I’d say that cherry gold casino is basic at best. My buddy hit a big jackpot at this casino and they actually paid him out without any issues other than having to wait 2 days. This is a nice little casino I have no issues with it, the games seem fair and I had no issues with the screen freezing on me with mobile nor did I have any lagging issues when playing on the PC. Although I have not cashed out any winnings from here I cant say that I didn't hit some pretty big wins here, mostly my aggressive gameplay is to blame for that!

Have sent in paper work repeatedly, even confirmed and they still wont allow me to withdraw. first i missed one line, and so i redid the whole thing and confirmed they got it. then they wanted a credit card auth on file, and so i did that to. so now after waiting forever? they send an email showing my first paperwork, with a missing number, as if none; of the other occured. I'm a little surprised by their low rating. I've played here. I liked it. Customer service was very helpful and gameplay seemed incredibly fair. This casino is strange, they send chip after chip to you via email, yet if you don't deposit they ban you from logging in untl you do make a deposit. I can't say for sure that they are bad, but their options for banking were decent last i looked, and they had good customer service. Good: you don't need to download the casino. So, the website itself looks rather cheap. The bonus code still works. No problems to add this by myself. They sent me a free promo about a week ago. But after some talking with their support they told me my country wasnt eligible for any kind of bonuses there, I could only play with my own deposits. This casino (and their sister casinos) now limit how much you can win if you claim a match bonus to 10X your deposit. So, if you deposit $50, the most you can win is $500. I informed LCB of this weeks ago. How it is LCB can not have a warning about playing here due to those limits when they have warnings for other casinos that have the same limits is beyond me. If you click on the promotions tab at the Cherry Gold websites (or at their sister casinos websites) and then read the rules carefully it clearly states you are limited to winning/cashing out 10X your deposit if you claim a bonus. Any winnings above/beyond the 10X your deposit rule when you cashout are forfeited. Not cool, and not cool there is no warning about this at LCB.

This once good casino now limits how much you can cash out if you claim a match bonus. Also, after not sending me any e-mails for months and months, they are now emailing me several times per week with offers for "new player bonuses" claiming I still qualify for a 100% match bonus. I contacted them and told them I thought that was wrong. They responded by telling me the e-mail was sent to me in error, but they have sent me the same e-mail at least three more times since then. Not sure what's going on with this group of casinos but I won't be playing here anytime soon. Maybe they changed owners. And as of right now I see their website is down....

Cherry Gold Casino is a standard casino, which offers slots from RTG software. The layout is very simple, trafitional for that network. I personally not a fan of this casino. Long verifiaction process nad very often problems with withdarwals. They gives a lot of no deposit codes(be aware to not use two in row without a deposit). Recently they excluded people from my couuntry . And that's the end of my story with this casino. 2/5
