I enjoyed the casinos world of ozwin however the reels are tight and unfortunately after 3 attempts I never had a winning hand that made me add them to my favorites list for online casinos. You are only allowed 2 bonuses in between deposits and unaware of this i “purchased” a bonus coupon from the “world” and was unable to use it. After some initial issues getting verified, I was able to cash out a good amount after a few deposits. It took two weeks of going back and forth, sending new documents, etc. but LCB contacted their rep and I think that really put a bug in their ear that "hey, this player is legitimate, give him his $$$". So I'm grateful for that. Will continue to play here as I like that it is in AUD and it gives deposits in USD a little more to play with. They don't honor their own rules. I registered, used only one bonus code, tried to withdraw 100AUD that I wagered following all the rules. Promptly uploaded my ID, ID with a selfie and a bank statement. Did this on a Sunday morning and the verification page said it will take 2-10 minutes, it's Wednesday now and been more than 72 hours and every single day the live support just stalls, acts kind and helpful and just tells me to wait 24-48 hours again. I requested withdrawals of $2500 and $2005 AUD. I provided all required documents for account validation: color copies of front and back of government issued id, selfie holding said ID and proof of address via utility bill within the past 30 days. Ozwin's "security" then claimed I needed to provide a second government issued id. When I could not provide one, they said I did not pass their security checks. They proceeded to confiscate my winnings and close my account.

Now the bad thing about Ozwin,
To make a cryptocurrency withdrawal can take up to three days or more, which in my opinion is completely unacceptable. Most other casinos will have my crypto winnings in my wallet in less than an hour. I would give Ozwin an A-plus if this one important issue was resolved but for mow, because of unreasonable payout time, they get a C-minus.

Not often will you see a review here where a player walked away from money in their account but that’s exactly what I did and don’t feel the least bit dissatisfied in doing so.
I had signed up through LCB on the Sneaky Santa promo as I had been looking for a casino outside of the Bov/.lv family just to diversify and given their high rating/praise here, I expected good things…
As to the issue itself, it was initially software related and then it became CS related and I question the actual integrity of their casino overall at this point. So in the play through on Sneaky Santa, the game malfunctioned during a bonus. This was clearly the case, as displayed within the visual history of the machine/spin and confirmed by the initial CS agent I spoke with in chat. I thought surely this can’t be that difficult to review and resolve, as well as to acknowledge the issue had been patched snd some type of assurance I wouldn’t have to expect similar on their site from that point forward.
The CS agent was pleasant but ultimately couldn’t resolve in that moment, which I understood and she shot an email stating I’d be contacted in 24-48 business hours regarding the matter and/or resolution. This was Friday night/Sat morning when it happened, so I checked in on Sun night/Monday early morning just to see if casinos considered weekends normal hours of operation (they do not lol) and then again on Wednesday which was truly 3 business days later.
I was told that the issue was still being looked into. No other update but I chalked it up to being busy or pending a response from the developer. It was also Thanksgiving weekend and while they are not a North American venture, RTG is.
I attempted to check in once more a couple days later, same non-story and lastly I reached out last week (Weds night/Thurs morning) which at that point after being told there’s no update and to wait 24-48 hours to be contacted I sensed the runaround and handled it as such.
At no point should I nor anyone else have to enter into business with a company that A) does not follow up with their customers after stating they will do so (But I received 19 promotional emails from OzWin during this time asking for me to deposit) and B) does not take seriously the most egregious of issues-game integrity (this and honoring withdrawal are probably the two biggest things a casino needs to survive long-term)
I will state that the last CS agent I spoke with reluctantly tried to offer me a $10 chip (presumably with rollover but I didn’t even ask) not as compensation for me having to initiate contact on their behalf 3 times but to consider the entire matter closed. The $10 didn’t even amount to what I’d already won within the bonus prior to it retriggering but failing to produce the additional spins...

A scam. They let you win but my Drivers license picture that I had to hold up by my face was not clear. That’s what the casino said and I had to take a picture holding my I’d to get a bitcoin withdraw. It’s funny cause they did a friend of mine the same way. If you were getting a paper check or bank wire there was no need for the additional picture of you holding your id. If you took the withdraw through a check but it has to be at least $210. Inconsistent and unwilling to do the right thing.
I requested a payout and I didn't worry about redeeming coupons because I wasn't aware I was in violation of any policies since I had previously received a payout after using 2 coupons while that payout was pending. I understand the need for a no coupon policy while awaiting a withdrawal because you wouldn't want someone to win more money when they are unable to make a deposit and you are in business to bring in revenue, however, when a deposit is made using a coupon which results in a substantial payout is by definition business as usual. The coupon used after the payout request resulted in no winnings. Explain to me why the inconsistency in honoring a payout even after coupons were redeemed and then not honoring a payout after coupons were redeemed so I can understand your practices better. Inconsistent and unwilling to do the right thing.
I requested a payout and I didn't worry about redeeming coupons because I wasn't aware I was in violation of any policies since I had previously received a payout after using 2 coupons while that payout was pending. I understand the need for a no coupon policy while awaiting a withdrawal because you wouldn't want someone to win more money when they are unable to make a deposit and you are in business to bring in revenue, however, when a deposit is made using a coupon which results in a substantial payout is by definition business as usual. The coupon used after the payout request resulted in no winnings. Explain to me why the inconsistency in honoring a payout even after coupons were redeemed and then not honoring a payout after coupons were redeemed so I can understand your practices better. I was denied a $2500 AUD Pay because the casino honored a coupon while another payout was pending. I figured that if it was not allowed, then they would decline any promotion I tried to redeem.
The notion of trying to be sneaky or shady never entered my mind. I honestly didn’t think I was doing anything wrong. I understand your policy clearly, now.
However, they denied the second payout and credited me the $40 I had deposited at 8:35 am after my first payout was approved using coupon code TOP PLENTY.
My previous payout had been approved and received by 4:51 am.
I deposited and won after payout was approved and with a different coupon.
