Well, if your endorsing this dump the you haven't played there long because if your lucky enough to win enough to withdraw something they'll punish you afterwards by never letting you win enough for another one.

Played here and made several deposits years ago. My account was verified and in good standing. I played for months, depositing without a single payout request. I stopped depositing and found other places to play and actually win. I returned several months later to play with a free chip that they sent via email. I played with it and won $400 after meeting the playthrough. I was elated to say the least :) :) Upon requesting my withdrawal I was informed that my account had been inactive for over 90 days and I would be required to make another deposit and send in documentation again. I did and contacted support the next day. They told me it was still processing. 3 days went by and I contacted them each day and it was the same answer every time. Like the advice of the site, I could have told you, these people are crooked from head to toe. Some times I may call them from the waist up or waist down and this would be some place which won't let you cash out bonus but who also dont explain, and who still keeps sending chips for freebies to lure you back. Even though they have changed hands, I still have been playing and have never had a bad experience with them as far as customer service or cashier services. I must say I’m a bit surprised by the above average ratings this casino has been given, as it very much seems to be just average, for a Real Time Gaming based casino. I can't speak to the casino’s' trustworthiness regarding withdrawals as I have yet to be in a position to request one. However, I have had a similar experience to those mentioned by several others when, without warning, the casino blocked deposits from being made to my account and gave, as the only reason, that "My name has been associated with credit card chargebacks". After many conversations of my explaining I have never disputed a single charge with my credit cards and was repeatedly assured that the issue would be cleared up, the block still remains in effect. Not surprisingly the block occurred just at the point when I had built up a fairly large balance in my account and I was about to request a payout. They tell me they will happily honor the payout as soon as the block is cleared. But, of course, no one can say when that will be. So maybe I can speak to the casino’s trustworthiness after all.
Setting that aside, this is a pretty standard RTG site, with all the same games as any other. So, if you enjoy the RTG games, this site is as good as any.

I was all excited about this casino and the casino group as a whole when I first joined, mostly just because it is so damn difficult to find sites that are even just decent and trustworthy as a US player. As someone before me had mentioned, there are hardly any bonuses for depositing players, which can be extremely frustrating, but I was just happy to find one that had reports of being trustworthy that I was able to deposit at with little to no trouble.
Then out of nowhere, several months after having joined the casinos in the group and after tens of thousands of dollars in deposits without so much as one withdrawal, my accounts were suddenly locked. Nobody ever gave me any answe less vague than "our security department closed your account for being associated with a player that had a charge back at another site". After much investigation I was able to learn from the credit card processor eventually that what they were referring to was when my girlfriend (who lives at a totally different address and has her own account) had once had her bank charge back a deposit at a totally different site when they discovered that it was a gaming site. This happens sometimes in the US and it is not due to the player whatsoever. My girlfriend offered to repay for the chargeback in any method they would like, as she had not requested the chargeback whatsoever. They shut down her account and she never received a large payout that she was due at the time, and for some reason we have both had problems at many places as a result. How on earth I became involved in the mess is still beyond me, and this casino group has never even had any further communication with either of us.

wasnt to happy with this casino. after making at least two deposits, i couldnt seem to get no deposit bonus after both deposits. always some excuse. i know they have a decent/good rep. but i just get so upset after depositing and not being able to redeem a ndeposit code.

The minimum deposit is $35 and I used $45 because I knew there would be some additional exchange, because the Lucky Red uses USA denomination and I am in CAD. But $45 didn't even cover it. That's when I decided I would have to play somewhere else. Too bad, because this casino is one of the best in terms of customer service and good quality software.

hi so this casino is not to bad i must say you get a really good variety of bonuses and free no deposit bonuses. i only started here a while ago and i am already pleased with what its has to offer. It is not as good of a casino as some other casino i know and that i am playing on but it looks premising, maybe if you become a loyalty player and get more bonuses it can definitely be a good place to play and make a couple of dollars. I will definitely say play this casino you will not be wasting your time you will be busy for quite a while. But in my opinion its basically strait forward as is most of the casinos not much difference between the lot of same software casino so you will at least know what to look for in promotions and what bonus to take when is best so there is a plus one.

i have never gotten lucky at lucky red! all the other casinos in the club world group- high noon, club world itself, manhattan slots, and even buzzluck have all managed to have some payouts float my way.... but somehow never lucky red their staff, support and cashiers both, are beyond phenomenal and go above and beyond all expectations making this a premier group of casinos to play at... i dont know why i dont get lucky at lucky red... maybe it's not my color :)

Lucky Red is part of the Club World group casinos, which I thgink are the only good group of RTG casinos. I play in Manhattan's and in Aladdin's gold casinos and have withdrawed some money from here :) Lucky Red is the only club world that I can't play because when I open the site it shows a message that the site is blocked by my provder. I asked in the chat for some mirror link that I can open as I really want to play here but they have no mirror links :(

Another RTG casino which I registered with a few months ago. To be frank, I really like this casino and the way it looks. It's extremely eye catching and this is what initially drew me to play at this casino. I really hate the software they use and I find it very boring iritating and suspicious. These slots are strange and only pay out at particular times. And if you playing a slot and not winning then get off don't bother and rather log on a bit later. As far as the casino I really like it despite the software. I like their offers and their promotions and support is kind and helpful. I am happy to keep playing here but to be honest only when I'm bored as I dislike these slots. The casino should look at lessening the wagering as it is a bit too high and impossible.

after few days of opneing my account here they closed down my account, i contacted their support they said its management decision , they didnt tell any reason, same way grand parker and classy coin closed my account mabe because i didnt depsoit at any of their groups casino for long time, so i thought mabe that was the reason, but for this casino i couldnt under stand why they closed my account.

I love this casino. At one time it was the only casino I was depositing at because I was having such luck on their machines. Customer support is great like always. They use to give me a free chip at least once a month which I found very generous, the amount usually depended on how much I had deposited that previous month. I have played at this casino and I find that the customer service is excellent! Hello, I have deposited lots at Lucky Red, for about the last 2 years,and the payout has slowly dropped to a level where it is foolish for me to deposit my money at all, entirely my fault for depositing and giving them a chance,obviously things have changed,as I have consistently noticed it, My deposits used to last days, and I had fun,and made 400$ withdrawals on small deposits, and now deposits fly away in less then half an hour! on small bets, not fun, I do not care about how awesome Club Worlds reputation is, if the payouts are nailed down, and the bonuses are just pathetic,in my opinion, thank you
