Im lowering my rating now because my experience playing here over time has been getting worse with fewer wins and way less perks despite my continued loyalty to them. They used to occasionally give out free spins and sometimes if you asked support nicely they would even credit your account with a little bonus funds to play with but they haven't done either of those things in a long time. The only perk I still get now is a weekly 50% crypto reload bonus but just recently they increased the minimum deposit required for the bonus from $20 to $30 which doesn't sound like that big of a deal but it was enough to make me not want to use it at all anymore. Hopefully they start treating their loyal customers a little better or I might just stop playing there all together.

Unfortunately i have to admit I have been having a similar experience. I used to play on Bovada exclusively but you're absolutely right about the lack of perks. I don't know if it's because they are just giving out less perks to everyone in general than they used to or if it's related to how long I've been playing there but either way the perks have really been increasingly disappointing and almost non existent. They even raised the minimum deposit amount for the only bonus I get every week the crypto reload I used to actually use it pretty often but now that they just raised the minimum deposit amount i don't even want to use that and free spins are a thing of the past.

This is my secondary casino runner up to sister casino ignition of course but I've gotten decent payouts not higher than 4500 but one issue i ran into more than once was during these big during one of these winning streaks I kept having issues trying to withdraw anything more than 1000 using the lightning network leaving the funds stuck in limbo. Customer service says they can't speed it up so I had them cancel it and I try 2 more times same thing till I ended up withdrawing it all in $300 increments

While setting up my account I had entered the wrong digit on my phone number and never could get anybody to make the corrections. Recently I tried again and they do have a live chat, but it's spotty. I was able to get my number corrected, but the intro. Had ended long prior so I wasn't able to claim any welcome. The experience was a bit rocky, so I would have to cash out on a bonus to feel comfortable depositing. Not wasting anymore time with the place because I've wasted so much already.

The slots here are super tight, out of all the deposits and sessions I played I was up maybe 2 or 3 times and then consistently lost with each spin on each game. Seems like there is a bigger selection of games than Ignition but not generally not as much fun or productive on the whole. Haven't tried the tables or sports betting the layout is a bit chaotic. Deposits are reasonably quick, haven't made a withdrawal from here yet though.

Rival and RTG just haven't been hitting anywhere. I noticed I received several bonus chips randomly from different places. I'm guessing it's the time of year where they try to attract new/existing people. I guess they're turning down the RTP because all the bonuses are giving out? I've used and still use Bovada weekly. Crypto deposits and Payouts are quick, typically within 10-15 min.
The Customer service is fine too. I've never had an unresolved issue. There is a way to contact via phone but that was 3 yrs ago and I had dig for the number.
I guess the best thing about Bovada for me is the MCO limits, and you can withdraw thousands multiple times a day. Lots of sites allow 2 withdraws a week and they need to be 24 hrs apart, not Bovada. For example I think you can withdraw 100k in LTC a week.
Overall this is a trustworthy and fun site. Oh yeah they've added live chat as well. Good Luck!

Ok here's an update. After a week of playing here to give it a second chance because it was my favorite, I just said bump it and closed my account. It's not the same bovada and I can't just keep losing my money due to slow website, glitching games that kick me off "due to no connection " or errors when I have a nice streak only to find when it comes back on my streak is replaced with a negative streak. It's too obvious something is not right. To test I played 40 bucks each day last week, while betting at the lowest bet usually .20 to .30 cents and I barely won more than I was betting! When I did get a little win, maybe 10 or 20 at the most or any win over bet you can be sure that after the win every spin was nothing until the money I had just won was taken back. This crap is rigged and that was my last straw so I got in touch with chat and told them to permanently delete my account. Now if you happen to win then yeah, they pay out definitely and quick but good luck winning!

I am surprised and a bit confused that Bovada scored higher than Ignition, Slots.lv and Cafe Casino. I have cashed out many times with Ignition and Slots.lv but never with Bovada. Poker is decent on Both Ignition and Bovada as they are the same server. Bonuses on Bovada are terrible and the slots oddly seem soo much better with Ignition.

My rating is generous, this is a horrible site. After too many deposits with nothing but consistent losses and no gains whatsoever, I was offered 50,000 reward miles with my next deposit in an email that was set to expire the same day. I claimed the "bonus" offer with my deposit, within the time allotted and SHOCKER the bonus never arrived. I contacted support through chat and email several times with no response for almost 2 hours. At which point I was jerked around while my acct was looked at for another 15 or 20 minutes just be told I unfortunately can't be helped because I started playing my deposit. There's no % of cash back nonsense going on with the bonus it's a straight 50,000 miles for my deposit min $20 before the day was over. The garbage return on top of not honoring their own offer just get another deposit, made it the last deposit they'll get from me. There's plenty of negative feedback about this casino and I should have avoided it so now I'm increasing their negative feedback. Ignition is far superior with less to offer and that's not an endorsement.

I'm not sure if it's just me or what but Everytime I attempt to play here the game feel very laggy. The reels just spin and keep spinning for what feels like a whole minute and pressing the stop reel button doesn't ever seem to help. Pretty much have the same boring games as every other website. if Bovada would just add the RTG/Spinlogic library of games, id give it 5 stars. Still though, gotta give the casino props for fast payouts and for its sportsbook option. I've been playing at the Bovada family of casinos(Ignition, Slots.LV, and Bovada) for at least 5 years and I can honestly say that they are on the short list of casinos that I trust completely. You can deposit and withdraw with crypto in minutes and the cashout limits are upwards of $10k+. The only negatives I have for Bovada are minor, that they need to offer more perks for their VIPs and they need more game providers (edit: they just recently added a bunch of games, so scratch that complaint).

This casino is the one I play at more than any other casino and I have actuallly been able to successfully withdraw my winning from here many times as well as from the sister casino Ignition. They are very similar the only difference I can tell is that they have slight variation on available slots but a good majority of the games they have can be found on both sites. Im done with the bovada, ignition, slots.lv group. I have been with them for over 15+ years. I no longer trust the legitimacy of this place. When you can go 100+ keno rounds with 0-1 wins this defies all math logic. I finally pulled the plug and these are the only online place I play at. I absolutely do not trust this place anymore and I suggest anyone who plays make sure that you play at a land based casino and ir anyplace with actual penalties and legal problems if anything that is going is shady. Poker at Bovada is shared with Ignition casino as for the player pool and another site I forget the name of. What you will get here that is not found other places is anonymous tables ie you are given a number not a username at the start of every tournament that is unique and always changes. This makes the use of tracking software and things like sharkscope much less a part of the game which I think is good for poker.

I agree with the previous post. I’ve spent quite a bit on Bovada for the past year and haven’t cashed out once. The bonuses come with high wagers and 100% are with you in that the slots are much tighter than the other sister casinos. Cafe casino is just as tight and I find slots.lv to be slightly better even though I haven’t been able to cash out yet. It seems slots.lv are more lenient when it comes to slot winnings or poker games.

This is the polar opposite of my experience. Bovada is the loosest by a mile, Slots is tight, Cafe is okay and BVX is somewhere in the middle of them. I don’t really play on Ignition but meh.
My understanding though is that Slots/Bovada are basically running off the same servers. Ignition/Cafe are paired too. Then BVX I'm not sure about , other than that it’s likely housed on Bov’s main server given the PT option but it could just as easily be API fed between them.
And yes, I know Lynton owns 3 of the 5 but they do still run the same software.

I wanted to update a prior review I have done on this casino. Although it is just like Ignition Casino it does not offer the same free play tournaments as Ignition. The slots seem to be a bit tighter than the other sister sites in this series. It's odd. On Ignition and Slots.lv which are with the same company I have cashed out multiple times thousands of dollars. This casino I have never cashed out at. The bonuses they offer are pretty bad as well.

I had been playing this casino for a while...then boom my account was disabled...and I had $88 left in my account...they claimed I had charge backs...reversal payment they called it, which wasn't true...I had to send in a copy of my bank statement...once they reviewed my account statements my was enabled...I still had $88 on my account...but I could no longer use the account for which I sent in the statement for...so I had to deposit funds from another account...I played for 2 days...won and cashed out $3500...went 3 days without playing...well once I did logged in again, boom I'm $145 in the negative...HOW...and once again they claimed it was the same issue as before and all I had to do was send them a copy of my bank statemet...Well I never did because for (1) that account is my primary bank account...and (2) well once again it didn't happen...as of now its still in the negative...I've reviewed my account and there wasn't any charge backs...and also they cleared my transaction history so I can't go back to review it myself...one thing I did like that they offer is MatchPay...I got my cashout within minutes...all these other sites takes weeks to receive cashout...

I've never try the sport betting or horses so I can't comment on those. when I first started they had good promo codes and bonuses. after I joined the crypto exclusive program. stopped getting any of them I even talked with them on the chat service witch is definitely one of there big +'s. even then they said they should be there and they manually added one with that program you 50% match on deposits you can use 3 times a week. It has one of the lowest playthroughs I've seen on a casino at 20× for casino and 30× for horses and sports there low casino most places is 35× to 60× UT of course I've never seen anywhere you can use the bonuses for both casino and poker the the slots are pretty good big verity. you can deposit with crypto or debit/credit card but when you use a card they charge 15.9% or highers if you deposit 50 your paying 7 or 8 dollars just to deposit so crypto is the best and I think litecoin is cheapest to transfer if you want to check it out or give it a try even if it's not your jam still won't be a waiste of time to try it

As your review states, for us players, it’s one for the few that you can halfway trust. if you happen you win, and ain’t doing anything crazy then you know you will be paid. That is huge in this industry! Nothing worse in my opinion than thinking you are going to receive a payout and it never show only to find out the casino decided to cancel your payout for some nonsense reason. The tricky part at bovada is I find it difficult to ever win. All their jackpots can be “about to” trigger and I won’t win a dime. I lose quite a bit here and their three other sister sites. Lately they also don’t ever want to give any amount of free chip which used to actually appease me during the droughts.

This was my first online casino playing slots on. Their deposit bonuses, after the initial 4-5 bonuses are used, their aren't new bonuses very often. This was my go-to casino for over a year because the payouts are super fast and I won pretty good amounts semi-frequently. Bovada was the initial online casino that I began playing at several years ago. Not much has changed over the last couple of years except for the lack of bonuses and rewards. My opinion of this place AND its 3 sister sites has changed some in the last yr. But my comments are just for Bovada here. Right up front the rating is solely for its poker. Which I have said for well over 10 yrs is superb in MY opinion. Which online poker right now is kinda...iffy...is what I'll say. Seems like some big name from the past or current is getting accused of cheating on various ways. If 1 person is colluding with another person at the same table,cash or tourney, they have a slight edge by knowing 4 cards outta the deck. At a full table. A loose full table. In maybe headsup play its right away helpful. But if the cheaters cant figure stuff like their outs in the hands in there head fast...and say it's a family pot. That's a whole buncha cards out their...it would b difficult. But it absolutely can b done. But Bovada has good security from what I've experienced. But was a micro limit grinder. Tournaments usually with buy ins well under $30. So I'm no expert by any means. But I think the poker side is pretty solid. Before bitcoin I never had any cashout problems.
