Red Dog originally ran on Real Time Gaming, but its homepage and FAQ now list DiceLab, Betsoft, Rival, Dragon Gaming, Nucleus Gaming and Saucify as its providers. That gives the lobby a wider mix of styles, from Betsoft’s cinematic 3D slots to Rival’s story-driven i-Slots.

Withdrawals range from $150 to $2,500 per transaction for all methods. Bitcoin is the quickest at 1–3 business days, cards take 3–4 business days and bank wire takes around 5 business days. The $2,500 cap can be raised for higher VIP levels, but you can only have one withdrawal pending at a time, so large wins are paid out in instalments.
Before your first withdrawal you must verify your identity and wager your deposit at least once. Red Dog’s terms say document checks take 2–3 business days and that every payout is reviewed by its billing department. When you upload a copy of your card, show only the first six and last four digits and cover the CVV. Red Dog says it does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, but network, exchange and bank fees may apply.

Responsible Gambling
You can ask support to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, or self-exclude for between six months and five years. Red Dog’s responsible gaming page offers advice on limiting your playing time, but it does not have self-service limit tools, reality checks or short cooling-off periods.
Licensing and Availability
Red Dog Casino is operated by Wonder Play Company N.V. (registration number 162233), according to its website footer, and claims Anjouan licence ALSI-122310020-F16. We could not find the operator or the licence on the Anjouan register of gaming licences, and third-party casino listings flag the licence as unverified. In April 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board issued a cease-and-desist letter to Red Dog Casino as one of 13 unlicensed offshore gambling sites targeting Michigan residents.
Red Dog does not accept players from the United Kingdom, Georgia, Israel, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine, or the US states of Kansas and Michigan, and VPN use is banned. Its terms do not restrict Australia, but online casino services cannot be legally offered to people in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
Independent complaint sites record a number of disputes over slow and limited payouts. In June 2026, LCB moved Red Dog from its warning list to a three-month probation.
Our Verdict
Red Dog offers a broad mix of game studios, live dealers and reasonable crypto withdrawal times. Its $150 withdrawal minimum, $2,500 per-transaction cap, one-pending-withdrawal rule and offshore licence are real drawbacks, especially if you are hoping to cash out a large win. It suits crypto players in eligible US states who are happy to wait for payouts in stages.

I would not recommend this casino to anyone. The withdrawal process is brutal. You have to daily constantly stay on top of customer service, otherwise you'll fall in between. The cracks. And verification process takes forever. It really shouldn't be that difficult.

Won $2500 end of November- 6 weeks ago now going into 7th week.. Billing at red dog said it was credited back to my card on file. I never received. I checked with the bank and they had no record.The billing dept asked for my bank statement which I sent Dec. 28. I contacted chat beginning of november and they said they had elevated it to an account manager. No one will respond to me now by chat or email
The last two weeks they do not respond to chat, they do not respond to email and 3 different vip individuals have ignored me as well.
I consider this fraudulent at this point in time. They basically stole my money. This is unacceptable and I will not go away

At first impressions it is good to play here the support team are very responsive wide variety of games when you play slots game can easily win but not so much. But the verification process is too slow you have to follow up through email I don't know if their verification support is somehow serious about your concerns regarding verification. Just played Gold rush here I made 20 150bucks from 10bucks with 0.20 per spin. Not bad just the verification procedure though.

Definitely paid out when I used to play there but they will remove your bonus after 3 withdrawals. And I believe they switch from RTG games to a more generic game developer. I wouldn't recommend them today but I did once enjoy playing here

I signed up for Red Dog a long time ago. I do believe this is a unique casino site. They send out promotions often. They also provide incentives for you to complete x amount of tasks. I think the deposit minimum is fair. I haven't made a withdrawal from Red Dog so I can't comment on that. The customer service is better than most I have come across. I don't play here often, but when I do, I enjoy myself.

This RTG casino has a very unique look and an awesome overall theme to it. There are cool no deposit sign up options available although, being from South Africa, I did have some trouble with the joining process. I would definitely recommend that anyone who is into RTG check Red Dog out.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!! You will save a ton of money! Better off playing at ignition or cafe casino where the games are actually fair and not rigged! They do not give any jackpot hands in video poker and if you win any free play money, they will snatch it real quick when you have to meet any bonus requirements. I was playing on RedDog and then they just shut down my account. I only started with $50 but after a few days they closed my account and said I broke some policy. I was just playing like normal, nothing unusual. They did not reply when I asked why. Just strange. I was up to about $200.

I thought they had a very good reputation, but I must be very mistaken.... i their bonus terms, I have noticed, make withdrawing much more difficult. Most bonuses have a max cash out that's typically under their min withdrawal.
