Responsible Gambling

Licensing and Availability
EmuCasino does not name its operating company or a licence number on its website, and its terms and conditions (version 5.1) say only that the site is governed by the law of Anjouan. Third-party casino listings name the operator as Qinrara Management Ltd. with Anjouan licence ALSI-202502009-FI1, but we could not confirm this on a public Anjouan register. In November 2019 the Australian Communications and Media Authority ordered internet providers to block EmuCasino for offering online casino games to Australians, and its domains remain on the ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites.
EmuCasino does not accept players from Australia, France, the Netherlands and its territories, the United Kingdom, Spain or Cyprus, and its terms say other countries may also be restricted. In 2019 the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) asked internet providers to block EmuCasino because it offered online casino games to Australians, which is prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
Our Verdict
EmuCasino has one of the bigger and better-stocked game lobbies among its peers and solid e-wallet and crypto withdrawals, but its unclear licensing is a real drawback. If you are in an eligible country and comfortable with an offshore casino, it is a reasonable option; if you want regulator-backed protection, look elsewhere.

Let me start off with customer. Service is awful. They are not helpful whatsoever. And the type of games will limit the bet amount per spend to only a very small amount. Which means you can't really get much from it because your bet percent is so low. The games that they offer are kind of weird and just overall very much. Just dislike this casino and how was not very appealing to me.

Liked that depositing by crypto is easy and the deposits are processed instantly. Also minimum deposit is $10, not $20 like in most of the rest.
Problem is that the interface at Emu is a tad glitchy. Sometimes you get 500 Server Error or the page just won't load, and have to try multiple times.

Really like the game selection however unable to play a slew of slots due to error messages prohibiting game play. Customer support is the absolute worst. Live chat with an actual agent vs a bot is non existent, in my experience. I submitted a withdrawal request for $1000 in winnings and have yet to receive any form of notice of acknowledgement. The mobile version is not playable at all. Casino or slots won't fit to screensize. Everything is cramped on just one page. Its just messy and everything is way to small. I had to switch to desktop mode so I could zoom in. I tried on 2 phones with different screens and different browsers.

I made a withdrawal here twice! One for my deposit and the other after wagering free spins requirements. They could increase the limit of the cashout on the free spins, capped at $20 last i checked. The promotions that are going on at the moment are these wheels that give points and other rewards on a daily basis. The wheel of fortune is much better compared to that bar themed wheel.

I spent a long time waiting for my withdrawal from Emu, about 2 years ago the site was alot better, now it seems to be having a number of issues from support not understanding simple questions regarding payments, issues with most providers if you live in Ireland, the withdrawal took 4 working days from thursday through tuesday. i would avoid EmuCasino and play somewhere more reputable and safe.

This used to be one of my go-to casinos. They simply stopped paying out about 2 months ago. I am not complaining about cold cards, but I went from a decent return over 6 months on the same games to a net loss. I know the house always wins but I have not taken a score for weeks!

This casino is to be avoided at all costs. This casino is clearly using tactics. I have heard from numerous other players that this casino is using insane stalling procedures. People have reached out to me since they saw my posts and I have at least 5 other players telling me they are being messed with. Some stating 10 days and still not verified. I earlier gave this casino a 3.7 rating with kind words. It looks like after they get a good rating they read it and think they already got a good compliment so then they can go and act unethical.
I won $1280 from $100 deposit and submitted my withdraw. I have played here a bit the last few weeks. Well the next week was ridiculous. They had my withdraw pending an entire week. Support would close my chat when I would ask whats going on. Emails all ignored. Finance ignoring me. Support giving me copy and pasted messaged when I would first ask about my money and then just instantly would close chat.
It made me feel VERY uncomfortable. If I ever won 20k here I would be a nervous wreck as I dont think they would pay.
Find a better casino guys unless you want to be stressed out whether you will be paid or not. I have been paid my cashout. My first cashout was in about a day. My second cashout...3 days....My third cashout over a week. They hope the player reverses it or frustrated them enough where they just forget it.

Haven't deposited yet and i definately never will now after reading this today(link at bottom) and because games felt sticky when reels spinning and chat was slow to respond and not very nice and I just got a bad vibe from the casino.

Been playing here for some time now and the games don’t get updated with new releases very often. Some support staff are good but some are very rude. Had more than one bad experience. I like the emu points system but unless you claim a deposit bonus the chance of a freebie isn’t high at all. They used to be a lot more generous with freebies when u deposit without claiming a bonus but not anymore... one good thing that makes me come back is no withdraw limits even with no deposit bonuses.

Tried recently and have got a bit shady feel here.
Game selection is weak, license seal is nonexistent, support is totally out of the grid and when asked about license - failed to prove their existence 3x in the row, the speed of the game load is horrible and the bonuses are not even close to be good overall I have lost interest in the casino.

Great selection of games and I like the low min deposit. I think the platform should be good however find it often runs slow. Also, after several deposits of varying amounts I am yet to win much at all... as in I think I can count on both hands the amount of winning spins Ive had so far and not a single feature. Safe to say there's not much dopamine flowing right now and my rewards centre does not care to go back to emu. I will give it another try though... Overall- this should be a great casino. EC has been my fav casino for years but not anymore...after an internal processing error resulting my (and many other ppls) deposits just disapearing into thin air...EC acknowledged the mix up and assured that the issue occured internalally and that customers woukd have their funds returned into their bank acc in 24hrs, this became 48hrs then a week... Its now been a few months, i have spent hours following this up and responding to EC 's requests to provide (the same) info again and again with no resolve.
To top all this off EC recently changed the way they offer and award bonuses, scraping the model whereby live chat staff awarded freespins on a scaled ratio based on the amount of funds deposited
via live chat offering the scaled ratio if deposited (i.e $20= 5 spins, $30 = 20s spins and so on). I can appreciate that for a casino, its totally reasonable to make said changes but its well rank (and frankly its just bad business) for EC to choose not to inform their customers that the free spin bonuses that we all know and love Emu Casino for are no longer on offer...

One of my favourite places i like to play at, some of my biggest winnings was from here, deposits amount as low as 10AUD, Great support network. The only issue for me here is I would really love to see them update their games. What an absolute scam EMU CASINO is. They claim 24 hrs to verify account. Took 4 days. Visa payouts now accepted - unless you actually request one - Conveniently my bank, that they can accept deposits from, doesn't accept their withdraw?? - But fear not......you can request a direct bank transfer, but wait, now because the bank will charge you $20 AUD they cancel that method also! And guess what? Suggest you should choose VISA payment that you bank doesnt accept. Now on my third try to withdrawal after accepting the $20 charge. Not holding my breath! Not sure if anyone has actually been paid from this outfit but would love to know how considering the only two methods of payment are seemingly unavailable. Oh, and I have never opted in for any "Bonus" so not sure what their excuse is. Hopefully they come to realise they are doing themselves a disservice by treating their patrons like idiots, using ridiculous stall tactics and providing vague and misleading T&C's. Advise to stay clear of EMU CASINO. Will advise if (ever) resolved.

i bought freespins from here and the code was accepted. but someone named zoey wouldnt tell me which game to play them on. Without checking she told me all freepins off any other site are illegal. so my 30 freespins purchased here were taken away as i wasnt told what game. game selection - tick. live support - tick.......... but: meh.? have built up just over 2000 "loyalty" points and at one point spoke to live chat to ask how to redeem them as there was no visible way to do so. at the time they were still working on the loyalty shop, so when i found out it was finally up and READY you can imagine my disappointment upon realising i needed at least 4000 more points to even get the minimum loyalty free spin bonus.................. on the plus-side, though, those 2225 loyalty points still remain in my account - MASSIVE TICK

emu casino have now withheld 2 of my deposits via neo surf . 1 $50 which took me nearly a week to get back , and now a $20 which they say they have "opened a case" about.... theres no compensation when my money is taken and held and the customer service via live chat is absolutely disgusting! so rude !be careful with these guys their systems cant be very secure as this is the 2nd time now ... oh and to top it off their phone number which i have tried sooooo many times DOESNT WORK! dodgy dodgy people

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. So just to be clear, we have not taken and held your money. If there is some technical issue, we need to find out what this is before doing anything else, we have had no other issues with NeoSurf ever, so this would be a first from your 2 issues.
Our Customer Support and Payments team have been investigating this however there are some unusual things with this case, specifically the fact that the screenshot you sent us of the deposit, was:

In these cases we have to check directly with NeoSurf which unfortunately can take quite some time to get feedback on. On top of the above, upon looking into your case, we have noticed that you have opened multiple accounts with us.
This is a direct breach of our Terms & conditions.
“4.4 Multiple accounts

In light of your comments about our customer services agents, we have also inspected the interactions with yourself. We have not seen anything that would be at all considered “absolutely disgusting!” or “so rude!”. It appears that this feedback was based purely on the fact that we wouldn’t offer you a complimentary bonus, before we had established what had happened.

Disappointed with Emu’s reward points program. Firstly, it often doesn’t get updated automatically (so keep your eyes peeled) and to earn 1 point, one has to wager $10. The cheapest item to claim from their shop, I believe is 17050 for 25% match bonus WITH 20 x wager! You guys do the maths!!

Nice looking casino...although the flashing banners etc are somewhat distracting. Registration was straight-forward, (activation email sent immediately) but it took me a bit of hunting to find the bonus activator.,.. I prefer to look for myself rather than asking live chat. Claimed the $3 new sign-up bonus, lasted about 45 minutes playing 1 credit on Hot as Hades, Ariana and Break da Bank Again. Wagered approx. 39% of the 40x bonus, but only went as high as $12.40 so nowhere near enough to withdraw. I'd planned on depositing but play-through does not include JP's, which I want to play (Mega Moolah - sigh) On the plus side it's definitely Kiwi-friendly, i.e. accepts $NZD.

Signed up here a month ago, decided to deposit yesterday night, managed to make a withdrawal of 250 logged in 2 minutes ago and found that my account has been closed due to bonus abuse, what a joke, ive only ever used a sign up no deposit bonus and that was it, seriously, if they are going to use Australian icons to represent their casino then please do not rip people off, there are however other places that are very good to its players but this place is not one of them, i did just deposit 10 so im going to take that loss and walk away from this place, and others who want to try this place out, please reconsider your choice, theyre not worth your time or your money.
