I am so sad that this casino is closing and has stopped taking deposits. They are, in my opinion, the gold standard of what an online casino should be. This casino did the weirdest thing to me..... I signed up and made a little deposit... I proceeded to win a little, nothing special, a couple bills at most and cashed it out.... the next time I went and singed it, debating on depositing, I come to find that they had labeled me an "advantage" player, I guess because I was slightly in the green on them (stop the presses!!!) and as an advantage player I was no longer eligible for any deposit bonuses and my betting totals were capped... they pretty much told me to take my business elsewhere, it was just so crazy that they did solely because I had won a few quid.... advantage player? what a joke.

I’ve been playing at SLOTS AND CASINO for a little while now, and so far it’s been a decent experience. The games are entertaining, and the interface is easy to use. Don't usually do this but the level of customer service impressed me just that much:
Tldr; signed up, requested $10 chip via lcb shop, noticed (next day, for me) an offer of 30 free spins, ask casino chat if claiming it would disqualify me from the $10 lcb chip.
Note: I WAS NOT asking about the chip in any way. My logic with lcb shop orders is to wait. And if I feel I've waited longer than usual, then ask LCB. Not the casino.
The surprisingly good/impressionable customer service enters here: not only did the chat agent answer no it wouldn't disqualify me, but before even requesting it they were there ready to activate them for me. Beware of this casino and sister site. The casino provides you with your own “custom bonuses” located in your promotions tab. One of which encourages you to reverse your withdrawals. The bonus has no restrictions other than 10x max cash out. The casino will tell you to use it in the chat and you will lose all of your withdrawals. The moment you win they will confiscate your winnings and claim that only certain withdrawals can be reversed and used with this coupon. They quote 1 line from the terms and condition that have nothing to do with this. All this term says is that reversing a withdrawal and just placing it on your balance, the casino does not consider this a deposit therefore the max cash of original bonus applies. This has nothing to do with when the casino actually does consider a reversal a deposit. A reversal by definition becomes a new deposit if the casino allows you use a new bonus with it. This casino says in the q and a section that a match bonus is ALWAYS used with a deposit. I am giving management a bit more time to answer my complaint and I intend to file a lawsuit against this casino. I should also note they lie about everything. The only 'no deposit' code your site has.... Labeled blue for new sign ups only. I clicked on the LCB link to your site, signed up and followed the prompts and when I entered the code I got an error message saying I had to make a deposit first. The second time I got an error MSG saying the code was invalid. 'SACLCB30MWSM' I have screen shots showing this code doesn't work as promised 👍

STAY AWAY. TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD. Today they closed and locked me out of my account for an accusation which I did not do. The claimed I filed 2 chargebacks which i didn't I even called my bank and they have no chargebacks/disputes open for any of my accounts. I sent over documentation. I was provided super limited information. Had no other issues other than the amount of information they wanted for a withdrawal. This is one the worst online casinos I’ve ever payed in numerous deposits with minimal to no wins on countless games. Another Rival and Betsoft casino which is connected with Lucky duck casino,not quiet sure but i think they are sister casinos.
So used free spins exclusively from LCB wagered the bonus and asked for cashout,unfortunately it didn't give me that option as the agent told me first i need to verify my account.

They do not explain anything, they just steal balance and deposits. The player's rights can be trampled under their rules without explanation. this one get .1 out of 5 stars from me. Bad support and false advertise and failure to provide info to get issue resolve no tel. support, misleading false advertise. This rating is based almost solely on the following three factors. The only pro, is the game play. I like their format. Which is why I have spent several hundred if not $1500. Since creating my account.
The cons. Depositing using your cc or. Debit card is a crap shoot. 70% of the time, my deposit attempt has been declined because my bank and most every other US bank has deemed it to be a gambling site and automatically decline it when the use the same servers. However they do have a few servers that will work, but its honestly a crazy shoot. Now, for my biggest complaint.
Their customer service is atrocious. Well, the rep Eric is anyways. He has single-handedly has made me want to close my account. His lack of professionalism, his inability to be courteous, and how extremely inefficient he was.

I have recently given this casino I try and I kind of do like it and seems like they do pay within a day or two like they stayed after you get your account verified it's just taking my account a little longer get verified and I expected but it might have been because of a weekend. After depositing over $5,000 in Bitcoin, I tried to cash out with $1,000. I had been contacted by the "casino manager", Ross a week before stating that he had grandiose offers, etc. I asked him yesterday if he would be able to get this cashout pushed through to which he replied that he would by Noon the following day. It's a alright casino. I played my no deposit free spins. I just really don't like the layout of the casino, and their software isn't my favorite. I wasnt impressed. The $20 bonus went real fast and I had no significant win to speak of. The bonus wasn't available right a way so it took some doing to get it. Usually when you play bonuses you win easily and think the casino is always like that but they never are. This one I didn't win anything on the bonus so I bet if playing on real money would be just as bad. I'd avoid.

well i went to site claiming the ndb and there was not one in the cashier bonus section. so then i contacted the chat and said that i claimed the ndb from lbc. but i can not find it. the man said well they dont give a no deposit bounus, and truly the man was totally rude about it. so i think that they are not worth even going to and customer servicie is absolutely aweful. i do not recommend!!

I claimed the LCB no deposit chip to see if I like the casino and would be interested in depositing there. Well, after having a very short playtime with the bonus I was rather disappointed with the lack of game variety and somehow they left me with an untrustworthy feeling. Even here on LCB it shows that they operate without a valid license which for me is an immediate red flag. I only noticed games from Betsoft and Rival which I'm not a fan of. Definitely would recommend to try some other casino instead of this one or be careful and read their terms and conditions thoroughly.

Nothing special really about the site itself. Same thing as most of the other casinos. The slots didn't really hit for me at all. Don't know if I would be willing to deposit $25 to withdraw my NO DEPOSIT bonus winnings but I didn't get that far. I do not understand why all these new casinos popping up require so much information and yet want to also have you make a deposit to withdraw your funds, etc. Not worth it in my opinion.
