An okay casino by my standards. Owned by Mr Green and nowadays by William Hill company I think. Playing here you really need to abide by all the rules and regulations as if you make a mistake, they will probably void all of your winnings from a bonus campaign, they are strict like that. they have a lot of slots and have good providers. But last time when I played on bonus I made a mistake on one spin and played for a higher amount than 50 SEK (€5) when I was wagering my bonus. So when I tried to withdraw the money the support said that I had gone against their T&Cs and that they couldn't accept my withdrawal. I know that I did a mistake but I was only one spin. After having the biggest possible fight with the support I have decided to rate them the lowest possible rate. What happened? I deposit there and was thinking, I would get a bonus. Well, no bonus at all and no support available because it was 8:30 a.m., my dear. Why no bonus? I don't know but apparently the bonus cannot be added automatically every time. In my case it had something to do with cashe, cookies and something like that. I tried support, no support available, it was 8:30 a.m. and I left a massage. Biggest mistake, I started to play some games and got extremly unlucky, until 9 a.m. no funds in the account. Then support was available but no change of helping me because no funds in the account. If I haven't play in those 30 minutes, I might have got the bonus but no way. Friendly support? No, this wasn't friendly support. I have had friendly support. Helpful support? No. Apparently not his fault because the system cannot added manually if the funds has been lost. My advice: do not play with your own money in the same situation and wait for support. Unfortunatelly I have been in the same situation in an other casino and they resolved the problem differently. I cannot play there anymore and I cannot deposit there anymore. Sorry. I have experienced any possible error so far.

From 1 december i can not access anymore this amazing casino. They still accept players from my country but our Gambling Comission blocked the ip of Redbet casino, everytime when i tried to access appear an warning message with ONJN Gambling Comission. Is a true lost for me , and I'm hopping Redbet will try to get the license in Romania , to enjoy again of this great casino, with great offers.
