Lucky Red Casino was once among the most reputable online venues in the gaming industry. These guys were known for their outstanding track record and a fine selection of games, graced by unmatched reliability, security, and quality. They were one of the few venues that gladly accepted players from the US, and they were known far and wide for being quite generous when it comes to promotional offers.

In short, they stood out from the crowd, providing an overall superior gaming experience, but…

…all of that changed in November 2016.

The business was started by three Ferster brothers, and two of those were silent partners, but that didn’t stop them from pushing the third brother out. They were battling over the ownership and income distribution.

This was the official start of poor business practices, as Lucky Red Casino got affiliated with the infamous CWC (Club World Casino) Group. In case you didn’t know, the group consists of a few betting venues all gone rogue.

We no longer recommend playing at this casino, since it is known for blocking users for no apparent reason, denying hefty payouts, and other fraudulent activities. It’s no wonder, considering the fact that the new management prefers to be affiliated with another rogue operation – AffPower.

Anyway, the site has been in the business since 2004 and it is a Real Time Gaming (RTG)-powered casino. You can choose between creating a Real Money Account and “Play for Fun” account. Once you complete the registration, you will have access to the great selection of games 24/7. You can play the games in your browser but you have to be informed that the downloadable version offers a greater variety of games.

Powered by Real Time Gaming

The sole provider of gaming software here is Real Time Gaming, a household name in the industry. The games the studio develops may not be too numerous, but they are very polished and are probably the top performers in terms of reliability and security. The visuals and sounds are also up to par, to say the least. The industry keenly awaits more of RTG’s production!

When you load the website, it becomes clear that it is professionally presented and the available games feature impressive graphics and second to none sound effects.

Although the games variety in the downloadable version is greater, you can also opt for the instant play flash version. You are provided with a good chance to find a game that meets your requirements as far as the theme and the bankroll are concerned.

Being a member also means you will be given access to the RTG network’s progressive jackpot pool that enables you to get overwhelming awards.

Let’s now check some of the hottest games they have to offer, shall we?

Slots

Players will find this venue features a moderate variety of online slots, sporting the limited titles that RTG has put out. Though there could be more, the ones available do cover most people’s style and desires. The games are very polished, user-friendly and can provide quality entertainment for hours on end. Though somewhat repetitive in visuals and interface, the games ease new players into the slots landscape.

If you have played a RTG-developed slot game before, you should be quite familiar with the great graphics and sounds, not to mention the decent variety of classic and modern slots you will have access to. Depending on the size of your bankroll as well as your personal preferences, you can try to win a modest award by wagering a few coins at slots featuring fixed jackpots. However, the RTG’s network of progressive jackpots guarantees both fantastic payouts and a lot of fun.

All RTG-powered games are developed with the aim of being as realistic as possible. The list includes 5 Wishes, 777, Achilles, Bank On It, Caesar’s Empire, Derby Dollars, Eagle Shadow Fist, Fame And Fortune, Gemtopia, Hairway To Heaven, I, Zombie, Jackpot Cleopatra’s Gold, King Of Swing, Lion’s Lair, Magic Mushroom, Naughty Or Nice III, Ocean Dreams, Panda Magic, Rain Dance, Samba Sunset, Tally Ho, Vegas Lux, Warlock’s Spell, Year Of Fortune, Zhanshi, and so many more.

Table Games

Table games section offers a decent number of the most widespread table games and their variations – roulette, baccarat, blackjack, poker are among the available options. Caribbean Stud and Caribbean Hold’em are two of the most frequently played games along with Let’em Ride and European Blackjack.

This online casino doesn’t offer a stunning number of card or table games to its users, but it definitely compensates with high-quality visuals and robust performance. The modest Blackjack and Baccarat variety could hardly keep fans of the games at bay, while the exquisite presentation and rock-solid execution prop up the good marks. The roulette games are just two– American and European… surprise, surprise… but they hold true to RTG’s style and track record of reliable performance.

Face Up 21, Pai Gow Poker, Perfect Pairs, Pontoon, Match Play 21 are among the other suggestions.

Video Poker

Fans of video poker will also be delighted by the available video poker games including Deuces Wild, Jacks or Better, All American, Aces and Eights, Sevens Wild, Loose Deuces.

Each of the aforementioned variations has its unique feature that might be considered appealing by both frugal players and those who would like to bet a larger amount and receive fantastic payouts.

Jacks or better is known for offering some of the best payout percentages an avid video poker fan might be looking for. Actually, Jacks or Better is a game popular among newbies and regular players alike. It is similar to All American, but the difference is that All American has the so-called double or nothing feature that further enhances your gambling experience.

Aces and Eights, Deuces Wild and Bonus Deuces Wild are the other most popular video poker variations, followed by Loose Deuces and Sevens Wild.

Supported Devices

As soon as you create your account, you will be fascinated by the games you can access 24/7. However, the casino has recently made it possible to indulge in your favorite slots and table games from any location.

The mobile version of the site is extremely user-friendly and gives you the chance to engage in your favorite game via your tablet or smartphone. You might not be able to find as great a variety of games as the downloadable version features but the available ones are definitely worthy of checking out.

Load the casino website via your mobile device now and enjoy Builder Beaver, Enchanted Garden, Caesar’s Empire, Gold beard, Aztec’s Millions, Coyote Cash or any other game from the lobby. There is no need to create yet another account, you can just log in by using the username and password you enter for logging into your regular casino account.

We’ve come to the best part of this article – the Bonuses and Promotions review.

The casino offers its newcomers a very, very generous Welcome Pack for first deposits. The casino also has comp points and refer-a-friend bonuses, while the best part is the daily bonus system. Each weekday and the weekend offer a different bonus to players.

In order to become eligible to receive any of these bonuses, you have to comply with the requirements set by the operator.

There is no VIP club or any other incentive to reward the most loyal customers.

Which Payment Methods Do They Accept?

We all love seeing a live casino that accepts many different payment methods, and that includes players from the US. It isn’t an easy task to offer many options and still comply with all the rules and regulations in different countries, but these guys seem to handle such tasks with grace and ease.

The range of deposit methods includes VISA, MasterCard, Bitcoin, EcoPayz, Neteller, and Skrill. Whichever method you choose, keep in mind that the minimum amount is $35. The max deposit you can place is capped at $1K, while cryptocurrency aficionados can multiply that amount ten times.

When it comes to collecting your hard earned cash, you can rely on bank transfers, courier cheques, Bitcoin, EcoPayz, Skrill, Neteller, and wire transfers.

A requirement is that you provide identity verification before a withdrawal is processed. You have to fill in the verification form and send it to the customer support team along with your address, a copy of your ID and proof that the credit card you used for funding your account is actually yours.

Review the current privacy notice before providing personal or payment information. Such data may be processed by payment providers or other authorised recipients; confidentiality is not a promise of zero sharing.

Customer Support

Customer support is very important, especially when they are able to work around the clock. Once these guys were known for exceptional customer service, especially due to the fact that they offer many different ways of reaching out to the staff, but once the management changed hands, it all went downhill…

We’ve heard numerous reports of rude customer service agents, deliberately not helping players out, sabotaging their efforts to claim what’s rightfully theirs, and so on.

You can still try to get in touch with the support team via live chat, email, phone or post. They claim that you will get an answer within 24 hours and your issue will be promptly resolved, but in the light of these relatively recent changes, we can only suggest that you arm yourself with patience.

Another great issue over here is that the operator does not support a variety of languages. To be more precise, it supports English only, so if you’re calling from non-English speaking regions, you’d better get yourself a translator.

Licensing

Lucky Red Casino is part of the Club World Casinos group. According to its website footer, it is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202409030-FI2, and review site Casino.Guru names Apex Dynamics Ltd. as the operator. We could not confirm the licence on a public Anjouan register. In March 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board sent Lucky Red Casino and Club World Casinos cease-and-desist letters for offering online gambling in Michigan without a licence.

If you reside in France or the UK, Lucky Red is probably not among the best options for you. You might be allowed to create an account and play the available games but you will not be eligible to receive any bonuses, which is a huge bummer.
