Grande Vegas Casino does not publish an operating company or licence on its website, whose footer names only Grande Vegas Casino. We could not find it on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s public register or the other main regulators’ registers, and the review site Casino.Guru also lists it as unlicensed. In August 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board ordered Grande Vegas Casino to stop offering unlicensed online gambling to Michigan residents.

Changed my review. I’ll never play here again. The 25 measly daily free spins changed to a minimum deposit of $50. The only promotion barely worth depositing the $50 min was a Friday bonus of $150 ($9K playthrough) and they aren’t even offering me that! Their loyalty program is no longer worth your money, the slots glitch and wont stop spinning, they time you out when you’re winning, and they take a week for payouts with nothing paid out Friday to Monday. I’ve been continuously depositing every week, most days many deposits, for 7 years and that means nothing to them. Don’t waste your time or your money on this casino.

I couldn't agree more. The fact is 99% of these offshore 'casinos' are just fronts for international fraud. I had an experience where I won $2.3K, I got asked 3x to submit an resubmit my personal identification, then they switched tactics and said they couldn't pay me because my debit account that they happily took money from isn't one that they can send an international wire to, so I gave them an account that would and they said that wasn't valid because it was a credit union, so I gave them an address to send to my Bitcoin wallet and they said they can only send the money to the account they collected the money from. Then they told me I wasn't able to collect the money because I'd used bonus play which is a complete lie because I never use their bonuses. They're for idiots because the insane playthrough levels and then restrictions on what you can collect make them a literal no-win black hole of stupidity. So I sent them a copy of a letter I sent to my state Attorney General's office who took it quite seriously and told me the US is looking to block all offshore gaming sites URLs in the near future which I shared with them and finally I received a $100 deposit to my Bitcoin wallet and my access to every offshore casino I'd ever been on and all their affiliate sites (they're all one great big conglomerate of criminality and fraud) was locked out / blocked. This is a good casino. I play here once in a while. They always remember my anniversary date, that is the date I first registered with them, and they send me an email on that day, and give me a bonus offer on that day too. This had been my “go to” casino….well times have changed! They recently switched some T&C’s on their “free” bonuses for depositors. Submitted my kyc back on the 29th of December, it’s now the 10th of January. I was approved to withdraw my money in the form of 180$’s this past Saturday. I submitted my 180$ redemption request and was then informed they may have made a error and were double

I signed up with the 100 free spins no deposit and ended up with a high balance from the fs - meaning I had a playthugh of nearly $6,000 before I could potentially cash out the max of $180. I managed to make that playthugh and submitted my documents for verification on Wednesday of last week. It is now Sunday and per their given time frame that should be done by Tuesday.....still WAY too long of a wait time for the verification process.

The code worked just like the video said , so I played my 100 FS on T-REX II it's just like the former version with a few more bells & whistles Grand Vegas has a lot of the same games as most of the other casino's. The support team seem to be very helpful but then again I didn't try to make a withdrawal or deposit we'll see how they work when I get there. But as for T-REX II it's kinda hard to get the bonus and the so-called random jackpot didn't go off once in a 100 spins the winning pct. per spin seems to me around 40%. Personally, I would not consider this project as a potential casino for playing my favorite slots. There are a lot of drawbacks here. For example, the support service works very poorly. It is almost impossible to find out anything. They dismiss any inconvenient questions. There is no loyalty program yet, but I would like to see it. Bonuses seem to be present, but boring. Welcome ones, of course, but a couple of regular ones are nothing, as for me. In general, I wouldn't play here much.

This is the place to play if you like no deposit bonuses and you dont mind making a cash deposit every week or two. I never really won much here but the free bonuses kept me coming back. Account verification and cash out took a while but overall not a bad experience. RTG lets sites determine their own payout rate so you will find that games seem to play different from site to site. With the decent reviews I decided to deposit at Grande Vegas. They had a generous match bonus but unlike most other casinos, there is no link to the T&C's and the conditions are vague. I also could not find T&C's anywhere on the site and had to ask live chat where they were located and they only gave me a link. So in all fairness I should have done some "digging" before accepting the bonus because a $30 deposit with 300% bonus had close to a $5,000 playthrough! But I don't believe they play fair by making it so difficult to find the T&C's

All in all I enjoyed playing some of my favorite games on Grande Vegas Casino. The bonus worked fine and allowed me to play for an hour or so, but ultimately ended up losing any winnings. Grande Vegas Casino runs congruent with the average rtg casino as far as games and layout. However they do offer nice match bonuses and hefty NDB for in-between deposits. I have not played here a whole lot and for that reason have not been in a position to request a payout. So I can not speak on that. There's something overblown about some casinos, too.
Unfortunately, I had the same trouble at the Grand Vegas Casino.
I was so bored, I stopped trying after a few weeks.
Subject document approval. Repeatedly the pictures are not suitable, re-take and send, open and the photos accepted in the first submission in other casinos are rejected here.
It's been weeks since I've been trying to get it back.
The billing photo is very clear. However, it is rejected because it does not fit an inch in the picture in the enalt part of the invoice, which is clearly empty on the paper.
And in the end, you get tired of it and give up. Again, my account, which is approved within 2 hours with the same documents in other casinos with very high quality, is disabled to withdraw money in the casino where you have no problem sending deposits many times due to this process that makes you feel bad for weeks.
I wonder if I'm a con man or a terrorist.?

After sending my documents in for verification 3 times over a period of 1 month I couldn't get them verified. These same documents were used at 4 other casinos all 4 excepted them the first time. I can't help I have an old driver license. To be fair I sent my documents into LCB and they were reviewed. For an example I sent LCB my utility bill they stated it was clear and good quality Grandevegas rejected it. The casino rep couldn't do anything to help. The process of verification is very slow. My suggestion to anyone wanting to play at this casino is before making a deposit send in your documents. Lousy customer service and management, terrible experience trying to cash out winnings that I won fairly. They are unethical and unreasonable to deal with should an issue crop up. I like this casino as whole compared to other RTG sites. They always have great bonuses and are always giving away bonuses both deposit and non. I am a VIP member and got that status for the amount of comp points I earned in a month. The other RTG slots Slotocash and slotastic I know of they only give you VIP on how much you deposit not wager. Every week I receive 3 special bonuses two deposits and a non which is unique code only for me. I also receive 3 other non deposit bonuses monthly. Even if your not VIP they always give out non deposit free spins and $50 chips. The rollover requirement is slight below average 30x instead of 40x. At least once a week though will have at least one deposit bonus which includes match and free spins and the rollover requirement is only 10x. Why should i have to use from my 180 have to pay an additional 60 from that 180 only leaving me just $120 to withdraw!!? thats completely unfair!!

Grande Vegas is one of the best casinos to play online. The match and free spin bonuses are large and the playback feels like it gives you more time to play. I am getting so bored with all the RTG casinos, nothing new seems to come out from them that is worth my time. While they do have some good bonuses I hardly ever win here. Payouts are a huge pain in the neck, they drag on and on almost wanting you to cave in and just play your winnings. I played very often in this casino and the last time when I played the bonus I needed to wager $18 000, and when I had to wager only $3 000 and still have positive balance about $400 my balance began falling down very quickly. 700 - 800 spins no Bonus game at all on different games twice or more. I have tried this casino last year and my overall experience is actually pretty bad one. I received a sign up bonus of 25$ and played until my wager were completed. When I tried to cash out they told me that I have not yet made a deposit so i can't cash out my winning. So Instead of doing a reversal withdraw they decided to void my winning. I could not believe it at first when I read a lot of positive reviews regarding Grande Vegas casino and there it is, this casino is one of the legit RTG casinos out there and I'm truly glad they really exist. I have seen this casino for a very long time wandering in online casinos forums and never gave them a chance. Personally I think this casino is ok, they are not rogue and they do eventually pay but slow. My only advise is to really beware of their bonuses and the rules attached to them.

Snowmania was really bad in my opinion. The function of the "spin" control was awkward, 50 spins yielded right at $5 then I had to continue playing it because all other games failed to unlock. I have never felt that this casino has fair gameplay. There is an abnormal rhythm of play for slots and table games at this casino. Maybe it's just me...but I don't trust that their games are fair. Loved these guys and had load of deposits to them. I started to hate them when i received freechip bonus and managed to cashout the max 180 USD. My withdrawal was denied because my last deposit was over 3 months ago. When i checked it was 3 months and a bit over a week. So total deposits over 700 usd because of 1 week they denied the 180. I have played heavily at Grande Vegas for nearly 4 years. I have had a few good runs. I cashed out one for about $1800. I hit 5K there a couple of years ago and it pains me to say I reversed it and played it back. I've had two incredible hits playing on free chips and I was unable to collect but a small fraction of the win--so very frustrating. I have not had a decent run there in the past year. I think they are--for Americans--a good option and you will be paid without jumping through hoops if you win. My primary complaint is they have tightened up on their VIP program and while I used to get 100% match offers constantly . . . now I only get 25% offers and cannot even participate in their tournaments.
