I enjoyed the casinos world of ozwin however the reels are tight and unfortunately after 3 attempts I never had a winning hand that made me add them to my favorites list for online casinos. You are only allowed 2 bonuses in between deposits and unaware of this i “purchased” a bonus coupon from the “world” and was unable to use it. After some initial issues getting verified, I was able to cash out a good amount after a few deposits. It took two weeks of going back and forth, sending new documents, etc. but LCB contacted their rep and I think that really put a bug in their ear that "hey, this player is legitimate, give him his $$$". So I'm grateful for that. Will continue to play here as I like that it is in AUD and it gives deposits in USD a little more to play with. They don't honor their own rules. I registered, used only one bonus code, tried to withdraw 100AUD that I wagered following all the rules. Promptly uploaded my ID, ID with a selfie and a bank statement. Did this on a Sunday morning and the verification page said it will take 2-10 minutes, it's Wednesday now and been more than 72 hours and every single day the live support just stalls, acts kind and helpful and just tells me to wait 24-48 hours again. I have screenshot proof of all of this.

I requested withdrawals of $2500 and $2005 AUD. I provided all required documents for account validation: color copies of front and back of government issued id, selfie holding said ID and proof of address via utility bill within the past 30 days. Ozwin's "security" then claimed I needed to provide a second government issued id. When I could not provide one, they said I did not pass their security checks. They proceeded to confiscate my winnings and close my account.

Now the bad thing about Ozwin,
To make a cryptocurrency withdrawal can take up to three days or more, which in my opinion is completely unacceptable. Most other casinos will have my crypto winnings in my wallet in less than an hour. I would give Ozwin an A-plus if this one important issue was resolved but for mow, because of unreasonable payout time, they get a C-minus.

Not often will you see a review here where a player walked away from money in their account but that’s exactly what I did and don’t feel the least bit dissatisfied in doing so.
I had signed up through LCB on the Sneaky Santa promo as I had been looking for a casino outside of the Bov/.lv family just to diversify and given their high rating/praise here, I expected good things…
As to the issue itself, it was initially software related and then it became CS related and I question the actual integrity of their casino overall at this point. So in the play through on Sneaky Santa, the game malfunctioned during a bonus. This was clearly the case, as displayed within the visual history of the machine/spin and confirmed by the initial CS agent I spoke with in chat. I thought surely this can’t be that difficult to review and resolve, as well as to acknowledge the issue had been patched snd some type of assurance I wouldn’t have to expect similar on their site from that point forward.
The CS agent was pleasant but ultimately couldn’t resolve in that moment, which I understood and she shot an email stating I’d be contacted in 24-48 business hours regarding the matter and/or resolution. This was Friday night/Sat morning when it happened, so I checked in on Sun night/Monday early morning just to see if casinos considered weekends normal hours of operation (they do not lol) and then again on Wednesday which was truly 3 business days later.
I was told that the issue was still being looked into. No other update but I chalked it up to being busy or pending a response from the developer. It was also Thanksgiving weekend and while they are not a North American venture, RTG is.
I attempted to check in once more a couple days later, same non-story and lastly I reached out last week (Weds night/Thurs morning) which at that point after being told there’s no update and to wait 24-48 hours to be contacted I sensed the runaround and handled it as such.
At no point should I nor anyone else have to enter into business with a company that A) does not follow up with their customers after stating they will do so (But I received 19 promotional emails from OzWin during this time asking for me to deposit) and B) does not take seriously the most egregious of issues-game integrity (this and honoring withdrawal are probably the two biggest things a casino needs to survive long-term)
I will state that the last CS agent I spoke with reluctantly tried to offer me a $10 chip (presumably with rollover but I didn’t even ask) not as compensation for me having to initiate contact on their behalf 3 times but to consider the entire matter closed. The $10 didn’t even amount to what I’d already won within the bonus prior to it retriggering but failing to produce the additional spins...
I know these casinos are used to dealing with bonus chasers and the like, but that isn’t all of us. I care more about trusting them as an operation than any bonus or free anything they could ever offer me.

A scam. They let you win but my Drivers license picture that I had to hold up by my face was not clear. That’s what the casino said and I had to take a picture holding my I’d to get a bitcoin withdraw. It’s funny cause they did a friend of mine the same way. If you were getting a paper check or bank wire there was no need for the additional picture of you holding your id. If you took the withdraw through a check but it has to be at least $210. If you win on there free spins or money they will only give you $180. The last way Is bank wire and if you live in US it’s international. Same old Allspark casino. This one does have quite a few sign up and no deposit bonus. Inconsistent and unwilling to do the right thing.
I requested a payout and I didn't worry about redeeming coupons because I wasn't aware I was in violation of any policies since I had previously received a payout after using 2 coupons while that payout was pending. I understand the need for a no coupon policy while awaiting a withdrawal because you wouldn't want someone to win more money when they are unable to make a deposit and you are in business to bring in revenue, however, when a deposit is made using a coupon which results in a substantial payout is by definition business as usual. The coupon used after the payout request resulted in no winnings. Explain to me why the inconsistency in honoring a payout even after coupons were redeemed and then not honoring a payout after coupons were redeemed so I can understand your practices better. Inconsistent and unwilling to do the right thing.
I requested a payout and I didn't worry about redeeming coupons because I wasn't aware I was in violation of any policies since I had previously received a payout after using 2 coupons while that payout was pending. I understand the need for a no coupon policy while awaiting a withdrawal because you wouldn't want someone to win more money when they are unable to make a deposit and you are in business to bring in revenue, however, when a deposit is made using a coupon which results in a substantial payout is by definition business as usual. The coupon used after the payout request resulted in no winnings. Explain to me why the inconsistency in honoring a payout even after coupons were redeemed and then not honoring a payout after coupons were redeemed so I can understand your practices better. I was denied a $2500 AUD Pay because the casino honored a coupon while another payout was pending. I figured that if it was not allowed, then they would decline any promotion I tried to redeem.
The notion of trying to be sneaky or shady never entered my mind. I honestly didn’t think I was doing anything wrong. I understand your policy clearly, now.
However, they denied the second payout and credited me the $40 I had deposited at 8:35 am after my first payout was approved using coupon code TOP PLENTY.
My previous payout had been approved and received by 4:51 am.

I agree with Tony Wells and similiar comments, ozwin are all good until you win and want to withdraw, support sent me set of documentation needed to send, i sent it instantly including my selfie as they asked, reply came 7 days later claiming i need to do another selfie with my ID next to my face, so i did instantly reply with that photo i used on thunderbolt,grande vegas and other RTG casinos and it was always just fine. They took 10 days to reply and only replied after i contacted live support 3 times 3 days in a row starting the 7th day since my last email. Their email stated that my photo is bad quality and that they need me to take another one. I claimed a match bonus here last month that came with spins. Lost the original bonus but won the max allowed with the spins 250. They have turned my pics down 3 times. The first set were the same pics I have used over a dozen times and had them accepted everywhere else. Each time they take the full 5 business days to tell me not good enough. Even though they are clearly legible or they wouldnt have worked so many times before. This is the smallest payout I ever requested but the most trouble I have ever had verifying my id. I don't understand how their standards for quality of definition are so much higher than every other casino, poker room, even the united states government accepted the first set of pics they turned down. They are great with bonuses & when you are depositing but when you win & want to withdraw! This is my second withdrawal and yet again I am having to fight to get it they are throwing every excuse possible to deny it. First was I claimed a free chip that was emailed to me personally after I withdrew. I got an email saying an exception to my mistake had been made now a week later they are claiming my verification docs are no good but yet they were excepted for my last withdrawal before that they tried telling me it was still the 11th there & it is late afternoon the 13th here. the playthrough is considerably low when comparing it to other casinos where you must meet rooughly $2500 playthrough before request a cashout from your no deposit bonus..but at ozwin casino its only $600 and you can cash out $180 max...so you’d think it would be very easy and fast to reach that playthrough...well you’re wrong cause for 1) you barely win anything from your bonus - a few bucks and some changes maybe...and even with that they make it nearly impossible to reach that $600 playthrough..i had better luck and chances at other casinos.

Good site, very up and down with their bonuses tho, I have put alot of money through this site, but once the deposits don't come in as constant they are very quick to disregard players and no deposit bonuses, the weekly draw is meant to be up to $500 as long as you deposit a minimum$100 for the week, the more you deposit the bigger chance of a bigger win on the draw is not entirely true, I deposited over $1500 in a week and got $50 back, but other than that it's a good site and I'll continue to occasionally play it but ozwin won't be my first choice for online pokies

I was able to redeem the no deposit boost with and play with no issues. I feel like this is your typical Real Time Gaming powered casino. Really good casino, good bonuses. First withdrawl was 5 days into BTC. Lose the option of bonus coupons if you make a withdrawl that was from a bonus deposit. Lots of incentives. Beware, if you decide to withdraw, expect it to take a week to verify your documents, and then 2 business days to send the bitcoin. I originally tried Ozwin casino because of the no deposit bonus offer. The sign up was super easy, I also had no problems claiming the no deposit bonus. They have a decent selection of games but I am not a fan of the fact that they have only RTG games as they are certainly not my favorite provider. The bonus lasted for a very short time but I had a good time and no issues appeared. I don't think I will be depositing there simply because of the lack of variety of game providers since I don't really play RTG games. However if you are a fan, I think they are quite decent.

is there a rep for this casino that I can speak with? I processed a payment and while waiting for that payment I was sent via e-mail a promotion that I had "won". It was a $25 free bonus so I was bored at the time and played through it without using any type of strategy or anything - just popped the coupon into the system and played through then went to try to deposit today but they must have had issues as I couldn't deposit or get to my withdrawal and just let it go.
I just received an e-mail telling me that I had broken a rule (that I still can't find on their site) by using the promotion while having a withdrawal in the processing phase.
Here is my problem with this. They took the original winnings for this, why and how? Well i was lucky enough and managed to wager the no deposit bonus which i found here in lcb and i won the max cash out from this bonus meaning the 180 dollars ! Now my withdrawal accepted(after verification) and it needs to wait from 5 to 15 business days to see my winnings in my account ! I have deposited here a few times in the last couple weeks. I have got a lot of play-thru on their slot games so that tells me their return to player (RTP) is a fair one. I really like this casino at first. They have great bonus offers and excellent service. Withdraws are a little slow about 3 business days even for bitcoin. I went to sign up and entered in all my info, I play at many casinos and have never had trouble like this before. After signing up I tried to sign in and it said I have been blocked from signing in and to contact support. So i do and they say "Unfortunately, your account has been closed, due to not passing the casino's security filters. This may have been a result of some issues with another online merchant." I've never had any issues with any merchant before so I haven't a clue what they are talking about. Don't waste your time after the person I was chatting with said that they just keep saying they will not let me hold an account there and wont specify any details behind their reason.

I will come back and update this rating after I hear back from the casino about my authorization - I want to withdraw but cannot at this time. I used the $15 bonus and didn't win anything but I had a craving for their games - I haven't played in a RTG casino for a while. Got both of the two free offered LCB15 and 10FREE for a total of $25 played Cash Bandits and not win anything. There is nothing new on this casino, limited games no live games, but you do get $25 free.
