My experience at this casino is one if serious concern. Registered an account and took a welcome bonus which I managed to wager. Was requested to send KYC documents which I did and today I received an email stating account has been verified.
Straight after receiving the email my account was locked with no email explaining why. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this casino to anyone.

I would like to report an issue regarding my withdrawal request with Jackpot Capital Casino.
I received a $15 no-deposit bonus from the casino and completed the required wagering requirements according to the promotional terms. After completing the playthrough, my balance reached the maximum allowed cashout of $180 (5x the bonus), which is clearly stated in their promotional rules.
When I attempted to withdraw the $180 via Bitcoin, the casino rejected the withdrawal and sent me an email stating that my winnings were voided because I allegedly broke the maximum bet rule of $10 during bonus play. They claim that I placed wagers while playing the game Ripcord Rush with an average bet of $86.71.
However, there are several issues with this decision:
The casino system allowed these wagers to be placed without any warning or restriction.
Games that are not eligible during bonus play are already blocked by their platform, which means the casino clearly has the ability to technically enforce restrictions.
If the maximum bet rule is strictly enforced, the platform should automatically prevent bets above $10 while a bonus is active.
The system did not block the bets, did not warn me, and allowed the entire wagering requirement to be completed before raising this issue.
I played only the games that were available and allowed by the casino interface during bonus play.
According to their own terms, the casino monitors all gameplay activity. If a rule violation was occurring, the system could have stopped the gameplay immediately instead of allowing the wagering process to continue until completion and then voiding the winnings afterward.
I believe this is an unfair retroactive enforcement of rules, especially since the casino platform allowed the bets to go through without restriction.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this case and helping resolve the dispute so that my legitimate winnings of $180 can be paid.

I just signed up and claimed $20 no deposit bonus through lcb's code. As every gambler I was not really hopeful of winning outta it lol. But at the moment I am at $132 max cashout is 180 with 60x wager requirement. Which was stated on the homepage upon claiming the code to be $1200. Now I'm not sure whether 60x of the current $132 that I have won. Or 60x of the initial amount that I claimed as a bonus which was $20.

Personally, I have never deposited at this casino, there are two reasons I havent the first being because of the wait that used to be associated with cashing out, even with crypto it takes three days, not sure if this has been changed or not. However, for those that do not prefer instant withdrawals and don't mind a brief wait, this is a very good casino, until you get to how it is managed. My son on multiple occasions cashed out over 2k, one of the times he hit $1,800 on Keno and used to have crazy good luck playing it winning close to 10k in a three or four month span. I know he was able to painlessly become verified and the only drawback happens to be reason 2 that I don't deposit here. Just because he won on so many occasions, they excluded him from promotions all together, stating they are for players that need help winning. That, to me is just ridiculous and petty. I mean the playthrough on most promotions are almost already impossible, but then take that away too, I don't agree with it. That is one reason why I just flat deposit, no bonus, no playthrough it just makes things easier and hassle free to me.

I took the 100 FS promo for this casino. It was 100 FS on a game of their choice. I really don't care much for that kind of promo. But I did take it and played the game didn't win money or should I say after 100 spins at the max rate of .20 per spin. I didn't win enough to play any other games. But then again, I really didn't think I would with such a low initial bet. I read the review of this site and I agree with the review. This casino belongs to the same gaming group as GrandVegas casino. However I think the casino is a little more loose but their bonuses are definitely nothing compared to grandevegas. Some of their bosses have an obnoxiously high play through, and almost impossible to make. I am kind of biased since I hit a great win in video poker on this casino a couple years ago and had no issues cashing out, but as far as the typical online RTG casinos go this is my favorite. They do offer free chips on occasion plus freerolls on a daily/weekly basis, as well. Kind of a weirdly run casino. I deposited here and took a bonus and finished wager with a measily $197 in profit. They bonus banned me and restricted me from coupon use completely over this lol.
First of all thats totally crazy, secondly that must cost them ALOT of money and business as 60x wager on RTG slots has a beatable rate of around 7%. The other 93% you will lose. Its a total cash cow for them. But to each their own I guess.
They paid me in a couple days but I cant be part of a casino that promo bans me over such nonsense.

Hey Man! I mentioned on a previous post (3.3 rating) that I would give it another chance and come back to play. As you can see, my rating changed to current (4.9 rating). There are many reasons why I'd go as far as 4.9.
- Games pay. I look for good value, I'm not a high roller. Play x1, x2, x3 bet on slots get $50-$125 bonuses

Submitted docs for verification 5 DAYS AGO and still waiting to cashout! This is a characteristic of a NEW casino, not one that is "reputable" and "established". To be very honest I will never deposit at this casino again. The absolute worst time playing here than any other casino I have played at. To give an example: out of the 100 free spins the payback was $6.00 and the same payback trend continued until my bankroll emptied. Excitement level zero! They are taking long time for verification. I submitted my passport and they said it cannot be accepted. They told me to send another document or driver's license. I've told me the another document is in native language not in English and I sent them. They replied with your documents are not of acceptable quality. They are taking a hefty long time pretty irritating. Help me LCB guys for verification. I played at this casino with a no deposit bonus after registering. last year I received on the occasion of my birthday a bonus without deposit of 20 euro, I played and succeeded in making a withdrawal of 150 euro, after having sent my documents which have been accepted the casino refuses to pay my winnings because I did not make a deposit after registering. but why did they send me a bonus?

I very much appreciated the birthday bonus that JackpotCapital gave on me. I dislike it because its simply terrible when it comes thru withdrawals. They gave the birthday bonus on 26th of October and its 3th of November already. A 48 hours of account verification, after I sent those documents on 27, I waited. On 29 I talk with their support and he said that they didnt received my documents. So I sent it again. On 31 I chat on their support and then he said that they receive it already and approval of the right department and a word of please be patience. So I did it on the 1st of November, i know its holiday but I just want to check if my account is already verified and on this day 3 of November as in right now I get is a very unreasonable answer, the image was unclear. I sent an image with very clear and readable as in 101% clear. So I just calm and I sent another an image with me holding my drivers licence 6 pcs, and me holding my passport 6pcs. I contact them again thru the support and after waiting for the answer if they already seen my documents and if I am going to wait for another 48 hours, and they answer it yes, yes they got the documents but its not clear again. Too sad for. I dont know if they are interested with those winnings or what. Very unfair casino. I have all the conversation filed with screenshots here and I can proved everything. Until now I cant withdraw.

the casino az a whole is just like every other rtg casino. nothing unique about it. and promos arent thay great. but thats just my opinion. they need to offer better promos for me to want to play here
