I deposit a lot at this casino and at the other club world group ones as well and seem to only have issues with All Star Slots. For one, I dont mind depositing there because of the LCB cash back promotion that they have going on..except they apparently can just pick and choose who they want to credit the cash back to and if not, give some BS reason. MY RESPONSE:
"Bonus too high compared to deposits" doesnt make any sense. They offer deposit bonuses just like all the other casinos. I deposit but lose, yet the fact that a bonus was used disqualifies me from receiving the cash back that CW, LR, AG, and HN give back?
Since 12/15/16 I have made $594 in deposits, have withdrawn $0, have not received any monthly loyalty nor their daily vip free chips, yet I am not eligible? This promotion allows you to get cash back after $200 in losses and with the $594 lost, I should have been credited $75 when previously requested and another $60 again after $294 more in losses. I do not agree with this nor have i ever really seen anyone else receive that same response.

Does not pay out winning even who have actually made the ridiculous playthru requirements. They only ask for you to make another verification deposit, then ask you to verify yourself again - even though you have already met all verifying requirements before, then ask for better copies of your ID and then in the end they tell you they can't pay you at the moment due to some kind of technical crap story indefinitely. Steer clear, they are crooks and liars at their best!!! I haven't deposited here. I did try the bonus and liked the design work and customer service. Club World casinos seem to be amongst the best for RTG software...there is a lot of praise in gambling forums like this one and the group has a solid reputation. In online gambling trust is everything really. Reputation and trust. I really think I'm going to make a deposit at one of their casinos. Doing these reviews is reminding me of how good some of the casinos I've used in the past are. Particularly when I contact customer service to see if I have an account already and the level of service...but also reading other people's reviews here in the forum reinforces my confidence in the Club World Group. for me, my experience with allstar slots wasn't as great as everyone else. right from the beginning when registering with them I never had a good experience. I made my account and went to go deposit but for some reason I couldn't get it to go through. the credit card processor or something like that wasn't working, that's what the customer service said and to try again later.later on still didn't work. aftere a couple weeks I saw the free ndb 20 here on lcb and thought to give it a try since theres been no activity on my account, that didn't work. finally I tried another deposit attempt but this time they told me that im not allowed to deposit there with credit card until I mail or fax in verification. OKAY np! done and waiting now. after much time,i contact them only to find out my account was closed. but, I have to say that their site is very different from other casinos and so it feels very inviting for me to go and play.

Very fun casino, friendly people to talk to. Got the free chip and played, and played, and spun and spun for a night and then another few hours. Eventually went out, but it was a really good try. Hi so i got the 50 dollar no deposit and lucky enuff i met the wagering requiment and made a withdrawl,2 days later they called my phone and asked to give them my documents wich is fair,i told them i dont have a scanner nor good mobile phone to fix this right now.i logged in 2 days later to just check and my balance was down to 0 so i talked with the support and they said they voided my money cause i had joined a sister site and typed just a slightest number or letter wrong so they took my money hahah.A seriour site would wait til i could fix my documents and proove my misspellng.These guys at allstar is crooks.

Please dear players, do not deposit there. I once managed to wager a no deposit bonus and reached a max cashout. I sent all documents and the next day my balance was cleared to 0. Had multiple or more likely endless conversations with support and the reason for clearing my balance was because I hadn't mentioned my apartment number in the registration form. I am a member in all Club World casinos and I checked my details everywhere, and the odd thing was that in every else casino the details were correct except the one I was trying to cashout. I do not trust them.

I have definitely had some good luck at Allstar Slots over the past 4 years. About About a month after creating my account, I hit a Royal Flush on a $5 bet playing ACES and Eights. I was dealt 5 crappy cards, held none, and subsequently dealt a Royal in Spades worth $4000. I was smart enough to cash that one out. Sometime over the past year, CW Group reduced the payout tables on Video Poker to an inferior 8/5 for Jacks or Better and 7/5 for Bonus Games. Also Dbl Dbl Bonus pays 9/6 but 4 Aces with Kicker pays $1600, not $2000 which is standard. This increases the house edge by a hefty 2 to 3 percent. As with all Club World casinos, the service is excellent and if you hit you will be paid promptly compared to most RTGs. I haven't had really good run there in quite some time but had enough decent sessions to keep me depositing.

Installed software and used no deposit code and it was rejected saying it was used before. I chatted with CS and they said there was already and acct on this PC. I said there was no way as this was the first time I ever installed this software, visted that casino, etc. I am only one with this PC and the name they mentioned was weird and I didn't know them. I asked who it is that used my IP address and they said you must have had an account and that is final. Very rude. Forget using this casino. I couldn't believe they said I had an account. No way physically possible but they said the IP matches mine for a prior acct. Bogus. No money for them!

I am a member here and have decided that this is were I am going to play for awhile, but now after reading the comments on here am reading there is no instant version, I cannot download the casino anymore, I never had a problem until 2 months ago, and I tried another computer but I still cannot download the RTG casinos anymore, After I download it says, .... Casino Shell has stopped working.... All RTG casinos now are doing this to me, I can play on the Instand versions though. Has anyone had this happen? if you did how do you fix it? thankyou, Gloriabe

Some time back I claimed an exclusive welcome free chip at All Star Slots and, though I did not meet the WR, it lasted quite a while and I had fun in the process. I played this casino in the past, for a winning of 100$ I must send 3 utility bills, 3 times all documents (alwayais pixelated...they said) a picture with mi ID in my hand, and fnally a phone control. 3 weeks for payment and a lot of mails sended. I became a member of this casino a long time ago I think it was about 6 years ago. At that moment they were using another software ( no RTG). I must say their games were better than the games at this moment. Their former games dont exist anymore I think, it's a pitty but they probably had their reason for changing their software. RTG is not my favorite. I probably wont play here because a few bad experience with RTG casinos. Good luck for the players who play at this casino.

One of the best existing RTG casinos is indeed ALL STAR SLOTS casino. I joined this one because of fantastic LCB promotion with only 40x Wagering - quite fair for no deposit bonus though. Tried some games and was surprised that RTP wasn't so bad as I expected, offcourse need more luck to get through, but has really exciting time and had fun. After verification process, Customer service told me that cashouts going be made really fast, aprox in 12 hours, so I decided to give a try with real money and made some Cashouts, after several deposits. Money were in my account in under 8 hours after request. Good experience. I will be sticking around here, for a while for sure.
