Rich Palms casino has given a no-deposit bonus on registration of their casino. Nearly a thousand video slots are available for play with a bonus on their attractive website. While playing four to five games, I realized if the lowest bet applied, then the game has a very low payout, and as the bet level increased, the RTP of the game increased.This I found very disappointing. I raised the bet because I was playing with a bonus, but while I was playing with real money with such a low balance, I would have never increased that bet. Other factors of the casino were ok.

Hello. I had a very bad experience trying log in to Rich Palms to play the $45 bonus. I was excited at first because I have played at this game center before and I like that they have some off the beaton path games you dont find everywhere. It started with the login. I had to reset my password and wasnt recieving the reset email so I had to go to the chat room and get help and after chasing my tail for half an hour and finally getting logged in the code I was using came up bad and of course back to the chat room where I am told I am not one of the chosen ones and dont fit the criteria for this bonus. They didnt respond when I asked them what criteria I didnt fit.
No matter. I was so worn out just getting there and then ya kick a girl when shes down with the old "ya dont fit the criteria'" was enough for me.

thanks for the no deposit bonus but unfortunately I disagree with the following: after playing the wagering requirements and sending my documents to verify my account they tell me that I must deposit $ 50 to reach the minimum withdrawal of $ 100 after that play once my deposit, this condition on the part of the casino is a term too much in their favor since the chances of losing are very high I understand that you have to make a verification deposit and play it once but here two things the minimum deposit is 50 and the minimum withdrawal is 100 it is very difficult to achieve this bonus is a loss I am sorry to comment but that happened to me I will let it lose.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The bonus code I received didn't work and the customer support took forever to respond. When they finally did, they weren't able to resolve the issue. The promises made about the bonus were not kept. Because of this, I can't give a higher rating.

MAJOR UPDATE:
The logo may be the same, but if it weren't for the Rich Palms Casino emblem, you wouldn't recognize the casino's site if you haven't visited since I'd say, April/May 2024?
Anywho, although I can't pinpoint the exact date when the change took place, the facts remain the same: The casino's site has undergone a massive renovation and depending on your point of view, for better or worse.
For the "worse" crowd, that conclusion would be because the casino has removed the vast majority of its RTG/SpinLogic offerings when playing slots.
For the "better" crowd, that determination may be influenced because of the new gaming options being offered. In fact, with the new update, I'd say at minimum, Rich Palms has doubled the amount of games members can engage with than prior to its makeover.
What would make me give the casino a 5-Star rating is if the casino offered BOTH the RTG/SpinLogic games AND all of its updated library simultaneously.
I personally only recognized some of their new games and that's because Rich Palms Casino now features a lot of the gaming library that can be found on Ignition Casino.

A while back, I deposited at RPC because LCB RECCOMMENDS THEM ON THe homepage. I played, I lost and RPC never offered me anything. I also never see ndb posted anywhere for depositing players. I know that casinos don’t have to offer fs etc but Most casinos will kick down a freebie, sometimes more (limitless casino) I have 2 fave casinos that I LIKE depositing at because they have been super generous from day 1.

This is a safe casino to play at. I have cashed out multiple times over the last few years. Their customer support is generally very fast and always friendly. They have a daily free spins feature that increases from 5 free spins on day 1 to 40 free spins on day 7 and every day thereafter. This continues as long as you have had a deposit within the last 3 days. Also, the free spins aren't at game minimum bet. I have cashed out on these free spins many times. They also offer cashback chips from customer service chats, even when depositing on a bonus.
There are two negatives with this casino, however. First, they have very low withdrawal limits at $500/day, $2000/week. One of the lowest I've ever seen. Also, their payouts are slow...it takes 7 days. But it has always been very consistent.
Banking/accounting emails are usually answered the day after sending. Rarely will they reply the same day. But overall the customer service is very good, in my opinion. If they ever started offering instant payouts, they would easily be one of my top RTG casinos to play at.

I am actually surprised this casino has a decent rating. After making several deposits, I finally won and tried to make my first withdrawal. The verification process is a total joke and customer service is awful. After one month of going back and fourth and them saying they never received my documents, I burned my winnings back.
