The original Oshi review described an FAQ, email at [email protected] and live chat. We could not confirm the current support details during this update, so those descriptions should be treated as historical rather than as verified contact instructions.

Licensing and availability
Oshi Casino is operated by Novatrix S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, which appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission’s (New Brunswick, Canada) public list of licence holders with a B2C licence running to March 2027. Review sites also list an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202508056-FI2, but we could not confirm it on the Anjouan register. The brand was previously run by Dama N.V. of Curaçao, and in November 2022 Australia’s ACMA issued Dama N.V. a formal warning over Oshi Casino and asked internet providers to block the site.

I like most DAMA casinos except for Oshi ,I had account here for probably 7 years , never yet been able to get a withdrawal to be sent out , every now and then you get someone on support who is Allgood, but Oshi support is pathetic, it's like they have to get permission from a manager to do just about anything and these managers never get back to you , really its lucky for these fellas that they aren't in my country. Oshi is one of my go to dama casinos. I prefer to play with crypto and oshi has lots of crypto depositing options. Not the best of casinos, but quite decent for sure.
There were ~20 no deposit bonuses( 30 free spins on Book of Pyramids or Desert Treasure) ready to be activated yesterday. It says "SoftSwiss Freespins Win " in the bonus history. I know that if there were money to be withdrawn from these the T&Cs would probably forfeit the wins, but activated and lost all wins before x40 wager - my best was 70%.

I claimed the welcome package using a deposit of $15, I had a blast however the reason for this rating being slightly low is because I tried to claim the 20 free spins each day from the welcome package and I've not run into problems until I chatted with Eva from live chat. I just want my next set of free spins and she keeps making excuses saying "minute please" next thing you know my "connection" is lost......as if!!! Stole 0.045 worth of BTC winnings because of unjustified and made up alliby after a big cash out. I played here alot after finding it and after depositing two weeks worth of pay I noticed that features are incredibly rare and so are big or even medium sized wins. After several featureless, nay winless deposits I grew tired of Oshi and wentn elsewhere... my opinion of oshi has varied somewhat over the last couple of months.
generally i find this casino platform quite nice and easey enough to use however sometimes when having to select which wallet your useing can be a hassel as on many occasions ive gone to my account and selected the wallet with funds in it then go and load a game id like to play once loaded it displays insuficiant balance so you have to repeatthe process of selecting wallet and reloading game. apart from this the staff are ok zand i like it .

Oshi is a casino that lacks playngo but it's not a disaster as it offers a lot to the players. Oshi is generally an okay casino, with the self-build welcome bonus and daily random reload bonuses being its iconic identifier. Somehow the support never answers on livechat or you have to wait 20 minutes, thats how long I have waited several times. let's say that Oshi was, and is, one of my favorite casinos, above all because i felt i could play in a trusty place, at least i had this feeling which is rare to have, wrong or right it is. I must now report something i found out and which is very bad to my modest opinion. This week end, for the second time, it happens a problem comes out in my account and my last, very small, cashout, has been blocked in order to let them check something. I remind everyone that cashout here must be immediate, but sure they have all right in the world to make their controls and everyone can have some technical problems, even if here it seems to me that this happens a little too often. That said, no problem for me, i keep waiting. Time pass and once in a while i ask to customer service guy why this time is taking so long. It was friday night, they asked me to wait untill next morning for the technical service to start working. I was sceptical because this had happened once, few weeks ago, and despite a long argue (i am quite a pain in the ass, i must admit, but all the scams i had maybe can justify my attitude) problem hadn't been solved until the next monday. I tell all this to the guy but he (or she) reassure me it won't happen again. Now today, on saturday, i see nothing happens and go back to customer service who tells me that the technical service is working on it, time pass by, until i find out that there is actually no one working on it and that the customer service people (who, in my case, have been wonderful, patient, honest and remarkably polite) can only signal the problems but that anybody, during the week ends, is there to answer them and solve that. I felt bullshitted, because in terms and condition there is nowhere explained that funds which belongs to me can be confiscated in case of any problem not com ing from me, i feel bullshitted because the "as soon as" attitude made me waste time and patience, and because i was playing here a lot and thought i deserved more decency.
