Video review

House of Jack is an Australian-themed casino brand launched in 2017. The crocodile mascot and local theme do not establish Australian authorisation or acceptance of players worldwide.
The earlier review described browser and mobile access, but its claims of instant loading, identical desktop and mobile features, and the absence of an app are not results of a current compatibility test.
The game and promotion descriptions below retain historical context. Current service availability and account terms require confirmation; the original review’s “new casino” description is outdated.
The earlier statement that House of Jack was “totally legitimate and safe” was too broad. Branding and a historical review cannot establish current authorisation, service reliability or the absence of gambling risk.
Software Providers
The earlier House of Jack review named several suppliers, including Microgaming, and discussed titles such as Mega Moolah and Avalon. It did not document a market-wide comparison supporting its claim that one supplier had the largest portfolio ever created.
The original provider list also included Betsoft and Play’n GO. The former Windows Mobile and BlackBerry compatibility statements are not current support guarantees.
The earlier supplier list also included Quickspin, with Big Bad Wolf and Treasure Island given as examples.

Available Games
The original House of Jack review described several hundred titles across slots, blackjack, roulette, other table games, video poker and jackpots. It also reported demos for many games. These are historical catalogue and access observations; current title availability and demo eligibility can differ by market and account.
The earlier review did not list live-dealer games at House of Jack. This is a historical observation, rather than confirmation that the current catalogue excludes them.
Slots
Slots formed a substantial part of the catalogue described in the earlier review. Revenue statistics for one land-based gambling market cannot establish the size or popularity of a particular online casino’s slot selection.
House of Jack hosts numerous classic slots, or as they call them “pokies”, from Microgaming, as well as several ones from Play’n GO and Betsoft. Most of them are usually fruit-themed or have traditional symbols like Sevens, dollar signs, or bells. Among the most popular games under this category are Break Da Bank, Joker 8000, Cool Buck, and Irish Gold. These retro games may bring on the nostalgia of Las Vegas and its loud, flashy slot machines, video slots are more popular because they feature beautiful graphics, exceptional audio and often, incredible themes and characters. The online casino offers many famous titles like Avalon II, Gemix, Battlestar Galactica, Beautiful Bones, Game of Thrones, Forbidden Throne, Immortal Romance, Jurassic World, Lost Vegas, Thunderstruck II, Book of the Dead, and Riches of Ra.
There is also a great collection of 3D slots by Betsoft which includes the beautifully animated 2 Million B.C., Aztec Treasures, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, Gladiators, and many others. But what is probably even more attractive is the section with progressive jackpot games. It features fan favourites such as Mega Moolah and Mega Moolah Isis, Major Millions, A Night in Paris, King Cashalot, Enchanted, Tunzamunni, and more.

Roulette
Although the casino has no live dealer games, it offers high-quality virtual table games which come with stunning graphics and authentic casino sounds that make them unusually real. And roulette is, of course, the most famous casino game of all time. It is often associated with the fabulous Monte Carlo where celebrities and aristocrats are gathered around the roulette table, sipping from their glasses of champaign.
Instead of playing a physical roulette with a real croupier, players at House of Jack can enjoy the virtual wheel spinning just for them. The roulette games are powered by Microgaming, Play’n GO, and Betsoft, which means that the graphics, sounds, and in-game features are top-notch and should be able to satisfy even the most demanding players. All basic variations are present – European, American, and French Roulette. But there are also several others such as English Roulette, Multi Player Roulette, and Multi-Wheel Roulette Gold. The games have customizable bet layouts, Expert mode, Autoplay function, as well as different bet limits.
Blackjack
The earlier House of Jack review listed several blackjack variants. A game’s house edge depends on its rules and the strategy used; the review did not establish that blackjack had the lowest edge among every product offered.
Blackjack returns depend on the exact rules and strategy. A blanket return above 99.40% is not valid for every game or side bet. Historical examples in the review included Atlantic City, Spanish 21, Super Fun 21, Double Exposure, Pirate 21 and Super 7.

Video Poker
Video poker returns depend on the paytable and the decisions made during play. Correct strategy can reduce the house edge for a given paytable, but it does not guarantee a profit or a particular session result.
The earlier review counted more than 20 Microgaming video-poker games. Examples included single-hand Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Aces and Eights, Bonus Poker Deluxe and Double Double Bonus Poker, alongside multi-hand Power Poker versions. The count and availability are historical; the exact paytable is needed to compare returns.
The casino also hosts the All American video poker game from Betsoft which has a progressive jackpot. Another jackpot can be won in Jackpot Poker by Play’n GO, while the studio’s Beat Me game is much more similar to Casino War than to video poker.

Other Games
There are plenty of other table and card games that can be played at House of Jack. If players decide they need a break from all the pokies, they have a great choice of classic casino games such as roulette and blackjack, but also poker, baccarat and craps. Poker fans would be glad to know that there are multiple variations they test their skills – Casino Hold’em, Pai Gow, Triple Pocket Hold’em, Poker Pursuit, and Poker3 Heads Up Hold. Baccarat and craps are also available in several versions.
The earlier review listed bingo, scratch cards, keno and Crown and Anchor, and described practice modes. That does not confirm demo access for every current title.
Supported Devices
Check the casino’s help pages for supported browsers, devices and any app available in your country.
Bonuses and Promotions
The current offer for your country is shown below. Always read the full bonus terms, including wagering requirements, expiry and maximum cashout, before you opt in.
Payment Methods
On 1 October 2026, the House of Jack website displayed an “Under Maintenance” notice. That notice does not establish permanent closure, but current payment terms could not be checked there. The earlier EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and NZD currency list is historical.
The earlier payment list included Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, ecoPayz and Paysafecard. It should not be treated as confirmation that those methods remain available. Current limits, costs and account eligibility need to be established with the operator.
Neither the old 3–5-business-day Visa estimate nor the claimed Mastercard exclusion is a confirmed current rule. For an existing balance funded through a discontinued payment service, ask support to identify an approved withdrawal route.
Operator charges, payment-provider fees and currency-conversion costs should be checked separately.

Customer Support
House of Jack’s contact page lists separate email routes for player support and banking/accounts, live chat advertised as available 24/7, and the telephone number 1800 006 285. It also links to FAQs and a password-reset option.
Check the applicable country and any call charges before using the number. The earlier review’s wider list of national and international telephone routes was not confirmed. Advertised availability is not evidence of response speed, resolution quality or support in every website language.
Licensing and availability
House of Jack Casino belongs to the Jacked Affiliates group, which also runs Casino-Mate, according to review sites; Casino.Guru names Jacked Affiliates Ltd as the operator and describes its claimed Curaçao licence as unverifiable. We could not read the casino’s own terms to confirm its operator or licence, and we could not confirm a licence on the main regulators’ public registers.

The design here is not bad, normal navigation, but loading problems interfere with the game. I put 30 euros, I didn't withdrawed anything, I think they do it for a reason.

I made two deposits at this casino and won nothing. I did not send my documents for account verification, so I cannot know the time for processing documents and withdrawals.
for more than a year I cannot connect to my account, I receive this message: The owner of this website (www.houseofjack.com) has banned the country from accessing this website. however I was not warned by the casino and the customer suuport does not answer. bad casino.

Yeah well what's to say? Exactly the same layout as casino mate. I have deposited on both and played the same games on them both, and had more winnings of casino mate other than that it's still a good casino.

After some amazing wins, friendly LC interactions and general enjoyment playing at their Sister site Casino Mate I was drawn to explore House of Jack when live support at CM advised me that I was able to claim the welcome bonus at HOJ (a happy occurrence as I had let the welcome bonus lapse before finally joining Casino Mate)
After a quick look around, reading the TOS and checking out the available bonus offers and promotions it seemed a great way to spend a few deposits, especially after discovering that the achievement engine had been activated on QuickSpin which I'd been meaning to explore and seeing the pending time at HOJ is only 4hrs vs the 24hr period at Casino Mate (Though both are still TOO LONG in these days of near instant withdrawals)
Sent an email to HOJ KYC department to inquire if any KYC was required of me or if that information was shared between HOJ and CM. Reply was prompt that NO I was already verified, all set, have fun.
Deposited, enjoyed welcome bonuses and collecting my tokens for playing on Quickspin. All seemed well until I made my withdrawal. Advertised 4hr pending period came and went. Was busy playing both at HOJ and some other favourite haunts so more time passed... one withdrawal was reversed and played and the shine of the casino seemed a little duller.
3am, email is received advising the need to complete KYC for House of Jack and notification that pending withdrawals had been returned to my account.
Much cursing and general irritation occurs aloud as I open live chat at House of Jack and post screenshot of email advising that KYC was complete, and I politely express my general irritation as politely as possible.
Situation is soon "resolved" KYC will be completed without the need to resubmit info. I can reapply my "remaining" withdrawal.. and once the 4hr pending period has passed.. it will be dealt with.
Too... Much... Facepalm.... tongue is sore from biting back angry tirade and taking out frustration on poor CS worker who is not at fault and is working hard to help..
My rating? I think I'll hold off on that for a while for now.. I'll get back to you..

Easily my favourite casino currently! They really know how to treat members like they matter & have numerous weekly offers for deposit match bonuses &/or free spin deals. When my other favourite casinos available in closed- these guys rose from the ashes & are kicking goals all the time! Great job gang

Ok if you like their restricted providers list. Found it a little weird when one of their chat support agents gave me his personal email address? Support agents name was female but when i googled email address it matched a male so stopped depositing there after this.

Great name and awesome theme to the casino and besides their decent welcome package they offer a lot of reload bonuses through email. They also have a very good selection of slots and providers. On the flip side I find the have a weak reward program that is random and not set in stone. I also find its hard to get a freebie here. Other than that though I liked this casino and recommend playing here.

Chat support is NO SUPPORT. 10 FREE SPINS per day is the condition to their first deposit bonus. So how could I have claimed 3 sets of 10 free spins (all at the same time) not on 1 occasion but 3. Thinking players are too soft or too lazy to argue over a few spins is WRONG. If House of Jack does this 20% of their players, how many free spins is that? And of those missing out on the free spins, how many could've have won? Is this not a breach of their license? House of Jack should be held accountable for when they don't keep to their side of the agreement.

I sign up the link advertised on the page about ": NO DEPOSIT BONUS"50 FREE SPINS. I used the link to sign up to the jack casino but to avail with the 50 FREE SPINS. I got nothing. I contacted the CS of Jack Casino saying that there are no free spins in my account. I thought the free spin 50 is for all players with NO DEPOSIT BONUS if you use the link from the affiliate. and I like the Casino feed backs more positive so, I just want to try playing at this Casino.

i tot house of jack would be similar to guts casino becoz they had transfered my account over to this casino wen they stopped operations in australia but its nowhere near as good as guts. they have weekly promos where the min deposit for any bonus is $20 & the promos arent the best either

I got 50 freespins for no deposit bonus. That is much more than other casino give for no deposit bonuses. Normally you get 20 or 10. The site also looks good.

The only flaw about this nice looking site is 20 min deposit, anything else is just great, site offers tons of games, accepts most of countries and supports players in english language, they look professional and offer most of payment methods including cards, ewallets and wire transfers, you can win with them as they have big amount of games and license

Excellent casino with a lot of bonuses for the first deposits. Top providers and almost instantaneous output to electronic wallets. I won 80 euros and they came to my e-wallet instantly! The support is very friendly and answers questions quickly. Nice design and convenient navigation on the site. Only positive impressions!

Deposited a fair bit here since theyve began operating..some good bonuses (when they work) Staff are very Hot and cold...Id say majority of the chat support dont know what they re doing as i constantly have to reach out and ask why my bonuses arent being added. I have spent hours on chat since joining, getting frustrated and having to send screenshots of my deposits and the terms and conditions(which sorry, they should know) for them to believe what I'm saying and have what I'm owed added manually. When finally getting through to them, ill have something else occur and have to start all over again. Its bittersweet though, because some of the support agents do know what they are doing and are very efficient/friendly and know what they're doing, making it an enjoyable casino and one that has kept me coming back

So far it seems they have friendly staff, and their games are good.

House of Jack has taken over guts casino as far as my knowledge goes and so far so good when they formally took guts on i received free spins as what i think was a goodwill. welcome to the casino so that was nice, they have a very similar look as what guts had i guess that being that they took guts on lol

Made just the one deposit and got the welcome bonus. Sadly I didn't get any wins . Seems like a pretty standard casino

Great little casino, offers some great slots and table games with microgaming and play n go the big providers! Seems to be run by Guts and is a fantastic alternative for ll the Aussie players who are getting booted out from everywhere. Support are slow, but extremely helpful, Im sure speed will pick up once the casino is settled. Highly recommended giving these guys a go =D

So i registered here via lcb link and was surprised about this casino. I liked the games they have, also games menu was very comfortable to me. I didnt know exactly but it seems that this casino is owned by the same owners as Guts Casino. I think like that because of the website layout. So, i have made first deposit here with welcome offer. Welcome package is really great. I was playing and had many ups and downs and in the finish didnt had much but asked to withdraw today. Got my money to skrill wallet in 3 hours. Also i wanna mention that i had here one really big problem and support was extremely helpful and made big effort to solve that. So i can say that my first experience here is awesome and thats why i rated House of Jack with 5 stars.
