer the same platform expeirience similar to Yabby, BonusBlizts, CasinoExtreme because of the VIP cashback. I did not like how they handled my account when one of my deposits bounced though so they get thrown in the average bucket for me.
Reply
Just like most of the RTG casinos. I only claimed the free spins. I didn't deposit. Nor was I able to withdraw anything. And I didn't complete KYC. So I can not give a full review of this casino. I did however have $7000+ playthrough on $108 winnings. And I thought it odd that it was winning so well on the free spins but plummeted when it was on the playthrough m Maybe it was something, maybe just the way it goes. Who knows. But because of that I doubt I will deposit money with them.

It’s an okay casino. Nothing special though. The wagering is a bit high for the no deposit bonus.

Pretty typical for an RTG casino wasn't prepared to make a deposit here after the free bonus as I have not read many good things about verification timing and so on so forth. Wish that one of these gaming sites would offer something a little bit more unique so that it would differ from its competitors will keep an eye on this and others as I do like their layout and easy interface

Great place to play. Fast payouts and trusted casino. I have never had an issue

To me the casinos in the series of Havana are nothing short of a joke. Although people claim they have cashed out at these casinos the waiting time to get your money is up to 2 months!? Why would anyone knowing this still play with them? There are so many better sites that will pay you within an hour or two. Sometimes as short as 10 mins in the case of Casino Extreme and their sister sites. GO ELSEWHERE!

Old Havana casino is a clone site powered exclusively by RealTimeGaming provider. Easy registration, only email verification is necessary for activation 20$ no deposit bonus, only via LCB link. Some interesting Bonuses and promotions with Wagering of just 30X or less. 5 global progressive slots games, and dozens local jackpots. Except Slots, Old Havana doesn't offer too much. Some scratch's cards, ome or two bingo, and few video pokers games. Live chat support available 24/7, with almost instant replies, but not so helpful in technicals issues, they will politely suggest to contact other department.Big cons is only one provider.

I've stepped into this casino but that's about it, I tried to use a welcome bonus but it keeps getting denied. I like to test the casino before deposits to see how the reels are turning, I'm sure most people do

I liked it. Signup was quick, the NDB worked and was easy to claim. The games had decent returns and I made that 20 bucks last quite awhile actually. It has the normal stable RTG games most other casinos are working with. I didn't win or have any issues so I can't comment on payouts or customer service quality.

Sign up was easy. Logging in was a pain and the no deposit code worked, but I didn't get any playback so it went quicker then it took me to set up my account.

Liked the casino and bonuses easy to navigate and good selection of games aswell

This casino was alright, but it’s not reliable and there’s nothing that really stands out to make it worth playing at. There bonuses were okay and they didn’t really have incentives they kept me interested in putting my money with them. I would say pass
Reply
This Casino was nothing but amazing and wonderful I was able to make a withdrawal request a five hundred dollars off of my cashback bonus. It was crazy I couldn’t believe it but dude the only bad and downside about this whole casino is a whole waiting time for your money to hit your account at least you bitcoin account it really took me like 2 or 1 months on this to go on just to get my $500 when I needed them the most and then it took me literally about a month or two.
Reply
This is just another casino with the same games just like everyone else except for some of the other ones are enjoyable while playing at. I don’t get how some of these casinos can even stay in business when they are competitors are doing so much more than they are. If you are looking for a new casino I would keep looking
Reply
I don't trust these guys they're part of the group that I just found offer a lot of no deposit bonuses but her not trustworthy as far as payouts. I'm interested to read more reviews of that lend to a positive experience.

It was ok, built the same as all the others, there are other casinos other than this I would recommend instead, like uptown aces or extreme

I actually enjoyed my play here. I love when casinos offer a somewhat generous no deposit promotion for new player sign ups. I actually got quite a bit of play time in but ultimately wasn't able to cashout. I still had fun though, so that's a plus

$20 NDB but didnt get play long at all. I dont think I wold deposit there at all that would be just throwing

We won on this site 3 weeks ago and still no 200.00 cashout. Thiers no way this is part of mainstreet game sites like lucky hippo. If so then someone needs to fix it. Im not going to dep nor play here anymore. Too slow and or no payment.
Reply
Payout times are on the slow side. Games seem to play fair. Customer support was friendly and helpful. But there’s nothing special about this casino to make it stand out. No bonuses to get excited about it. And I don’t like the way the mobile interface is setup.

All Old Havana is I would say an average casinno Online. It’s a lot like most of the USA on my casinos. It’s got all the fun games. Staff is simi-friendly. I guess it just depends the mood you catch them in. They definitely could have better bonuses for depositing players. But overall it’s average. I would give it a shot so yeah I guess I would recommend it to family and friends. Love LCB. Keep up the good work

Old Havana is a strong platform where you can play a wide variety of games. It also helps that this is available on mobile platforms. Android phones have an app as well which will be a strong reason to play on mobile. It also helps that the support service is pretty strong because people always talk to them when problems pop up. Despite the success, there are some parts of the site that are worse than people think because bugs can appear and you can also encounter some games that have been poorly optimized for both PCs and mobile versions.

I always try to be as unbiased as possible when trying out a new casino, and I must note that it could have just been a very terrible day for me but I have been trying out a lot of new casinos lately and it just seemed that this one was very tight. I didn't have any problems getting the games to load, and again it seems like an average RTG Casino, but unless they offer another bonus to try them out I wouldn't spend my own money here personally.

I like Atmosphere and when a company creates an identity for their casino and was optimistic it was going to take me back to the Cuba of days of yore. Unfortunately it’s just the same bunch of games as other similar sites with little flavor beyond the cool logo and concept. I will still game there but it’s just another casino.

This is an average rtg site that I was able to cashout a decent amount. Relatively quick as well compared to other sites of the same software. This is definitely a casino I would recommend to anyone looking for a new RTG casino to play at. I think it's better than some with much better ratings. Could be just because I was paid with no issues though.
Reply
I used the $20 NDB and was able to get that up to $180 and played for almost a day on the $20. My experience was that the payouts are very fair and getting into bonus rounds was fairly quick with nice payouts compared to some casinos. I would definitely pay to play here but first check to see if there are reports of cashout problems.

I enjoy the free chip and the first time decent match deposit bonus. But this casino pay rate is very low. I went through 200$ not even getting a bonus but twice and they both paid relatively low

I was able to win the jackpot at for 350 bucks cool right but was able to go up to 900 bucks!!!! I was hella excited BUT! Due to the bonus that only had 15x max cash out which I thought was whack and found out upon trying to withdrawal I was like okay cool I get a 527 bucks not bad right? WRONG! On top of that the bonus was a STICKY bonus so they deducted even more from my withdrawal and resubmitted my request when it was already a week in requested! Now I’m in week 2 waiting for my withdrawal for BTC

Used the free $20 no deposit sign up. Got it up to $71 but went down to $0. Had fun playing several different slots. All you can play on the no deposit bonus are the slots and of course keno. I really love Double Ya Luck.

Deceptive, misleading, & unhelpful-don't play here. I signed up with a free chip, got lucky, & went to cash out. I sent in verification documents within hours & waited two weeks to get that done, every few days being told it would be done the next the whole time. Kept contacting every other day for another two weeks and they said the same thing. Finally after a month I was informed that I had to make a $50 deposit and meet another playthrough before cashing out and going through another month of this just to get the first fifty. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me this one of the hundred times I talked to them before this, instead they led me to believe that I would have my withdraw within a day every time

Kind of an okay place to play at. I always like the No Deposit bonuses to try your luck and see how the games are.
Some of these places have steep wagering requirements. But I had fun anyways.

The usual RTG casino.. Nothing better than..Average RTG and game play wasn't bad because I have played at worse..Bottom line pretty average and nothing to sway me into depositing..

I have claimed 20$ no deposit bonus and waggered. and verified already. I thought i am able to withdraw my winnings after waggering without depositing.. but i was wrong. because the minimum withdrawal is 150$ which is the same maximum amount for withdrawal of winnings from that bonus. but when i waggered my balance turned down to 120$ and when i tried to cash out , i was not able to. and so i asked the support and told me that i should have to deposit 30$, and because the maximum withdrawal is 120$ for this bonus BUT the minimum amount for withdrawal generally whether from bonus or not is exactly 150$.. So, it means i need to deposit 30$ to make a cashout....

I took advantage of the $20 NDB to test their games. I got to try 3 or 4 games but didnt get play long at all. I dont think I wold deposit there at all that would be just throwing my $ away.

I took advantage of their 20$ no deposit registration bonus, and after successfully completing the wagering requirements, I found myself with the amount of 50$ in my account.
which is the max cashout for this bonus.
So I tried to cashout, only to learn that the minimum cashout for this casino is 150$. Well how is that even fair, after some back and forth with customer support, I decided I wasn't getting my 50$ and had given up. About a week later, recieved an email stating that my cashout had been accepted, a week after that, I got a cheque in the mail for 50$ and it cleared.
Old Havana had the decency to waive their t&c and let me cashout my winnings in the total of the max cashout limit for this bonus.
They have definitely earned my respect, so I would recommend players to give this one a try for themselves.

I just tried the 20$ freebie. Standard RTG casino layout, it seemed they had more games than the average RTG. Give it a try!

Old havana has been around for a while now, mostly lurking. They offer very high rollover free chips, and decent match bonuses. I have had little experience with them and not heard much amongst the network of players about them. They must be getting some customers because they still in business. I'd read up good on them before depositing, and go into chat and ask questions about them.

Old Havana was closed for a while and re-opened early last year, if my memory is correct. Old Havana is one of the Main Street Vegas casinos. All the match and free bonuses, T&Cs, are the same as others. You don't have to go through Account Verification process again, if you got a verified account in one of their affiliates. As I experienced, the only problem is their withdrawal time. Promotions are great.

Not to bad! Games are average but the w/d is so minimal is looks very nice to new players: BUT BEWARE they have very strict limits with bonuses! They have really nice staff but they tend to take a long time responding to your request :) But overall it's an ok casino

After I registered in Old Havana I made a deposit of 10$ and got up to 100$ in less than 5 minutes :)) But of course as usually I didn't withdraw them and lost all :( Right after loosing my 100$ I deposited another 10$ but this time it didn't let me to go up to 15$ - there was not even one spin that won more than 1$ at one time. After loosing my second deposit of 10$ I contacted the Live chat to get some free chip, as I always do in RTG casinos. But I was kind of diasppointed wnen I got 25$ and saw that I have to wager about 2500$ (not sure if this is the correct amount, but it was extremely high!) I usually play without bonuses on my deposits as I like to know that I can withdraw at any moment, and I think this is the right way to play in Old Havana as their wagerings are too high!

The bonus included being able to play video poker (my favorite) some casino's disclude that, I did make use of the deposit bonus and won. Started with $25 out of pocket, and actually cashed out at $250 over the holidays so took 3 weeks and I got $187.50 back in my account...(do ask why to the live help...they found my bonus wasn't "sticky" and gave me back the $62.50 (grr I wasted it) but after a deposit of $40 I lost, and now after a deposit of $25...I won and am in the process of withdrawing another $175....so far best casino , I have dealt with

I played at this site quite recently when I found a no deposit bonus code. I played there and had no luck with the games, also they lagged a lot on instant play and it got me frustrated. So far I think they are decent casino, but I'm not sure if I could deposit there just because they don't have the best reputation and I have read lots of complaints.

A casino with a really cool theme and name to match, Old Havana Casino is a Realtime Gaming casino that for me manages to stand out from other RTG casinos within the franchise, mobile, Desktop download and instant play versions of the casino are available and the casino doesn't really offer any no deposit bonuses but here and there one may come across one like I did , I've always struggled to win anything decent from RTG casinos so I only really play at them these days with freechips or Freespins and if I successfully wager the bonus then I'll deposit to get my winnings out, this RTG is one of my favorites but only for the cool name and theme

Sneaky rules buried in the website. I had to do extra wagering because of where I live. I didn't know this and I asked livechat if I had finished the wagering on my bonus, they said yes, but my withdrawal was denied and I was told to do the extra wagering (100x all up - crazy!) all of a sudden, I went through all of my money without a single free spin, bonus or decent win - NEVER again!

There were definitely a couple of things I did like about playing here. First of all, right off the bat, I noticed that players have the option of either downloading the software for free or playing instantly. You can never go wrong with being given options. I, of course, opted for the instant play option because I feel it’s less of a hassle. Another thing I liked, was the fact that they have 24/7 live support. I was able to play much more comfortably for the first time at this site knowing that I could easily contact customer support if needed. Aside from this, I did find their layout to be a bit outdated looking. I also did not like their welcome bonus. They don’t start off new players with anything special at all. They have a decent amount of games here, but then again, nothing u haven’t seen before.

Old Havana has an Old website. Joke aside, I wish it was more Cuban themed, aside from a geezer with a huge cigar and a few Latina girls sitting in a convertible. Anyway, since it is becoming really difficult to find a good Casino that accepts US players, I decided to give this one a try so I can get together and play with some good friends. You're lucky if you come from Canada or US, since you can reach the support in person, 24/7, and although I did talk to these guys on the live chat, they did fine by me, explained me everything I had a problem with. Since they are primarily oriented to the US and Canadian players, no wonder only US Dollar is accepted, and I only wish they allow more depositing methods (do I hear someone saying PayPal?). Oh, and in case you're wondering, you can choose instant games over downloads, just the way I prefer anyway.

I try to redeem code LCB20, but is said that code is expired?

They suck utterly and completely.

Its most likely they automatically deducted the funds according to maximum cashout amount tied to this bonus ( once the playthrough was met ) Have you asked support about it yet?
