The original Oshi review described an FAQ, email at [email protected] and live chat. We could not confirm the current support details during this update, so those descriptions should be treated as historical rather than as verified contact instructions.

Licensing and availability
Oshi Casino is operated by Novatrix S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, which appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission’s (New Brunswick, Canada) public list of licence holders with a B2C licence running to March 2027. Review sites also list an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202508056-FI2, but we could not confirm it on the Anjouan register. The brand was previously run by Dama N.V. of Curaçao, and in November 2022 Australia’s ACMA issued Dama N.V. a formal warning over Oshi Casino and asked internet providers to block the site.

I like most DAMA casinos except for Oshi ,I had account here for probably 7 years , never yet been able to get a withdrawal to be sent out , every now and then you get someone on support who is Allgood, but Oshi support is pathetic, it's like they have to get permission from a manager to do just about anything and these managers never get back to you , really its lucky for these fellas that they aren't in my country. All the other DAMA casinos do what ever they can and try to fix any problems, but not Oshi. Oshi is one of my go to dama casinos. I prefer to play with crypto and oshi has lots of crypto depositing options. Not the best of casinos, but quite decent for sure.
There were ~20 no deposit bonuses( 30 free spins on Book of Pyramids or Desert Treasure) ready to be activated yesterday. It says "SoftSwiss Freespins Win " in the bonus history. I know that if there were money to be withdrawn from these the T&Cs would probably forfeit the wins, but activated and lost all wins before x40 wager - my best was 70%.

I claimed the welcome package using a deposit of $15, I had a blast however the reason for this rating being slightly low is because I tried to claim the 20 free spins each day from the welcome package and I've not run into problems until I chatted with Eva from live chat. I just want my next set of free spins and she keeps making excuses saying "minute please" next thing you know my "connection" is lost......as if!!! Stole 0.045 worth of BTC winnings because of unjustified and made up alliby after a big cash out.
