We could not confirm the licence on a public Anjouan register. Well, if your endorsing this dump the you haven't played there long because if your lucky enough to win enough to withdraw something they'll punish you afterwards by never letting you win enough for another one.
I'd say they're blacklisted for a good reason and only make their money on degenerates who keep coming back for more disappointment. Save your money or give it to charity, anything is better then giving it to this dump.

The minimum deposit is a little high ($35) for me, but they accept Amex, which most is my jurisdiction do not. So I went for it. Played Blackjack and it seemed pretty fair. Played here and made several deposits years ago. My account was verified and in good standing. I played for months, depositing without a single payout request. I stopped depositing and found other places to play and actually win. I returned several months later to play with a free chip that they sent via email. I played with it and won $400 after meeting the playthrough. I was elated to say the least :) :) Upon requesting my withdrawal I was informed that my account had been inactive for over 90 days and I would be required to make another deposit and send in documentation again. I did and contacted support the next day. They told me it was still processing. 3 days went by and I contacted them each day and it was the same answer every time. Of course after a week of this, the gambler inside was getting pissed and bored...lol. I ended up reversing my payout and playing blackjack. We all know what happens then :(

Like the advice of the site, I could have told you, these people are crooked from head to toe. Some times I may call them from the waist up or waist down and this would be some place which won't let you cash out bonus but who also dont explain, and who still keeps sending chips for freebies to lure you back. I played some real money, and can tell you, not only did it seem rigged before I bailed, but once or twice I came and tried to make a free chip bonus, and every since then I have steered as far away as I could, I wouldn't even recommend inviting more trouble then they are worth into your home, don't even treat them like a bad a bad first date. You could certainly find out for yourself, or realize that when some of these casinos are advised to keep away from its because its true. Even though they have changed hands, I still have been playing and have never had a bad experience with them as far as customer service or cashier services. They have always paid me according to their terms and when I contacted them for anything they have always been forthcoming and honest in their answers.
