In short: PlayCroco is an offshore online casino using Real Time Gaming software and a sister site of Liberty Slots and Lincoln Casino. It names no operator or licence. Australia’s ACMA had it blocked in 2021 as an illegal online casino, and Michigan’s Gaming Control Board ordered it to stop offering games in the state in September 2025.

The earlier PlayCroco site used a crocodile mascot and featured games attributed to Real Time Gaming. Its old promotions and loyalty descriptions are not confirmed current offers.

The earlier PlayCroco review listed Visa, Mastercard, POLi, Neosurf and Bitcoin. The former $10 and $20 deposit minimums and the claim that only Bitcoin and bank transfer support withdrawals have not been confirmed as current terms. A Visa logo is not proof that every card or account is eligible.

PlayCroco’s support page offers FAQ guidance and contact options through chat and email, with support advertised as available 24/7.
Those published hours do not establish an agent’s response or resolution time. We have not conducted a fresh service test. The earlier statement that telephone support was temporarily unavailable was not reverified, and email should not be assumed to be slower than chat in every case.
Licensing and availability
PlayCroco Casino does not name an operating company or a licence in its terms or website footer, and we could not find it on the main regulators’ public registers. In March 2021 Australia’s ACMA had the site blocked by internet service providers for offering illegal online gambling to Australians. In August 2022 the ACMA formally warned software supplier Proxous for providing games to 13 illegal casinos, including PlayCroco. In September 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board also sent PlayCroco a cease-and-desist letter for offering casino games in the state without a licence.
Australian-themed branding is not Australian authorisation. ACMA explains that providers must not offer online casino services to people in Australia. Responsible-gambling tools can help manage risk but cannot guarantee that compulsive gambling will be prevented.

You will go through several rounds of document rejection to be verified. I am verified at more than 50 sites. This one took weeks to review docs while I waited to withdraw. I left winnings because I was convinced they wouldn’t verify or pay. Wagering is high. Bonuses are inadequate ever after heavy spending. Stay away.

I do not like this casino and I have not even personally played at this casino. About 2 years ago give or take my son played at this casino a lot. He won a few times, every time he had won it was using one of their promotions. Well, the last time he played at this casino he ended up hitting 2k on keno, they paid him out no problem. The standard time it takes to cash out. He went to deposit again the following day and informed him that he no longer qualified for promotions, as they are for people who need help winning. That is the stupidest thing ever. Especially because to me, their promotions are not designed to help you win they are designed to make it impossible

I played her a bit last year. Their bonuses are poor even after heavy deposits. The word stingy comes to mind. Moreover, I submitted documents for review and waited what seemed weeks for they to get around to reviewing them. I have been verified on more than 50 sites without issue, but Play Croco kept rejecting my documents which were valid, readable and acceptable according to their listed verification process. I gave up and closed the account - walking away from winnings which to me were never going to be paid. In addition, the reps I chatted with were unprofessional, dismissive and kept reading a script. Not for me!

Tried this casino many times. Cashed out a few times. Took like almost a week to receive it. Then I guess since I never may a huge deposit. But did make many small deposits over the couple years I was a member. They took away any free bonus to claim. Even though I made all clean deposits small but clean. I complained to customer service it just made things worse. So I never returned and I dont plan on returning back here!

I do not care for this casino very much at all. I think it was about 4 years ago, possibly longer I won somewhere around 2k maybe little less or more not sure anymore. At the time I was using their promotional coupons for X% + spins and meeting the requirements to cash out, after I did, I was no longer allowed to use their bonus offers and was told flat out that they are for customers that need help winning. I have not deposited at this casino since. Rude customer service and if that policy is a real one, if you win you get banned from bonuses, that in my mind is bad business.

This casino has an easy signup process and the no deposit offer for new players is ok however wagering is on the high side.
The KYC process is really bad though. The automated KYC verification system is flawed and constantly rejects authentic documents. Multiple emails sent to the verification team with all clear copies of verification docs and ID with selfie in hand but no assistance received via live chat or support emails.
I would NOT recommend this casino to anyone as I feel there are many other establishments with lower wagering on bonuses, easy KYC process and efficient support. I have also read that players are restricted from bonuses once they have a few decent cashouts.

Playacroc is an okay casino. I have deposited here and here are some things I like. The design is really well put together. It has a lot of the rtg games and many many bonuses. It has a really good marketing strategy which is one of its strongest suits. However, here's the things I don't like. It's wager requirements for bonuses are too high. It will offer free spins and deposit bonuses seem very generous but the winnings are held hostage to some very excessive wager requirements which you are not likely to complete. In my experience, this is predatory practice and not gambler friendly. And I would say that playacroc makes a lot of money from people who are new to playing at online casinos because the design and marketing is so engaging, yet, as stated, the marketing is for bonuses that are locked in by excessive wager requirements and by this measure I would caution people not to play here unless they make clean deposits with no bonuses attached, no matter how attractive the bonuses may seem. 2.5/5 for playacroc

The casino itself is not bad however the practices are somewhat questionable. If you win you will lose your bonuses and this is a fact. And on top of which if you happen to have a VIP status of any type they will even remove your VIP bonuses and that seems kind of ridiculous. They have great bonuses if you don't want to deposit a lot. Lighting Bitcoin deposit for as little as $10 AUD ( side note - its 66 cents USD for every AUD $ so the $10 deposit will be $6.60 USD for all of us in the USA) and give you a 150% bonus on your deposit with no MCO. I ended up tuning my $10 deposit into $1008 withdrawal (turns out that was $668 USD after the conversion rate) after being down to my last spin. Cash out takes a couple days but no problem getting it. They do have extremally high play (usually 60x) through but great bonuses for the weekend ($100 and a $25 free chip every week) to keep spinning. This is another casino that I do not deposit at. My son again won big with base deposit amounts and was using their promotional guidelines and still black listed him from promotions all together. After mentionjng in the last review about this I gave him a call and it has been over a year and when he asked about any promotions they told him still none. I don't feel they treat their patrons very well. I think I just might try to deposit here and see what happens. My son can be really angry and rude so maybe that caused it more than the winning. They do pay out fairly fast, three business days after your request following the initial wait time to be verified. I am verified here already so wouldn't be too much of a wait. I'll update my review or leave another if I am lucky enough to win.

So, my rating on this casino would have been higher if this casino did not have a 3 to 4 day wait on the approval of verification documents. And within that time limit there is ZERO communication with the customer as they wait for approval. Which can lead to an even longer process for verification. If you submitted a document that this casino will not accept you have to wait all this time to find that out. SO then more time is added on because you have to send in whatever document they want. I don't know if that adds another 3-4 days, but I guess I'll find out if any of my documentation is not acceptable. There is already a longer than usual wait time in the process of a withdrawal if you are asking for an electronic transfer. Thank God I have used bitcoin on this account so I will be able to get my withdrawal within 24 hours or the amount of time it takes the casino to fund the bitcoin for withdrawal to my wallet. The reason this might take a little longer is because the balance in your account is paid at the AU rate. Example if my withdrawal amount is 1000. The amount I receive from the withdrawal might figure out to only 800.oo USD depending on the rate of exchange used that day. And I don't have a problem with that either because my deposit was in AU currency. I do believe this should be noted in the above review. Some customers might get confused when the amount they requested in a withdrawal turns out to be less than what they had figured due to the exchange rate. But fair is fair since your original balance is AU funded. I have signed up with them a couple of months ago, but to date they have been consistand wit their games. A lot of new games have surfaced just like Springbok and thunderbolt casinos, but it is new fresh and entertaining. The colors are vibrant and gives offf a feel good vibe when you play with them. I was really looking forward to playing on this casino but told me issue I had was that did not allow people from my state or country to be playing which is pretty crappy because it says that players for America are welcome so I don't understand why they ended up not letting me play anymore other than that though the casino is pretty cool

Gave this place a throughout try out today with their freebies and deposit matches and i couldnt break ths base like of what i started with each time. I appreciate the promos and offers but this place feel extra tight across the board in different style and themed slots i likely wont be playing here again though with so many other options that seem to at least get you a hell of apt closer to the rollover requirments.

I have made a few deposits at Play Croco, but I haven't been lucky enough to make a withdrawal yet, unfortunately. The wagering requirements for most of their bonuses are WAY too high @ 60x(b) or 30x(b+d). Not alot going on here, pretty standard casino with hideous wagering requirements for any bonuses and a limited amount able to be cashed out. Good points would be lots of options for freebies if you deposit weekly. Hint deposit $5aud on a monday and claim $100 on friday but remember the wagering and max cashout.

I registered from here over a year ago and forgot it untill last week. I made a small non bonus deposit. I got a lot of play and won $220 last Friday and made a withdrawal request. The next Monday I received a message requesting a new proof of address because the one they had was cropped. I sent a screen shot of one I had. The next day I heard back and it was declined because they do not accept screen shots. So I took a picture with my phone and sent in and received approval the next day. Payment was received in my Bitcoin wallet a few hours later.

Been playing here for a little while now. The bonuses are nice but sometimes the play through is too high. I don’t trust games that reload and stop playing that game immediately. I feel when a game reloads the wins decreases I played many like this platform and feel this is the scammers go to platform. The paper process for verification is just a delay tactic but this could be me and my thoughts, there a few that use the same process. Gambling is an addiction and those addicted will cancel pending withdrawals chasing that winning feeling and they know this.
Have had some good wins here and could of withdrawn some good returns a few times but the paperwork is a long process and my addiction is strong .
My advice is to get the verification paperwork completed before depositing. It’s hard to pass up a $100 friday bonus for a single week day deposit of $20.

Does anyone else find the slots here play considerably tighter then the other popular RTG casinos that have built a good reputation like casino extreme or casino brango.
Every session I have tried playing here was tighter than a mouse's ear even on the low variance games.
This is only speculation of course because they do not share the RTP% for each slot but after my experience playing at CROCO compared to my usual RTG's they are definitely tighter.

Well so far I have made several deposits and then won $180 on a bonus then turned in my authorization forms and today is the 7th day and still no response, But one of the bad things about this casino I notice is while you’re waiting for the approval is they tried getting you to claim your bonuses you’re free spins and whatever else that way avoids you withdraw

Luckily my documents finally got verified on Monday, I had to send them my documents a lot of times and they kept denying them, the they ask me to take a photo with ID next to my face which they never asked to begin with not until recently.

PLAYCROCO Casino... I made a deposit at this casino and managed to play-through 30x D+B. It’s been well over 48 hours and my payout is still pending. In fact my payout request was declined a couple of days after my request. There reason was because they needed me to verify documents, but I had already verified my documents with casino management a previous time and was even notified email that my documents where verified. After being denied for my recent payout request reasons being for "document verification", I immediately went back and made another payout request and sent my documents again to get verified. It’s been almost 2 weeks since and it’s been 5 days since I sent my documents, I don’t know why they made me send documents if my documents had already been verified, and my account info hasn’t changed the debit card I used is the same card I used when I verified the first time and when I made my deposit

It was one of my favorite casinos. I've invested small money three or four times. I've never won. But he was giving away bonuses one after the other, and I was having fun even if I didn't win.
Some casinos do not accept the bonus code. He says you've maxed out and you need a deposit.
I saw a bonus a few days ago when I was walking around the LCB. I entered a play croco code. Accepted. It's the first time I've passed $100. And the money went from bonus to real balance. Well, I'm so glad. Because it was something I didn't expect. Withdrawal didn't work out either.
I received an email inging that your withdrawal request would be reviewed.
Two days later, I received an e-mail inging that your request was cancelled because of the rules I don't know how many times you've used a bonus in a row.
I thought I'd deposit. When I enter the account, there's no sign of $103. It's all been erased.
I respect the rules. But it would have been nice if I'd been warned before things got this far. I think I'll play in more respectful casinos.

At first I didn't like playcroco it seemed dodgy and a waste of money, but in the 6 months it's been running there's been a huge change in the way they run the site, it's easier to deposit, the bonuses are alot better, their live support still needs alot of work with the time frames involved but that's not too bad, when your verifying your account expect to have a couple of trys at it before they accept, especially if you've had a big win and want a pay out, quick withdrawal time and a pretty good site overall
