Never had any issues during the years I have been registered here. Payouts were always paid on time, although they could be processed more quickly. But as this is a Microgaming-only platform, I think it’s still okay when compared to other MG casinos. However, I stopped depositing here weekly some time ago and since then they stopped sending me regular offers like match bonuses, freespins and tournament invites. However on 3 or 4 occasions I got snail mails and offers by emil for a freechip, on of them being my birthday. Now I'm getting some REALLY weird problems. I got an e-mail that appears to be from Red Flush, containing an offer that is two weeks old, and expired, claiming that my e-mail address is my account username, one of the chat operators either can't see my chat on her side and doesn't reply for that reason, or worse, and another chat operator there wasn't willing or able to let me know if the e-mail address of that e-mail I received is a Red Flush e-mail. I get a lot of spam, no big deal, except that it looks exactly like a Red Flush e--mail. I will make the other bizarre note that I have on the Vegas Palms area, but it seems there's a monkey wrench in the works, somewhere. If I press the 'go to' link, my real link ability might get totalled, as it did with the Vegas Palms Flash, which now opens to a cheesy, working COPY of the downloaded desktop version of the casino - right plunk ONTO my account. It appears to somewhat functiion, and no flash games, no flash casino to be found, even though I used the proper 'official' link.

Red Flush casino should rate highly because they have the full range of MG slotsand good customer service. The thing that lets this place down for me is the fact that I've been playing depositing on and off for just under 5 years and not once have a made a cash out!! Isn't it against the law to accept a deposit with one method yet refuse to withdraw using that same method?? YEAH They accept MY Money using eCHECK yet they wont pay my winnings with it, Last month that coasted me $86 in FEES, they wanted me to use their bank transfer method ONLY ($25) or so it says a $160 winning turned out to be $117 when it hit my bank, last year I never lost ONE penny to any withdraw fees, in one month it coasted me $86 LOL I wouldn't be so pissed off about it IF they only sent me my money a bit faster than two to three weeks ON top of the FEES! Last year I used to get my $$$ in 2-3 days 5 at the very most, NO fees, Now it takes two to three weeks an $43.. An another thing casino rewards is still withdrawing to their customers with eCHECK.. Good old Red Flush, played there years and dumped about 11000 dollars there and never came close to a withdraw. Nothing after nothing weird. But my biggest problem with that casino group is their winners list, its a farce. They show the same winners every day just on todays date. i call that deceiving the people because it makes it look like there 40 players winning 15000 everyday but that isnt the case. Casino La Vida and sister casino Red Flush are completely scam/thieves. They were run around from last week when I made a withdraw request $180 from Casino La Vida and $200 from Red Flush Casino. My those little winnings together $380 came from after several deposits and spent time for a whole day I had sent all necessary documents they asked from me after requested withdraws last week.Last Monday they sent me an email stated that my both accounts are now verified and I would get my withdraw amount $380 within Tuesday. I really hate those people who break their words. I have really not the greatest experience with this casino, because a lot of misunderstoods was for me. First off all, documentation, it tooks too long to get verified. Secondly, Support not really good though. Slots and casino platform are okay, but well, there are much better casino's of Microgaming group. This is only my opinion, have nothing against them. My experiences when i did play at this casino a very long time ago was not very good, so i closed my account here. Support was not very helpful or friendly towards me, and when i was asking about ID they said they would take birth certificate. They do have Microgaming slots though which i do like, but the reason i dont play here now is because of the ID situation.
